It was very easy to check in but was not happy to find out upon arrival from staff that the pool was closed for maintenance 2 days. I chose this hotel because of the 10pm pool use. I will not return as i feel ripped off. I would also suggest getting a structural engineer to inspect the glass balustrade surrounding the pool deck. The base fixings (direct to masonry) are not compliant with current australian standards, nor are the pane clips, or the glass panes themselves (just an FYI from someone in the profession)

Parking was a lottery on a first come first served basis. The lifts were under repair which resulted in using the fire stairs on more than one occasion. Overall we enjoyed our stay, the Questi restaurant was very good, staff friendly and the room was immaculate.

Very pleasant. They have free laundry facilities which was so nice as we are traveling for an extended time. Great after a day at the beach. We also borrowed their bikes to ride to King’s Gardens the morning we checked out (you can reserve for two hours). They gave us an extended check out until 1pm as IHG members. We also had a very nice lunch at the on-site restaurant.

Superbe vue sur la rivière de la chambre et trés belle piscine.L’hôtel commence à vieillir notamment au niveau des salles de bains. Mais l'emplacement est top. Attention trés peu de places de parking donc si vous voulez vraiment stationner à l’hôtel cela peut être compliqué. Par contre il y a des parkings autour. Un bon choix et un bon rapport qualité prix

Unfortunately I had booked for 3 people two adults and a child. And when we got there the bed wasn’t made up, nor did we have enough towels. ( one short)not a biggie but you don’t want to be worry about little things. Carpet it room could do with a good steam clean. My 12 month old granddaughter was crawling around on the floor and she was quite dirty, to the fact we had to give her a bath. Beds were comfortable, room could do with a paint.

My wife and I stayed two nights early January 2025 and I would not stay again sorry. The front desk staff do their best but they are relentlessly flogging IHG membership over hotels.com telling us they were'nt able to contact us about a rock concert outside our room in Night 1 because we had booked with a 3rd party which just isn't true. The hotel is becoming very tired the carpets are stained and frayed, badly in the southern rooms accessed by stairs and the exterior was just dirty. One thing I will say that is complimentary is that they were able to offer us a 6pm check out that we could pay for and we did and we really appreciated that.

It was unfortunate the room was not very clean - needed a good vacuum, dust and wipe down all over. The shower leaked across the bathroom floor but no one seemed to want to do anything other than give us more towels. This meant we were not able to participate in the eco housekeeping initiative. Overall disappointing

Imagine a hotel with 30 degree temperatures during the day, and no air conditioning. Yes, that's the Crowne Plaza Perth! The rooms were incredibly stuffy with insufficient ventilation. I was told that the A/C is only switched on for some months of the year when I notified reception. I asked for a fan and was told that the hotel does not have any. Guests could seriously get sick from heat stroke! The views are great - but that doesn't help if your hotel makes you sick.

Staff were extremely helpful The property was clean but quite dated We had a room below the gym this was very bad as you could here weights thumping on the ceiling until quite late at night and it started again at 6.00 am Would recommend to ask for a room which is not on the 2nd floor The shower was over the bath which was quite high and that made it rather difficult to get into - there were no hand rails The breakfast was lovely with plenty of choices We would stay again but make sure we got a room away from the 2nd floor and with a walk-in shower

When I made the checked the photo of the room I thought I was booking didnt match the room we got. The main issue being the shower over the bath. Being disabled, I was unable to use it and there wasnt another room I could move into so I ended up having to have a wash in the hand basin 😕 or going and using the showers at the pool. Aside from the shower issue the room was lovely with views of the river. The room was a bit small to navigate but I was also told that you didnt have disabled rooms though you did have rooms with a separate shower and if I booked again to ask for a room like that due to being disabled. I know that there was a lift of sorts to take us from the ground floor to the restaurant but it was quite embarrassing because it made a lot of niose and everyone was looking at me. Front desk staff were wonderful but the restaurant staff were a bit slow with drinks as we had finished our meal and were looking at leaving when they finally arrived.

Huge room and bathroom for a city centre hotel. Must be the largest (basic non-expensive) hotel room I've ever stayed in in Perth - some much more expensive hotel rooms are tiny in comparison. Free wifi and no annoying card slot for the room power. Location is great, right on the river front park, a very quiet area, zero noise all night, but not too far at all from the CBD or casino or Elizabeth quay or convention centre or city shopping areas. I have a very tall 4WD roofracked vehicle that doesn't fit in city underground carparks so it was awesome to find plenty of on-street parking right outside the front door (a few $ per hour during daytimes, and free 6pm-8am). Service and breakfast were both fine, nothing special but I had no complaints, bed was comfy, decor was fine, the pool looked nice but I didn't use it on this occasion. Didn't have dinner here as I had other plans. Will likely come back here when i need to stay in Perth next time.

I was disappointed with my stay. It took over an hour to connect to wifi when checked in, the Tv had no signal & the room was not cool, I was sweating within minutes of being g in the room. All the above was addressed and staff were extremely lovely and helpful, but it was frustrating this occurred. That evening I then ordered room service from the limited late night menu. It was ordered at 9:48 and did not arrive until 10:32 ( ham & cheese toastie with chips, so a very simple menu item). The sandwich was stone cold and chips just warm on arrival. It was not edible & such variants in temperature can cause salmonella. I called reception to advise I would not eat it & request it be removed from the bill, which they agreed to. I was offered complimentary breakfast for the cold meal, which was a nice gesture, but did not help my hungry 8yo on the evening we ordered room service after returning from the cricket. I unfortunately would not stay at this hotel again, not recommend it.

My wife and I stayed two nights early January 2025 and I would not stay again sorry. It had easy access to the Buses. No restaurants are in this area but the hotel did have their own restaurant. For some reason our room wasn't cleaned 2 days. The benches weren't wiped and the sink in the bathroom was not wiped.

We stayed at the Crowne plaza over Australia Day. Location was perfect. Service by the restaurant was disappointing. Ordered room service by the pool and takeaway containers were half full. Ordered drinks within the happy hour and was charged full price until we questioned it. Very dated but cleaned well. Breakfast had lots to offer.

The property was conveniently located and walking distance to Swan River, Quay and Hay Street shopping. We had a 2nd floor balcony room looking over the park and river which was a lovely way to relax between outings. Our room was clean, and the staff were helpful and friendly especially those serving in the breakfast area each morning. We would definitely stay again.

Rooms are comfortable, clean and big in size with old school 90s decor and the pool is fantastic! There was a big rave happening across the road in the park on the first night when we got there 01/01- and it didn't finish until 11pm, not impressed we paid full price for the night but I believe they did their best to accommodate everyone away from the loudest side of hotel. They advertise happy hour but turns out it is only inclusive of a couple of drinks one being a mid-strength beer. The breakfast buffet is average. We had dinner there one evening, they wanted us to pay the bill before our mains so they could close the till- i told them when my husband comes back to table from bathroom he will sort out the bill so then they waited outside the bathroom door for my husband!- that was poor form but the meal/food was fabulous.

Located about a 20 minute walk from the ferry. Hotel had free laundry facilities which I really appreciated. They also had bikes for people to use in 2 hour blocks. I also liked the pool. Breakfast was very good with lots of variety. Our room had the view of the buildings behind the hotel which I did not appreciate.

Need more parking. Service in the restaurant was poor in the evening. Weren't able to have dinner there as they were short staffed even though there was only about 4 tables occupied. Morning service was better though.
