We arranged airport transfers with Fair house to collect us from the airport. Upon arrival we were greeted with a sign and taken straight to the hotel. Our check in experience was very pleasant and we were taken to our room via golf cart. We stayed just under 2 weeks and every day was exceptional. We had a Villa with private pool which was perfect and cleaned daily. The room and bathroom are very spacious and the mini bar was very well priced. The hotel itself is in an amazing setting and location on the beach. The pool bar is swim up on all sides and the restaurant is excellent. My wife visited the spa a few times and had an excellent experience. There is also a well kitted out Gym with amazing views. The breakfast is a buffet style with an made to order egg station and the option to order porridge and eggs benedict etc. Our host "Boss" was amazing. He welcomed us every morning and helped arrange a tour to Pig island as well as treat us to a complimentary meal as we were considered long stay guests. All the staff at Fair House Villas are so nice, polite and welcoming. Thank you to Fair House Villas and all the staff for a wonderful and memorable stay.

We stayed at Fair House for 9 nights and overall this was an average stay. The room does resemble the photos but is tired in comparison to photos which look very polished. However, almost all rooms are interconnecting and the connecting door area is not very well soundproofed so music and conversation can be heard from the room next door. The hotel facilities are ok - the pool area is large and has enough loungers and umbrellas. The gym is poor in quality compared to other 4* hotels - again it’s tired and feels neglected and the same can be said for the kayaks and the paddle boards. The restaurant is quite disappointing and serves basic and bland meals. We were asked if we like spice, and we said yes, but were then served meals which contained no spice at all. The breakfast options are also uninspiring and the quality of the buffet and cooked-to-order food is not as high as it could be. The staff are welcoming and friendly, but the overall service could be a bit more refined - e.g. staff circulating at the pool area, consistent level of housekeeping service in the room, being more helpful with general queries, free shuttle service into Fisherman’s Village (as offered by other hotels) etc. Scooter hire is outsourced to an external hire company, with a very rude, unhelpful and disinterested person running it, so it would be worth reconsidering who the hotel partners with for this service. We were really looking forward to our stay at Fair View Villas but unfortunately were

We stayed at Sunset Suite which is high on the top with a nice view, one needs to climb up the stairs to get there, but it was not a problem for us. People working at the hotel are just amazing and very helpful. The spa was a nice experience. The pool was nice, with a possibility for shadow while you are in the water. If you like staying at the beach and swimming in the sea I would not recommend this place. The beach which is not very nice. It is too narrow and the sea is shallow with sharp rocks in the water. The hotel is remote from the shops/restaurants and village, taxi costs around 300 baht to the Fishermans village.

Our stay of four nights was like being in a garden paradise at the beach. The pools were beautiful warm and even had platforms to rest on with whirlpool jets. The Breeze restaurant had amazing food with custom modifications made for my gluten and other food intolerances. The staff were great!

Es hat alles geklappt. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und groß. Der Blick auf das Meer war einmalig. Alle Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Gartenanlage ist gepflegt und schön gestaltet.

Étions dans un chalet proche de la piscine et du restaurant donc pratique. Par contre, nous avions payé plus cher pour la vue mer qui n’en est pas une du tout. La chambre est assez grande, bien équipée. La salle de bain est immense. La propreté est un peu moyenne pour un 5 étoiles. L’étendoir sur la terrasse était rempli de champignons. Les chalets ont tous une porte communiquante : cela peut vite être compliqué avec des voisins comme les nôtres qui mettaient la musique à fond de 8h à 2h du matin. Sinon petit déjeuner très varié avec bcp de produits frais.

We stayed six nights at Fairhouse Villas on Ko Samui in a Seaside Villa with a private pool – absolutely fantastic. The villa itself as well as the entire resort area were kept very clean, which made the stay even more enjoyable. A special thanks goes to Boss, the guest manager, who supported us with great tips, organized many things for us and took a lot of the hassle off our shoulders so we could spend more time relaxing. The restaurant was also excellent – we had breakfast there every morning and sometimes dinner, and they were always attentive to our personal wishes. The only small downside: the beach. Compared to other bays on the island, the sea on the north side is quite wavy, so it wasn’t as calm for swimming. Overall, a wonderful stay and definitely a place we would recommend!

Nice hotel with spectacular views and nice location on the beach. Rooms are spacious, clean and modern but do need some minor maintenance to get them back upto scratch. Breakfast is excellent with lots of choice and good quality food. The only real downside is the location is a bit out the way, requiring a taxi to Fishermans village.

This is a beautiful property. We had a sunset villa which was very nice but be prepared to walk up 50 steps every time you want to go to your room. Next time, I would opt for a garden villa. The foliage is absolutely stunning. My only complaint is - this resort is very isolated and requires a taxi to go anywhere. Consequently we ate most of our meals at the resort. I would recommend this resort if you are looking for a very quiet and relaxing holiday.

The property is so very tired. Our room had an amazing view but the walls were peeling, the room door didn't shut properly, the wardrobe doors were slightly out of alignment so it didn't close all the way, the bathroom door knob was loose, and the wall was smudged with paint bubbles and peeling. However, the bed was comfortable and the housekeeping staff maintained the room well. The bathroom was clean although the water stopped briefly during a shower and there were no conditioner or body lotion. Be sure to bring your own. Breakfast selection was decent. The spa was very good though - pandanus Spa.

We stayed at Fair House for 9 nights and overall this was an average stay. The room does resemble the photos but is tired in comparison to photos which look very polished. However, almost all rooms are interconnecting and the connecting door area is not very well soundproofed so music and conversation can be heard from the room next door. The hotel facilities are ok - the pool area is large and has enough loungers and umbrellas. The gym is poor in quality compared to other 4* hotels - again it’s tired and feels neglected and the same can be said for the kayaks and the paddle boards. The restaurant is quite disappointing and serves basic and bland meals. We were asked if we like spice, and we said yes, but were then served meals which contained no spice at all. The breakfast options are also uninspiring and the quality of the buffet and cooked-to-order food is not as high as it could be. The staff are welcoming and friendly, but the overall service could be a bit more refined - e.g. staff circulating at the pool area, consistent level of housekeeping service in the room, being more helpful with general queries, free shuttle service into Fisherman’s Village (as offered by other hotels) etc. Scooter hire is outsourced to an external hire company, with a very rude, unhelpful and disinterested person running it, so it would be worth reconsidering who the hotel partners with for this service. We stayed at Sunset Suite which is high on the top with a nice view, one needs to climb up the stairs to get there, but it was not a problem for us. People working at the hotel are just amazing and very helpful. The spa was a nice experience. The pool was nice, with a possibility for shadow while you are in the water. If you like staying at the beach and swimming in the sea I would not recommend this place. The beach which is not very nice. It is too narrow and the sea is shallow with sharp rocks in the water. The hotel is remote from the shops/restaurants and village, taxi costs around 300 baht to the Fishermans village.

We arranged airport transfers with Fair house to collect us from the airport. Upon arrival we were greeted with a sign and taken straight to the hotel. Our check in experience was very pleasant and we were taken to our room via golf cart. We stayed just under 2 weeks and every day was exceptional. We had a Villa with private pool which was perfect and cleaned daily. The room and bathroom are very spacious and the mini bar was very well priced. The hotel itself is in an amazing setting and location on the beach. The pool bar is swim up on all sides and the restaurant is excellent. My wife visited the spa a few times and had an excellent experience. There is also a well kitted out Gym with amazing views. The breakfast is a buffet style with an made to order egg station and the option to order porridge and eggs benedict etc. Our host "Boss" was amazing. Nous avons été globalement déçu par le service en général. Lacunes dans le service du restaurant, il n’y a personne à la piscine pour s’occuper des clients qui souhaitent consommer au bar ou qui auraient besoin de serviettes. La nourriture est juste banale et chère pour le niveau de service qui est beaucoup trop long. Par ailleurs à 11:50 notre téléphone sonnait déjà pour effectuer le Check out de 12:00.

This is not an Expedia VIP Access hotel. All benefits on Expedia are for ALL hotel guest. Also you will not get any upgrade. Even now in low season, while the hotel is really not crowded "there are no upgrade accomations available". Interesting. The doors of many rooms are broken. The card system to get a new card is broken every day. Every time they promised us to provide us with a card "within 15 min". After calling 3 times and waiting for hours of which more than 1 in the dark (bevause you need the card for electricity, AC etc.) we finally got one again. This happened 2 times, total waste of holiday time. The breakfast is just "ok". The bread is dry and patisserie like croissants are quite fat. So eating something different than rice or omelet is quite difficult. The staff is friendly, but not of any help. Smiling and being friendly doesn't solve problems. Internally they communicate so bad, that every time you have to explain issues again. Believing that things will turn out fine, will disappoint you. Keep on reminding them to do the things they promised you. For example: bring new towels and that house keeping forgot, bring the suitcases to the room. If you ask them, they say "yes we will do", but we found our luggage standing in the lobby for hours. No one did do anything. They smile and say sorry, but that doesn't help. Someone could just have taken it in the meantime. We were lucky that nothing bad happened.

Awesome place for a stay at Koh Samui. Not too close but close enough to the vibrant Chaweng area. The hotel and staff are absolutely top notch! The staff member Boss offered a very personal service and helped us with every question. Entire staff is very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was great, the villa was splendid with a brilliant swimming pool. Would highly recommend this place!

This is a beautiful property. We had a sunset villa which was very nice but be prepared to walk up 50 steps every time you want to go to your room. Next time, I would opt for a garden villa. The foliage is absolutely stunning. My only complaint is - this resort is very isolated and requires a taxi to go anywhere. Consequently we ate most of our meals at the resort. I would recommend this resort if you are looking for a very quiet and relaxing holiday.

Sehr ruhig gelegen, die Villen sind sehr geräumig und komfortabel. Die Gartenanlage ist sehr schön, man fühlt sich wie im Dschungel. Nicht zu groß, daher eine sehr ruhige Atmosphäre. Gute Gästemischung, keine Nationalität hat die Überhand. Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Etwas ab vom Schuss, man braucht auf jeden Fall eine Transportmöglichkeit. Taxis via InDrive sind aber meistens in 5 Minuten da. Zur Ringstrasse kann man zu Fuß gehen, Hier gibt es 7-11 und all nötigen Shops. Der Strand von Mae Nam ist nicht trockene Fußes erreichbar, bei Ebbe kann man durchs Wasser waten (dann wird man nur bis zu den Unterschenkeln naß), hier findet man Massagen Bars und Restaurants. Insgesamt ein tolles Hotel für Ruhesuchende!

Nice hotel with spectacular views and nice location on the beach. Rooms are spacious, clean and modern but do need some minor maintenance to get them back upto scratch. Breakfast is excellent with lots of choice and good quality food. The only real downside is the location is a bit out the way, requiring a taxi to Fishermans village.

We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed every moment. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, making us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The beachfront location offers stunning views, and breakfast was excellent with a great variety of options. Our private pool villa was fantastic, providing both comfort and privacy. The hotel is a bit secluded and not within walking distance of Fisherman’s Village, restaurants, or markets, so transportation is needed. Overall, a fantastic experience that we would highly recommend.

Perfection! This Villa was everything we wanted, private, peaceful, beautiful setting right on the beach. The restaurant was fantastic, delicious with a great selection of meals and drinks. Breakfast is generous and The Banquet and Bbq evenings are fantastic value (bbq includes a fireshow) The gardens are so beautiful and our pool villa was immaculate and regularly serviced. The best thing was the staff- generous, welcoming and lovely, very helpful and supportive. We are sad to leave, we will definitely return! We feel relaxed and recharged at the end of our stay :)

Very nice property. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were greeted with a specialty and wet cold washcloths when we arrived. The room was nice. Spa was amazing and totally worth the splurge. I would definitely stay there again. The restaurant had fabulous food and the breakfast buffet had about 150 different items.

Nous avons été globalement déçu par le service en général. Lacunes dans le service du restaurant, il n’y a personne à la piscine pour s’occuper des clients qui souhaitent consommer au bar ou qui auraient besoin de serviettes. La nourriture est juste banale et chère pour le niveau de service qui est beaucoup trop long. Par ailleurs à 11:50 notre téléphone sonnait déjà pour effectuer le Check out de 12:00.

Ruime kamer (ocean suite) geboekt met uitzicht over het water. Hetvonltbiktbis arrdig maar niet 4,5 ster waardig. Dan serveer je geen fabrieks croissantjes of pain au chocolat maar uitsluitend vers gebakken. Keuze was redelijk. Meerdere malen stroom uitval gehad.

We stayed at Fair House for 9 nights and overall this was an average stay. The room does resemble the photos but is tired in comparison to photos which look very polished. However, almost all rooms are interconnecting and the connecting door area is not very well soundproofed so music and conversation can be heard from the room next door. The hotel facilities are ok - the pool area is large and has enough loungers and umbrellas. The gym is poor in quality compared to other 4* hotels - again it’s tired and feels neglected and the same can be said for the kayaks and the paddle boards. The restaurant is quite disappointing and serves basic and bland meals. We were asked if we like spice, and we said yes, but were then served meals which contained no spice at all. The breakfast options are also uninspiring and the quality of the buffet and cooked-to-order food is not as high as it could be. The staff are welcoming and friendly, but the overall service could be a bit more refined - e.g. staff circulating at the pool area, consistent level of housekeeping service in the room, being more helpful with general queries, free shuttle service into Fisherman’s Village (as offered by other hotels) etc. Scooter hire is outsourced to an external hire company, with a very rude, unhelpful and disinterested person running it, so it would be worth reconsidering who the hotel partners with for this service. Et dejligt sted. Personalet er helt fantastisk, så hjælpsomme og søde. Morgenmaden er fremragende med mange muligheder både varme og kolde. Området er velholdt og hyggeligt. Poolen fin og stranden dejlig. Ingen andre end nogen tyskere spærrede liggestole, hvilket ikke er tilladt. Vi spiste lækker thai og bbq buffé. Massagen er dejlig og i lækre omgivelser - men meget dyr i forhold til “på gaden”. Den eneste lille beklagelse er at vores værelser var en lille smule slidt - dog ikke noget der betød noget. En skabs låge lidt “på halv tolv” og lign. Vil igen fremhæve det fantastiske personale 😊

The staff were incredible! So kind, helpful and welcoming. When our room was cleaned, they were efficient and had staff maintain the yard & pool daily! The breakfast buffet had western and Thai foods so, there was lots of variety. We stayed here for our honeymoon and were so pleasantly surprised, we didn’t want to leave! I highly recommend staying at Fairhouse.
