We were a bit surprised that a newly opened five-star hotel does not have elevator access all the way up to the rooftop pool. My son had a broken leg during our stay and preferred to rest at the hotel rather than go out in the city. The pool would have been perfect for him to relax, but unfortunately it was difficult for him to access due to the lack of elevator all the way up. Aside from this, the hotel is beautiful and has great potential, but this is something worth considering, especially for guests with limited mobility.
