It was a fantastic resort with many facilities. Good for families, the pool access is amazing. The staff are all friendly and cheerful. We were so surprised to find a small chocolate cake. The hotel celebrated my son's birthday and this is what they will do for the guests. I will definitely return again. You have both the beach and the pools at your convenience. Dining options nearby is great and we love Blu Wave restaurant. My whole family love staying at Arinara.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful and you'll notice as soon you enter the lobby. There were multiple pools and amenities to relax around. The breakfast buffet had an abundance of options and I like how the options rotate daily. We took a day in Phuket just to enjoy the hotels and shops nearby. The gym and the free workout classes were both great pluses.

The entire main pool was closed for planned maintenance for the duration of our stay. I understand this is necessary but think it is important that the hotel chooses to communicate this as part of the booking, and compensate guests during these maintenance periods. This was poorly managed by the hotel and as a result I would not recommend choosing this hotel.

Amazing stay at Arinara. The hotel is great, the layout is perfect in the horse shoe shape with the pools in the middle. A beach bar next to the first pool and bar/restaurant further down leading to the beach. The private pools for your room are great I would recommend getting an outside room as your pool will be completely private great for late night dips. The food at the restaurant is honestly 10/10. You can walk straight out onto the beach from the hotel then walk down left or right to various bars and restaurants. I recommend Nomad for the fire show and also the food is amazing. In terms of convenience you have everything you need on the street at the front of the hotel including more restaurants, massage parlours, desks for buying trips, convenience stores, bars. It offers a quiet village feel with cars and bikes rolling past slowly. Honestly can’t recommend this hotel enough and we’re quite fussy and we’re sure what to expect. For trips further afield the taxis are extremely cheap you almost feel bad for the drivers. Just download “Grab” to easily book taxis to your location it gives you the price upfront. You can get anywhere in Phuket for £5-10. Thank you Arinara🙏

Right on the beach. Grounds are very attractive but rooms getting a little tired. Good breakfast. Shame they have no loungers, no pool lifeguard and no way to change beach towels. But, really enjoyed our stay.

De locatie was goed en het verblijf was wel okay. Maar de staat van het hotel was niet goed. Zwembad had veel losse tegeltjes en stukken waar tegels misten. Ook lagen er gewoon tegeltjes los in het zwembad. De bar en de kamers hadden ook achterstallig onderhoud.

Very uncomfortable beds. Tiny bathroom. Often had to request room to be cleaned. Given wrong phone number by reception TWICE to get transport back from Patong & no refund offered when we had to make our own way back to hotel. Unfortunately a lot of maintenance & construction happening during our stay. Only good aspects were the pool & breakfast.

Good hotel and overall experience but room cleaning little lazy. Doesn’t change sheets at all unless you go to the info and ask specifically for that. Breakfast super good and lots of different options. Odd rule was that you can’t bring your own food to the hotel room but they didn’t complain if we had stuff from 7/11 there.

Lovely spacious room kept super clean by the staff. All the staff are friendly and welcoming. This is our 2nd time staying at this hotel and it was as good as the 1st. We love the Bang Tao area of Phuket! We would not hesitate in coming back!

The room was very spacious and great to have pool access from our balcony (we got the Sun late afternoon in block 4) Only issue we had was clothes storage - only 6 hangers for both of us and no drawers. We noticed a lot of rooms that did the same as us and kept clothes in the suitcases on the floor. Apart from that the room was lovely, great shower and lovely beds. The breakfast was great too with plenty of choices to suit all tastes. Access to the beach was good too. We’ve been to Bang Tao area before and love Boat Avenue for shopping and eating out, we went for the Friday market and called a Grab taxi for about £5 Lots of restaurants near by too - our favourite was Crave All in all a great holiday - we shall definitely return to Phuket again

We stayed in building 1 in a pool access room. The room was very old and not well maintained. The TV is literally from the 90’s and the mosquito problem should really be managed. The air conditioning was super old too. The resort forbids you from bringing outside food which is hard when you are traveling with a toddler who likes to snack all day. We did love the playground and kids clubs at the resort, but again, the indoor play structure need to be updated. Although the staff were all very lovely and helpful, I would not recommend staying here.

Overall was good. Beach front Enough area for young kids to play Breakfast with good options but staff members have a terrible attitude. Dont ask them for something twice or ask them to change something or dont tell them how you would like for something to be done. Do that and you will get frustrated with their attitude. Don't like what you do then do something else. You are working in the hospitality segment then you have to know how to talk to people and how to deliver your serice in a pleasant manner. Overall was a good stay but going back to Phuket, we will find another property.

I have stayed at Arinara a number of times now and the premises is situated very conveniently to Catch beach club, the sea and other restaurants on the beach. The staff are welcoming on arrival. The rooms are large. I ordered a pool access room, which was very clean and in good condition. One thing though, the tiles on the outside patio leading to the pool access are extremely slippery when wet. The food at breakfast is excellent and provides everything a person would want. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Most can speak if not understand English to a certain extent. I guess I must be impressed as I have again booked a holiday there for next year.

It was a lovely couple weekend. The resort is a bit old but very clean and the service was very prompt and friendly. The only downside was their inability to extend our checkout by even one hour without any payment, in spite of the resort not being full (due off-peak season)....as our flight was 8 hours after checkout....which would have been a bonus point in their PR area. Other than that, the resort was lovely in terms of location and service.

I booked an airport pickup through the resort which is far more expensive than halling a cab from the street - not really complaining about this, but they didn’t even book the taxi for me! I show up at the airport with my family and no one is there to meet us!! No refund. No apologies… The resort also has a scam where you put a card on your door indicating that you don’t need your room serviced that day and they say you will credit you 200 baht per day as a thank you. I expected this to be added onto my bill as I took advantage of this on four of the seven nights that we were there. I was told at the end of the stay that the 200 baht credit note can only be given when requested on the day it happens from the front desk - this was definitely not communicated to us at the time of check-in!!! Most staff at the hotel are also not friendly and do not say hello when you pass them, which is really unusual in Thailand…

We booked a room for four people but were charged an additional fee for the fourth guest. Upon checking in, we found the second bed to be much less comfortable than the main one. Additionally, my friend developed a skin rash from the bedsheet. When we asked the hotel to address the issue and change our room, they refused. In the end, they only replaced the second bed and the bedsheets. The staff was neither helpful nor accommodating. While the pool and beach areas were decent, the resort’s location is quite far from Phuket’s main attractions, making it inconvenient for travelers exploring the area without a car.

They need to think hard about their deposit policy and allow credit cards as an option. View from our room matched the photo on Wotif. Stunning. Great breakfast every morning. Our safe stopped working, within minutes of making a call to the front desk, we had a tech up to our room to fix it. Speedy! We are located right on the beach.

Nice location and lobby . Comfy beds although rooms a little old fashioned , not that you spend much time in the room . Not being able to bring food in sucks and could do with more water being available for free around the hotel .
