Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved this home, the joke was “it had everything but the keys to the boat”! Management was extremely responsive, a plumber showed up within a 1/2 hour of us calling with a problem. They also informed us of a municipality issue, as guests in the community, we wouldn’t have known.

This is by far one of our favorite rentals in Marathon!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family stayed at the Conch Cottage. Beautiful house with absolutely everything we needed. In a nice quiet neighborhood on a canal. Little details like beach towels, bikes, all the beach gear we needed, coolers. Outdoor living area and pool was absolutely stunning and well kept, great fire pit and Corn Hole set was great. We like to cook and kitchen was well stocked, beautiful bedrooms and comfy beds! We’ve stayed in many rentals thru the years but none that was equipped as well as this one. Highly recommend and we look forward to visiting again in the future.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We throughly enjoyed our stay at Conch Cottage! The house was perfect for our two families and very nicely decorated. Everyone had plenty of room. Loved the pool. We even had a herd of manatees visit while we were on the dock. Amazing!The location was great for us and it was an easy stroll to the beach. We will definitely be back.
