The first room we got had a bit of a musky smell. We requested to change rooms and the second room was much better. Staff was always friendly and helpful. The pool has a nice view from rooftop, and has good amount of seating. The hotel is about a 10min walk to the main street of Bang Tao where there are many restaurants and shops.

Wir haben das Hotel für zwei Nächte gebucht. Das Hotel selbst ist sehr modern, das Personal wahnsinnig freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es liegt etwas ab vom Schuss, gibt aber fast den ganzen Tag über einen Shuttle, der wahlweise zum Strand (ca. 10 Minuten Fahrt oder 20 Minuten Fußweg) oder Shoppingmeile (5 Minuten oder 10 Minuten Fußweg) fährt. Das Frühstück ist zwar nicht übertrieben groß, bietet aber eine breitgefächerte Auswahl von Obst über Joghurt, warmen Speisen, Brot und Stückchen. Das Zimmer war hell, roch aber etwas feucht. Die Betten sind wahnsinnig bequem, die Kissen ebenfalls. Es gibt einen kleinen Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher, Safe, Bügelbrett und -eisen. Einen richtigen Kleiderschrank hatten wir leider nicht, aber genügend Platz für zwei große Koffer und einige Hängemöglichkeiten. Die Zimmer sind ein ein wenig hellhörig, aber nicht schlimm. Wenn man genauer hinschaut findet man natürlich immer etwas, so war der Kosmetikspiegel in unserem Zimmer recht lose. Im 2. Stock ist ein kleines Gym, im 3. Stock kann man für 90 Baht waschen, 60 Baht trocknen, auf dem Dach gibt es zwei Pools sowie Liegen und Schirme. Das WLAN funktionierte hervorragend. Generell ist die Gegend osteuropäisch angehaucht

Overall it was a five star stay, good value hotel, excellent staff and house keeping, room attended too daily and not two days as shown on my booking. Restaurant food was good and I ate there almost daily. Not so great for me would be the breakfast offering, it was not to my taste and an unusual mix of things, I’d have loved a hot buffet breakfast but I managed with croissant and coffee. And my room, first the Mountain View isn’t the best as it’s also looking into waste land and a building site but better that than the road or the incredibly close apartment block Nextdoor. Also the room smelled damp, I don’t think it’s actual damp but the high humidity of Thailand and the air conditioning was not good as removing moisture so the room felt and smelt cold and damp. Fortunately there is a huge sliding window so I had that open when the room was occupied. Laundry also useful for me. I didn’t use the pool or gym as I found them very small and cramped. Location wise it’s an easy walk to the beach and Laguna resort which is beautiful. I would stay here again but perhaps ask if they had a dehumidifier as the room was certainly too damp for my liking. I also gave a check in review saying the same and there was a letter in the room saying they would attend to the dampness but to my knowledge it never happened. To summarise great value, excellent modern hotel, brilliant team and house keeping. Just work on that air conditioning system as it’s too cold and humid.

Lovely hotel. The staff were so friendly and welcoming especially the staff who run the rooftop bar, couldn’t do enough for you. 2 pools to choose from which were never too busy. The buffet breakfast was great. Lots of choice and variety. even for fussy eaters. Eggs made to order by the chef. The reception area had a lovely lobby to go and chill in the early hours. The only thing I would change is the opening hours of the rooftop bar to 11pm, but would definitely stay there again.

Room was too small although we were told its upgrade. Mis communication about checkout timing. We requested delayed checkout. It was granted. But on the day, staff asked us to check out early and even asked for money for delayed checkout. But in the end we were given delayed check out. Restaurant was great. Overall staff were helpful. There was also bad smell in the corridors some time!!!

Room service was delicious! I had the bolognese penne pasta. Room was spotless and Tar at check-in was so nice. The agent at check-out was not pleasant but that didn’t matter since I just dropped my keys and left when I realized she was not as pleasant as the others. Overall my one night stay was amazing!

Hilton Garden Inn Phuket hit it out of the ballpark! They provided excellent check-in and service throughout our stay. The breakfast had a wide variety of tasty options. The local shuttle was handy. They offered umbrellas and beach towels to use. The room service food was slow but good. My only concern was our room had a little mildew smell. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

푸켓에 늦게 도착해서 잠만 잘려고 예약했어요 주변 5성급에 비해 가격도 높지 않았고 그래서 큰 기대 안했습니다. 아무리 기대 안했다지만 먼지가 너무 많았고 흙에서 자는줄 알았습니다. 한숨도 못자고 밤샜습니다. 침대는 매우 꿉꿉하고 숨을 쉴때마다 숨 쉬는게 힘들었어요 .다음 날 바로 목감기 걸렸네요 행복하게 여행와서 골골대며 약 먹는 신세네요 청결 관리 제대로 신경 써주시길 바랍니다.

The Hilton Garden hotel was lovely and the staff were amazing. The issue was the location. Bang Tao is less a town than an excellent beach with a large westernised gated community and shopping mall development behind it. A good example of this was our 'deluxe garden room' which had a view of a patch of scorched earth where soon another hotel or condo will be built. I flagged this to the staff and they kindly offered us an upgrade to a room with a balcony. I pointed out a balcony overlooking a building site wasnt what i was looking for. Hilton need to review how they market this hotel as the use of garden throughout is misleading.

Generally a decent hotel. 2 days my room wasn't cleaned despite the please clean room sign being on from 8am until 4pm. This wasn't an issue as it was only one person in the room, but could be an issue if 2 people were staying. Rooms with balcony a face over the road so can be very noisy. Noise within hotdl between rooms was minimal. Pool area is nice, but be warned, you'll need to move your sunbeds around. Shuttle service is good, thogh only one way and doesn't have designated pick up times from the boat avenue shopping area. Gym is fine but very warm (AC is not primed in ideal spots).

I'd have to say, if rated as a resort, this Hilton qualifies as 5 Star. The service was beyond great. The staff was friendly, attentive to needs and requests, and our concierge even checked in with us each day of our stay via WhatsApp--even though it was their day off just to make sure things were going well. When we come back to Phuket, we'll definitely be staying here.

This was a great hotel, staff all amazing, especially Kiki at the front desk and Milan the assistant manager! Breakfast here just wonderful! They also have a free shuttle that will take you to the beach or shopping area and pick you up when you are ready! We really enjoyed our stay here!

Amazing! View & her colleagues at the front desk looked after me so well and made me so welcome on my arrival. Room was clean and comfortable with breakfast being fresh and tasty. All staff are friendly and caring.
