The European Hotel is a very pleasant , clean hotel. Reception Desk staff are polite and efficient. Unfortunately dining facilities were unavailable “ due to renovations” and there is no onsite parking. ‘For vehicle Parking , when booking the “European “ through Expedia a special price deal of $ 18 per 24 hrs is offered if a particular Wilson’ s Public Car Park is selected . This price was actually the Normal Daily cost of using that parking venue , so not a special deal. The hotel is a little bit of a walk away from main social / tourist ,interest areas of Perth City ie The Quay, Theatres, Riverside and historic interests so off the main, well lit areas at evening . However, a very pleasant comfortable, traditional venue and we would stay there again.

受付の人は1人しか居なかったが、丁寧に対応してくれたので、英語に不安があっても何とかなりました！部屋は基本的に綺麗です。ベットもちゃんと整えられてますが、水回りは少し掃除してないところも見受けられますが、オーストラリアの値段設定からすると妥当な気もします。建物は木造でとても趣があって、ヨーロッパの古き良き雰囲気が感じられます。チェックアウトした後でも24時間無料で荷物を預かってもらえるのでとても助かりました。受付の人に聞けばluggage roomの鍵を貸してもらえるので、受付の隣の扉を開ければ、そこが荷物置き場になります。少々狭いのでお客さんが沢山いるとスーツケースの出し入れに不自由しますが、基本的に問題ありません。

The facilities are old, but the staff are very friendly. Hotels location is close to Perth Station, so it's convenient for shopping and sightseeing. I recommend The European Hotel.

It was unfortunate that renovations were being carried out during our stay with the workmen starting work at 7 am. Also the lift was out of action for the entire three days of our stay - my husband has a heart complaint so was unable to carry our luggage up the stairs, however the staff was incredible and carried both our cases up to our room and back down again at the end of the stay. It would have been nice if the owners had actually hired somebody to help with luggage as the stairs are steep and awkward and the front desk staff were not really built to be carrying cases up and down stairs. A big thank you to the desk staff for their help.

-Narrow, cramped room. -Two small windows with view of brick wall opposite. -Leaking tap in the bathroom (difficult to sleep & not very eco-conscious). -Stained towel. -Unemptied waste bin in bathrom.. -Dust over the lamps. -Non-functioning light bulb in the bathroom -Unhelpful receptionnist who was unable or unwilling to respond to our requests for a change of room. -Still waiting for promised apologies from the management.

Absolutely loved my stay. Although a bit old and creaky floors, the location was great in the heart of cbd. Staff were welcoming and friendly always had my room cleaned and stocked up.

The maze-like route from the front desk to my room is thrilling, like a hideaway! Classic atmosphere, yet modern room facilities! I was surprised to find that I could watch Netflix and YouTube! I was also able to adjust the position of the TV, so I enjoyed hotel life at night! From the moment I checked in, I was put at ease by the friendly service of the front desk staff, and I had a feeling that my stay at this hotel would be enjoyable. When there was a plug missing from the bathtub, they quickly fixed it. Thanks to her hospitality and smile, I was able to have a wonderful stay at the hotel. Thank you so much!

Room was big and clean. However, the room we were give was facing the other hotel and pub. The pub was noisy as the music was loud during our 3 nights stayed. On our last night, the room next to us #178 was noisy at 2:50 am till 3:30 am as the guest inside the room was talking loud and make lots of noise. The room sound proof was bad

Stanza di piccole dimensioni ma comunque sufficienti. Buon livello di pulizia e mantenimento della stanza. L'unica pecca era il rumore molto fastidioso che proveniva dalle ventole delle unità esterne dei condizionatori, posizionati tutti in prossimità del rooftop.

Great Hotel. Clean and close to everything in the Perth CBD. We had a balcony queen room with a view to Murry Street. Like always the room seems much smaller than the online photo's, a bit cramped which could be easily fixed by a reconfiguration/size reduction/redesign of the furniture. Other than that, this hotel is a gem!

Nice comfortable hotel with friendly helpful staff however it is very European in that the rooms are quite small and there aren’t much amenities. But the area is great so there’s lots of stuff around it and it’s very convenient to get oriented to Perth.

Repeat customer. Have a joyed each stay. However they used to include a buffet breakfast which was spectacular. Room was clean and spacious with a balcony. Close to restaurants, shopping and transit. Would stay again.

I arrived at 5.00 pm after a long flight. I didn't know about this form I apparently needed to fill in. There was no reception open so I ended up paying for a room that I couldn't access. I was not a happy camper, so disappointing

Everything is okay but the staff who welcomed us for check-in was not helpful and rude. Asian looking face receptionist looked very unwelcoming and we had to keep asking her questions rather than her explaining the hotel protocols. No smile. It was our first time at Perth and it was terrible. However other staffs we communicated were friendly and helpful. Please improve customer service if you are working in a hospitality sector

The European was an excellent base for our stay in Perth. It’s in a very good, central location and we had a good, well equipped, comfortable room. We’d booked a balcony room which was a bonus for brightness and was good to sit out on and watch the street life even though the view was a car park. I note from the safety plan that it looks like some rooms look out into a light well, something to be aware of if concerned.

Good central location but was at the rundown end of a high end shopping street. Hotel and room were tired. Room was very small and noisy from other guests at night, and staff early in the morning. The small high window couldn’t be left open to air the room due to smell so ac on most of the time. Door felt insecure. Wouldn’t stay again as a lone female as I didn’t feel that safe in room or at that end of street at night. If bigger room and 2 of you, probably fine.

Did not state this was in the middle of a construction area zone on their website!! Jack hammering began at 6 am!!! Other than no sleep it’s a very cute and well maintained little place. Easy to walk about location. I would go back once their major city is finished squeezing builds in here and there. Suggest they house the homeless sleeping on their streets first!!

趣あって良いホテルとは思いますが、施設自体が古いので部屋のカーペットなど古さを感じます。シャワーやアメニティも必要最低限な感じです。スタッフはフレンドリーで良かったのですが、今回深夜便で到着が遅くなったのですが、フロントが24時間ではない為到着してホテルに着いたら電話わ、しないといけません。今回スムーズにスタッフが出てきたので良かったのですが、多少の不便さと到着前の心配がマイナスでした。※英語が出来ない方は不安だと思います。あと、このホテルの最大の売りでもある朝食のレストランがリノベーション中で朝食が食べれなかった…ホテル一回にカフェはあるので朝のコーヒーはそこで飲めます。シーツや掃除は毎日行ってくれるので良かったです。今回はバルコニー付きの部屋にしたのですが目の前が大きな立体駐車場であまり日差しを感じられませんでした。(夏なら良いのかも！) いろいろ書きましたが決して悪いホテルではないです。上記の事以外は快適でした。特にショッピング街とも近くロケーションはど真ん中過ぎず良かったです。

The air conditioning was not working and required them to fit it. It is a very old hotel. The pictures show online are different from what I see. The restaurant was not operated anymore. Just a small cafe there only.

駅やバス停からも近く、スタッフの方も感じが良かったです。建物は歴史を感じながらも清潔でした。部屋によってはエレベーターを降りてから部屋までに階段があるので大きなスーツケースだと大変かも知れません。一点だけ残念だったのは、口コミを見て楽しみにしていた朝食が食べられなかった事です。レストランが改装中だったからなのか、朝食付きでは無くなったのかはわかりませんが。

Great staff and location. Only disadvantage is a lack of dining options on a Sunday night, but the nearby z Korean restaurant is excellent. Gorgeous room (balcony), and well provisioned.
