Das Hotel hab ich gebucht, weil da Parkplaetze geben sollte. Leider gibt scheinbar nur wenige und am Ende musste mein Mann das Auto in irgendein Parkhaus 1km weit zu bringen. Also anderes mal kann man direkt nah im Zentrum bleiben, wenn man zum Auto weit laufen soll. So wie unser Zimmer aussah, wuerde ich keine 4* geben. Das Zimmer sollte auch groesser sein, scheinbar hat dazu aber die Terasse gezaehlt, Zimmer selber war klein, fuer Kinder gab da so ein Klappbett. Der Sohn 2.5 Jahre konnte da eh nicht schlafen, ist die erste Nacht rausgefallen, sein kleineren Bruder hat auf Nachfrage Babybett gekriegt, das hat schon gepasst. Kuehlschrank war dreckig, als ich unser Wasser kalt stellen wollte, ist da noch altes (fremdes) Babybell rausgefallen. Ich hab ihn nicht angefasst, das Zimmermaedchen hat ihn dann auf dem Tisch gelassen, scheinbar gedacht, waere unser. Wer weiss, wie lange lag der Kaese schon da. Balkon und Terasse ziemlich dreckig, also das Zimmer war definitiv keine 565€ Wert. In der Beschreibung stand ja “Familienzimmer”, da konnten die Kinder ueberall zum Unfall kommen beim hinfallen. Zur Terasse und zum Balkon konnte man nur ueber Stufen laufen- ganz gefaehrlich besonders fuer kleine Kinder wie unsere. Auf den Bildern hab ich es evht nicht gesehen, ansonsten haette ich solches Zimmer nicht gebucht. Und ganz bestimmt gehoert sowas nicht in ein “Familienzimmer”. Hab auch genug Bilder, die ich hochladen koennte.

Estuve tres días con la familia y todo genial! Como en casa! El equipo de recepción muy amable, la habitación perfecta, muy limpia, buena cama, buen descanso y calentitos. El baño nuevo, moderno , y la ubicación inmejorable, en pleno centro! Fuimos andando a la catedral, Triana, etc. el desayuno es muy completo, encontré todo lo que necesitaba, en mi caso: cereales, avena, yogur, leche de almendra, chia, nueces, avellanas, todo tipo fruta, huevos (revueltos y a la plancha), pechuga de pavo, champiñones, dulces, y un larguísimo etc etc etc El gym tiene máquinas de cardio, poleas y mancuernas, lo puedes utilizar 24h. Lo recomiendo a quien esté buscando un hotel céntrico y con todas las comodidades.

Unfortunately on the final night of a 3-night stay at this hotel (which otherwise would've gotten a 4.5/5* rating from us), we found a sizable cockroach in our Junior Suite on the 5th floor. It was disturbing to us that there could be roaches accessing the rooms of such a fine establishment. We had been out the majority of the day so obviously the room was hot when we came got back... and we did have an empty container of food that was sealed and left in the trash of our room which probably attracted it... but the crazy part is I watched it disappear into a crack in the wall. Even though it was midnight by this point, the gentleman at the front desk did switch us to another clean room upon our request, as we no longer felt safe in our room and there was no way we could sleep... He claimed it was the first time there was any report of roaches. My advice to management: check the entire building for roaches and seal all the cracks in the walls!!! Otherwise, staff was friendly and accomodating, we got a welcome drink, a large glass water bottle and some fruit on day 1, and the buffet breakfast was very good (and we are picky eaters). The area is a little off the beaten path but everything is accessible by bus, long walks or taxis.

Perfekt beliggenhed. Jeg vil klart benytte mig af hotellet igen. Servicen var upåklagelig. Poolen var indbydende. Sofa og stol på værelset havde flere pletter, så derfor gav jeg lavere stjerner ved rengøring. Selve værelset var ellers fint rent. Men møblerne trængte til en rengøring. Vi var ellers tilfreds med alt andet.

Die Altstadt ist fußläufig erreichbar. Direkt am Hotel sind zudem Fahrräder und E-Scooter ausleihbar. Die Zimmer sind etwas klein, aber modern eingerichtet. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Hotel.

Emplacement parfait pour un court séjour, hotel globalement confortable et copieux petit-déjeuner. En revanche, un peu déçu du confort de notre chambre dans laquelle il n'y avait pas de séparation entre chambre et salle de bains... Le personnel de l'hotel nous a répondu qu'il s'agissait d'une implantation "moderne" !! Mais ce n'est pas du tout confortable d'avoir une douche directement dans la chambre sans séparation !!

Hotel was nice looking and easy to get to. Good location to palace, cathedral and old part of the city. Nice bar just off the lobby. A couple maintenance issues though. Stair handrail was very wobbly, door handle to our bathroom was very wobbly and safety handbar in our bath/shower could be pulled out of the wall. The shower is already difficult to climb into and with nothing to safely hold on to, kind of hazardous.

En general bien lo único que no me gusto fue la mala información del chico que nos hizo el check in de entrada al hotel y nos dijo palabras textuales " el desayuno lo tienen dentro de la reserva y es de 7 a 10:30 " a lo que nosotros le preguntamos si lo teníamos concertado y nos dijo que si en dos ocasiones.cjsndo bajamos s desayunar nos dijeron que eso mo entraba que se habia equivocsdo el chico y nos cobrsron 30 euros por dos desayunos.creo que deberia haber comprobado ya que fue rl chico de receocion el que se equivoco

Nos dieron una habitación que estaba al final de un pasillo en una parte del hotel aparte, donde estaba el ascensor de servicio, una salida de emergencia y nuestra habitación. La entrada a la habitación se estrechaba y era incómoda porque sobresalía la pared. Además había un pilar en la habitación pegado a la cama, la habitación era muy pequeña y tenía una cama de matrimonio, cuando se reservo con mucha antelación y se sabía que los ocupantes eran un adulto y un menor de 12 años, por lo que se requerían dos camas y así se solicito al hotel al realizar la reserva. Al quejarnos la única opción que se nos dio fue trasladarnos a un edificio anexo. La habitación estaba bien y tenía dos camas, pero el edificio estaba muy frio y no disponía de ascensor, aunque era un primero en ningún momento se nos ofreció ayuda con el equipaje, íbamos un adulto y un menor de 12 años. El coste de dos noches ascendió a 431,95 €, creo que lo mínimo es darnos una habitación estándar y no una habitación apartada, con una entrada estrecha y con un pilar en la habitación, además de tener una cama de matrimonio pequeña. En ningún momento se nos pidió disculpas o se nos ofreció una explicación mas allá de que las habitaciones se asignaban la noche anterior y no había mas disponibles. Lamentable para un hotel de esta categoría.

From the very friendly and informative welcome, to the checking out, the staff here couldn’t do enough to help; must see sights, Restaurants, museums etc. knew everything about Seville. The hotel was clean, has good facilities and is excellently placed to walk to all the central sites. We will return - and especially around the Christmas period and the city’s light show.

En general bien lo único que no me gusto fue la mala información del chico que nos hizo el check in de entrada al hotel y nos dijo palabras textuales " el desayuno lo tienen dentro de la reserva y es de 7 a 10:30 " a lo que nosotros le preguntamos si lo teníamos concertado y nos dijo que si en dos ocasiones.cjsndo bajamos s desayunar nos dijeron que eso mo entraba que se habia equivocsdo el chico y nos cobrsron 30 euros por dos desayunos.creo que deberia haber comprobado ya que fue rl chico de receocion el que se equivoco

Nice hotel with big room, comfortable beds and great shower with rain shower head. Breakfast was very good with lots of selections. Especially enjoyed the fresh bread and fresh squeezed orange juice. Hotel was close to sites and train station. Highly recommend this hotel.

Excelente trato y tuvieron en cuenta mis preferencias para asignar la habitación. El desayuno buffet muy bien surtido y el zumo natural de naranja el más dulce que he probado este año, de todo y variado; mucho mejor que los buffet que ofrecen otras cadenas de dos letras.

Very nice modern hotel in Seville. Great areas to walk, good shopping, restaurant on premises. Good brunch, lovely room!
