Easy to check in on-line. Hotel well situated for all the tourist stuff. Breakfast choice limited however more than enough for us and it was very good(especially the OJ machine!!) Staff friendly and we’re happy to book our trips and print off stuff when required. Would stay here again.

Clean, comfortable and great staff

Great hotel. The only issue we had was the AC would just stop working every now and then. Also, the pillows were very soft. Pool was amazing. Room and hotel were very clean.

Unfortunately on the final night of a 3-night stay at this hotel (which otherwise would've gotten a 4.5/5* rating from us), we found a sizable cockroach in our Junior Suite on the 5th floor. It was disturbing to us that there could be roaches accessing the rooms of such a fine establishment. We had been out the majority of the day so obviously the room was hot when we came got back... and we did have an empty container of food that was sealed and left in the trash of our room which probably attracted it... but the crazy part is I watched it disappear into a crack in the wall. Even though it was midnight by this point, the gentleman at the front desk did switch us to another clean room upon our request, as we no longer felt safe in our room and there was no way we could sleep... He claimed it was the first time there was any report of roaches. My advice to management: check the entire building for roaches and seal all the cracks in the walls!!! Otherwise, staff was friendly and accomodating, we got a welcome drink, a large glass water bottle and some fruit on day 1, and the buffet breakfast was very good (and we are picky eaters). The area is a little off the beaten path but everything is accessible by bus, long walks or taxis.
