Room was clean, fantastic large comfy bed. Door in shower and shampoo holder need some attention. Free water in room, breakfast delish. Pool area was busy and did feel like we had been taken to commercial roof top and here is the tiny pool! Not enough umbrellas. Oh and the towels are kept down in reception and the guy behind counter didn’t offer them to us when we asked which lift to use to get to pool!! Lovely water spray bar area. 8/10 overall

Good location, easy to get a taxi into town. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was good size, clean and tidy and cleaned every day. No noise from any neighbours. Pool was a little disappointing, it was very small and shallow and the area around the pool was always very busy and difficult to find a bed. Overall, good stay. Seville is a beautiful city

Really convenient stay not far from the airport. Good facilities and calm area, so quiet but in easy walking distance from centre. Staff were friendly and great views from the rooftop bar. Car park was handy and cost what seems to be the going rate, secure underground, little tight for manoeuvring so bear in mind if you have a bigger vehicle.

The main reason I wanted to stay was for the spa pool but the water was not hot enough. I have stayed at this hotel many times and this was never a problem. It was reported to maintenance but maintenance said they could do nothing to make the water warmer. It’s no good with water not hot enough. It was acknowledged it was not hot enough but nothing could be done but that is strange. I will not return unless the water is warmer. I like this hotel very much but there are other spa choices.

Ao chegarmos fomos ao quarto e vimos que tinha infiltração. Solicitamos a troca e nós atenderam e colocaram em um bom quarto. Apenas como ponto negativo, havia toucas de cabelo dos hóspedes anteriores penduradas. As talhas de banho também continham algumas manchas. Atendimento da recepção ok. Não eram tão simpáticos, mas nós atenderam em tudo.

The hotel was dirty and we told reception there was blood on one of the hotel pillows and they didn’t seem to care. I would not recommend staying here as it doesn’t feel like it’s a 4 star hotel.

Air conditioning was a major problem for us and our guests rooms. All rooms had difficulty cooling down, no idea why ceiling fans are not installed. Cute hotel, safe, quiet and easy access to many things. Staff was very nice!

Wir haben leider ein super altes Zimmer erhalten. In den Bildern wurde ein super hübsches und modernes Hotel beworben inkl. der Zimmer. Leider haben wir eins der alten Zimmer bekommen. Auf Nachfrage an der Rezeption habe ich die Rückmeldung bekommen, dass der unterschied der anderen Zimmer lediglich eine andere Wandfarbe war. Laut der Bilder sah das Zimmer komplett anders aus. Habe das Hotel extra aufgrund der modernen Zimmer gebucht. Generell empfanden wir das Zimmer als sehr sehr klein. Wir sind mit zwei großen Koffern gereist, das war dann sehr eng. Pool & Rooftop Bar war super. Sehr freundliches Personal dort. Parkmöglichkeiten waren ausreichend vorhanden und genug Platz.

The hotel’s facilities were very nice but it was extremely disappointing that I was not able to use most of them due to maintenance. The cost per night it’s high and since it was supposed to include all facilities it felt like a rip-off. I would have appreciated a little warning and transparency in order to make a better decision about my stay. I purposely chose Catalonia Hotel due to its facilities and the purpose of my trip. Staff at the front desk didn’t see to care that much or offer something else as compensation. Rest of the staff were very kind and attentive.

Great hotel. Location is excellent. Near the city centre and the train station. A short bus ride away from the bus station. Hotel is nicely renovated in ALL rooms. Martha in reception was excellent. No repetiría en ese hotel jamás. El personal de recepción a nuestra llegada no nos informó debidamente de nada: no nos dieron la clave wifi, ni el horario del desayuno… solo preocupados que firmase y leyese las normas de la estancia de nuestra mascota (caniche toy) Nos tuvieron que cambiar de habitación dos veces por el fuerte olor a humedad que salía de la baños. La piscina es enana y el agua estaba sucia. Llena de gente, por tanto había que esperar un ara meterte, bebiendo alcohol y fumando con lo que si vais con niños como yo no lo recomiendo. El último día el aire no iba bien baje a recepción y ni se molestaron en subir a mirar. Entiendo que como nos íbamos les dio igual. El reo estábamos en plena ola de calor en Sevilla y fue muy desagradable. No recomiendo este hotel a nadie.

The Catalonia Santa Justa Hotel is a nice hotel only a 10-15 minute walk from the Santa Justa train station, so it is a good choice if you are arriving by train. The staff at the hotel are friendly, helpful, and professional. The hotel was also very clean, quiet, and well kept up. The Catalonia Santa Justa is 1 to 1 1/2 miles from the main the main tourist sites but there are bus stops nearby where you can hop on a bus and get directly to the main sites. Overall, I strongly recommend the Hotel Catalonia Santa Justa.

Lovely modern hotel with good transport links and only a 15-20 min safe walk away from the city centre where all the tourist sites are. Room was good size, comfy bed & large bathroom. I felt very safe here as a solo traveller. Staff helpful & maids friendly. Rooftop pool a nice little addition during the siesta period, was always able to get a sunbed even though it’s quite a small area. Would stay again :)

Good quality hotel, 15 minute walk to good selection of restaurants. 30 minute slow walk to main tourist area. Nice roof top terrace and pool with reasonable priced drinks. Pool a little cold but refreshing after a days site seeing, reception staff very helpful convenient to railway station and airport bus drop off

Easy walk to the Santa Justa train station (10 mins) and about 20 mins walk in to the sights. Excellent breakfast and helpful staff. I had a room at the back which was quiet apart from the noise of the lifts. Good shower and comfy bed but I would have liked a kettle in the room.

The hotel is very pretty with great outside space, terrace, swimming pool, inside is great chill area and restaurant with nice staff. Both the room and the bathroom were pretty, looked new. The bus stop to take you to city center is right outside the hotel and it takes only 5-10min of travel to get on a path to main attractions. It is as pretty as in pictures. Breakfast was also great with lots of options.
