An outstanding resort with excellent service, beautiful beach, and exceptional villa. We had a villa with a private pool and could not have asked for more for our 25th wedding anniversary. There is quite a bit of walking as the villas are on a hill but it didn’t bother us.

EXCELLENT! The Surin does not miss a thing. Every little detail from the beach bags, hats. The pillow menu. It was all just divine. Each and every staff member who served us was so kind. The pool is just gorgeous and the right depth. The sun beds were so comfortable, the beach- the cleanest you’ll find in Phuket. My partner and I dined at the beach restaurant and tried the degustation and every dish was delicious and balanced. The place does have stairs so guessing if you were needing wheelchair access it would not suit you. But we did travel with our one year old and had no issues around the property as the carts are always available to transport you where you need to go. We would come back in a heart beat and am already dreaming of it. Thankyou Surin for an unforgettable experience.

Great getaway hotel for couples although there were some rugrats about. Very friendly smiley staff. Always helpful. Good range of water sports facilities (non motorized). Only downside was noise from jet skis adjacent to hotel beach and especially the morons who insist on driving up and down along the edge of the swimming area. Spa also great and very good massages. Food great although the price of all-in barbecue and cocktail evening a bit steep. That said, the degustastion menu in the Thai was great vale and has to be tried.

Only one night but a lovely place. It was 107 steps from the pool to our room, so be prepared for lots of stairs. Nice beach too but too rough to swim comfortably in July.

Our stay here was phenomenal. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. The property itself is gorgeous and the private beach, while we couldn’t swim, was really the cherry on top. Be warned, there are a lot of stairs, but the staff were happy to give us a ride back up to our room in a golf cart. I cannot say enough about the staff at this resort. Each and every one of them were kind and helpful. Every time we came back to our room, our bed was made. Every time we jumped in the infinity pool from the pool chairs, our towels were folded. The restaurants have a good variety on the menu and everything was delicious. The rooms were spotless and the amenities were great. The spa in particular was a highlight. The best massage I have ever had by far. We went to another luxury resort for dinner and it was clear we made the right choice in our stay at the Surin. They made our first experience in Phuket so memorable. I highly recommend a stay at the Surin Phuket!

What an amazing place. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. The facilities all look very new. The location on a beautiful beach was spectacular (especially sunsets). The breakfast included traditional English, French, American and Thai options. We never ate lunch! Staff helped us make reservations at a local steak house and recommended a tailor who did excellent work. Hope to stay again some day.

The staff manning the beach and sports area gave special attention to those who crossed the line and went beyond the high waves when the red flag was up! Loved the turndown service in the evening, with cookies and tealight.

The property has steep stairs which is tiring for the guests and to reach the cottage it takes so many steps without any elevators the constant noise from the trees hitting the cottage makes it difficult to sleep well the language communication with the staff is very hard with misunderstanding all the time the doors of the cottage always don't open properly it takes time to learn how to open it the doors in the bathroom cannot close properly will not come back to this hotel again.

Excellent Hotel, very friendly staff, nothing was too much trouble, very clean and excellent service . The only issue we faced was the choice of vegetarian food was limited, and you have to climb and walk down a lot steps to get around the hotel, it could be difficult if you have walking issue as there is no lift in the hotel , if you are ok with this then it’s a excellent choice.
