We had a wonderful time in the Celes Samui. Our room was very spacious and well equipped. Free complementary soft drinks daily and a great choice at the breakfast buffet too. The staff were very helpful and kind. The hotel is located not far from the Fisherman’s village and it is walkable. We never used the pool as there were only limited spaces in the shade but they looked nice.

The Staff at the hotel are super helpful, everywhere is spotlessly clean, there’s a great selection for breakfast and the gardens are delightful. The distance from Fisherman’s was not as close as I thought it was but once we got over the main road it only took us 10 mins roughly to walk and there is a free hotel bus that can take you there and pick you up. The hotel aesthetically is a hotel of 2 halves. One side of the complex’s architecture is modern and the other side is classic. But the hotel’s staff, the cleanliness allows you to drop any preconceived ideas (from social media) that the hotels modern side/architecture is what the whole complex looks like. And TBA I grew to love the classic side and its quieter side than my expectations.

Hotel très bien situé au calme de l'agitation mais 15min pied du petit centre ville de Bo Phut. Les piscines sont très bien est calme. il manque peutetre un aménagé sur la plage. il n y a quelques chaisse sans entretien et pas de parasol. le PDJ est top énorme choix.

Beautiful view from the restaurant to the water. Great swimming pools. Decent fitness room. Beach was nice & clean. Water had very small, fine brown particles floating on top when we went for a swim but no issues from same. Friendly staff. Easy to walk to restaurants nearby & massage places. Definitely would stay here again.

It was very overstimulating with speakers playing music all day, installed within every 10 meter at the hotel. We weren't able to listen to quiet or just birds, the wind or the water. Very disturbing unfortunately. The room was spacious, but the bed was big enough for 4 persons, which means it didn't feel spacious. The big pool was fun with different levels, but the pool water felt and looked dirty in all of the 3 pools. The beach was really not nice. The water dirty and like a swamp. I think probably ruined because of mass tourism, which is not the hotels fault, but just disappointing. We didn't like the area with the big loudy mainroad outside. In my opinion it looks nice at the pictures and fancy pancy, but things are build very fast and doesn't really work functionally. Designed to look modern and luxurious, but to break down within some years. Just a tourist money machine, like many other resorts on the island. My greatest tip is to go for something less fancy and more authentic place.

Uninformed staff who do not have the same information as the reception staff. A message left on the bed to say drinks could be ordered for room service on a holy day only to be informed by bar staff they are not serving drinks. Took 30 minutes and many phone calls to eventually be served a drink. I would say villa accommodation is the best value on the tropical side ,Rooms at the front of the hotel lots of people complain about road noise. Breakfast excellent choice.. not enough sun beds around the pool would not book again.

Das Hotel sieht super schön aus. Große Zimmer mit kleinen Sauberkeitsmängeln. Im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels auf Thailand jedoch sehr sauber. Das Resort hat zwei Teile, wovon einer schon älter ist. Wir waren in diesem Bereich und fanden den Bereich völlig in Ordnung. Der Pool hat uns dort viel besser gefallen als der Hauptpool. Die Zimmer sind auch überall gleich aufgebaut. Der private Strand ist traumhaft schön. Das Frühstück hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen. Alles in allem ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt wo wir gerne länger geblieben werden. Top Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Good to be aware that the “Tropical” rooms are on the older side and hotel photos do not clearly show that… we stayed in newer Deluxe Villa which was nice and quiet. Huge bed and comfortable bed and pillows. Front staff not super welcoming but it’s not like we spent time there… breakfast buffet was really good. Coffee maker in room only supplied one espresso each and did not make hot coffee (we let them know but no reply and not fixed). The vitamin water and pop in room was complementary :) Property seemed to attract a lot of younger people posturing at the infinity pool. There seemed to be kayaks but no info or help on using them - person in the area generally just shrugged. Drinks are somewhat reasonable priced IF you catch happy hour.

Positiv: Ein sehr schönes Hotel. Wir würden aufjedenfall wiederkommen. Sehr freundliches Personal. Willkommensdrink. Sehr saubere Zimmer und immer gut geputzt. 3 Pools und alle sehr schön und sauber. Negativ: zu harte Matratze. Wir hatten ein Zimmer an der Hauptstrasse und haben jeden Lärm, wie Motorrad und Auto gehört. Sehr ringhörig. Wechseln Sie doch bitte die Liegestühle beim grossen Pool. Die passen nicht zum übrigen Image des Hotels und lässt das 4 Sterne Hotel billig wirken. Ein Schrank mit frischen Badetüchern bei jedem Pool, sowie die gebrauchten, würde die Arbeit für ihr Personal und für ihre Gäste einfacher machen.

Schöne grosse natürliche Anlage. Ruhig, gepflegt, luxuriös. Es gibt zwei Bereiche mit zwei Rezeptionen. Ein sehr luxuriöser Teil “Ocean” mit modernen Villen und ein zweiter Teil “Tropical” mit 3 Stockwerk Block Gebäuden und etwas älteren Villen. Das Frühstück am Meer hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Wir würden wieder Buchen und das Hotel weiterempfehlen.

Worse and most unwelcoming and unfriendly attitude and service which I have encountered in Thailand (as a long-time frequent traveler and property owner in the country). The only nice welcoming people are the buggy drivers and waiters. None of my requests had been met, on the contrary!! Some of the property looks nice, but section which I stayed in is dated and on noisy main road even though I requested to be placed on a quiet part of the hotel. Breakfast is good quality.

Lovely welcome, perhaps a site map/ happy hour times / restaurant / spa deals/ info. Our poolside/ beach view room 809 was perfect for family.literally 3m to the pool. Breakfast was great - almond and chocolate croissants - were delicious. Poolside service/ cleaners were lacking - but you could order from the nearby bar .

Das Personal an der Lobby gibt widersprüchliche Auskünfte zu zusätzlich buchbaren Dienstleistungen. Preise waren am Ende höher, als vorab besprochen. Das ist wirklich unverschämt. Die Klima in unserem Zimmer hat nicht wie gewünscht funktioniert. Umbuchung auf ein anderes Zimmer war nur durch Upgrade und selbst Bezahlung möglich. Die Zimmer sind nicht hochwertig ausgestattet, wenn man genauer hinschaut. Minibar wurde nicht täglich aufgefüllt. Wechselnde Poolhandtücher gab es nur wenn sie bei der Zimmerreinigung zurückgelassen wurden, was sinnfrei ist. Leider keine Sonnenschirme am Strand, hier befinden sich allgemein lieblos hingestellte Liegen. Die Anlage selbst ist schön hergerichtet. Die Reinigungskräfte sind auf zack und sehr freundlich. Frühstück war lecker. Der Pool hatte einen tollen Ausblick aufs Meer. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt gut, aber es gibt viel verbesserungspotenzial.

Es gibt einen alten und neuen Teil mit 3 schönen Pools und einem schön angelegten Garten. Wir hatten ein Häuschen im älteren Bereich. Das war super. Gleich am Strand, am Pool und beim Restaurant. Ein sehr großes Frühstücksbuffet und eine schöne Terrasse direkt am Meer. Die Nähe zu Fischermans Village ist klasse. Ca. 20 Minuten am Strand entlang oder mit dem Hotelshuttle.

Vi havde 6 fantastiske overnatninger i et af hotellets Triple Deluxe værelser ved pool baren, og vi må bare sige at dette hotel overgik alle vores forventninger. Morgenmaden var i topklasse og personalet var virkelig søde og i møde kommende. Vi ville med garanti vælge Celes igen hvis vi kommer til Koh Samui.
