We like the location of Hotel Rey Alfonso X. We have stayed here before and we return here due to the location. The pool is small, but is better than nothing. The front desk staff is always very polite and helpful. Our view was not great, but we were only there for a couple of nights. I am sure we will return again.

Fantastic hotel in a great central location. Easy walk to all the sights. Roof top bar and pool a lovely way to finish off each day. Be cautious following the satnav through the old town if driving... Some very narrow one ways.

A great location for exploring Seville. The staff were all really professional and friendly and made us really welcome. Very nice rooms with plenty of space. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choices. Daniel in the roof top bar was a great host.

The hotel is in a perfect location, a short walk to the cathedral. All areas of the hotel were spotlessly clean. All staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Our room was big and comfortable with a big bathroom and a good shower. It was nice having the pool and loungers to relax after exploring the city. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

This hotel and my room has to be one of the cleanest I’ve ever stayed at. Very modern too. This hotel’s location is so convenient, walkable to everything and it even had a laundromat right across. The only issue I had was that there were a few ants in my bathroom and my bed was a bit too hard for my liking. I stayed there three nights and the staff made sure I was comfortable. The sweetest night shift cleaning person came right away and sprayed down the bathroom and the following morning they put a mattress pad so I can sleep comfortably. They even gave me a bottle of champagne and free breakfast for the inconvenince. The hotel restaurant was great and had nice options. Besides the bathroom “friends”, this hotel was great. Thank you for a nice stay.

The room was very smelly and I believe they had an issue with their drains which they were aware of, but still sold the room! The air conditioning made no difference and rattled and loud so no good at all. The walls are paper thin and you could next door all the time. They offered to change the room but we had unpacked and couldn’t guarantee the next one was any better. We will not be returning despite the wonderfully central location. The management said they would reply to my email but they didnt.

El personal fue de lo mas amable y el hotel tiene una ubicación excelente. El unico tema fue que por las lluvias el cuarto olia a drenaje y esto era bastante molesto. De la misma manera la calefaccion solo calentaba al maximo y no habia manera de regularlo.

Heerlijk hotel met zwembad en rooftop bar waar je na een dag in het prachtige Sevilla even heerlijk kon relaxen. Ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid dus ook zeker een aanrader en verder prachtige kamers met als klein minpunt wat harde bedden. Ligging van het hotel is ook heel centraal met een heerlijk tapas restaurantje om de hoek en een gezellig plein aan de overkant van de ingang.

It was our second time in this hotel and this time it was a couple of days before our wedding. The first time we came they gave us a room without a window, we complained and they moved us to a good room with a view of the plaza. This time again, we were put in another room on the ground floor, with a tiny window, super dark. There are two parts to this hotel : the good one and the dark one.

Great location of the hotel - all main attractions within walking distance. The hotel itself is lovely with friendly polite staff. A couple of issues: sound isolation is not great with marble and metal floors - you litelly can hear everyone in the corridor and the room upstairs, also the air- conditioner is rather noisy.

Reception was friendly and helpful and location was excellent. The hair dryer was nicer than most hotels and the buffet breakfast was worth the price. The only cons was the bed was very firm (almost like concrete) and the water pressure was low in the shower. I wouldn’t return for those two reasons.

We had a great stay at Hotel Rey Alfonso X. The location was perfect, right next to the historic old town and only a few minutes from the cathedral. The hotel is modern, very clean and our room was spacious with a separate sitting area plus both a shower and a bath. We knew it wouldn’t have a view, but we traded the extra space happily for a view. The staff were fantastic and arranged both an early check in and a late check out. Reception was very friendly and even greeted us by name. Housekeeping also did a great job. The mattress was a bit firm, but the team added a topper as soon as we asked, which helped a lot. Overall a very pleasant stay and we would happily return.

What a wonderful hotel this is. The staff is tremendous! Every person we interacted with from housekeeping to management was attentive, friendly and helpful. The details are attended to in every way down to having a taxi ready at the exact time requested. The facility is clean, modern and the rooftop terrace a nice place to relax. They serve a nice breakfast each morning and central location to Seville is a plus. I recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again. Thank you!

The property is outstanding in terms of facilities and location. The hotel is within easy walking distance to the Alcazar and Cathedral as well as other spots. What makes it truly exceptional is the staff. You can get a decent room at most places but quality staff is something to be truly appreciated. The staff here were uniformly accommodating and responsive to every request. Their friendly manner made us feel at home throughout our stay. If you stay in Seville I highly recommend this hotel. To the entire team at Rey Alfonso X, our sincere appreciation for your attentiveness during our stay. We will certainly seek to stay here again when our travels bring us back to your beautiful city.

The hotel staffs are providing very intense services, like proactively introducing how to access surrounding famous sceneraries, offering luggage room delivery, and the most impressive is a surprising small gift for my first stay in this hotel. Overall excellent. Room amazingly clean and large. Location excellent for historical sites 10 minutes away. Breakfast plenty of choice so something for everybody. Pool small but adequate for a swim. Terrace bar nice for relaxing. Staff friendly and helpful. Lift available to rooms and terrace bar. Would definitely stay again.

Gorgeous hotel with comfy beds. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hot items at breakfast (on the one day we had it) weren't hot enough. Also, the hotel could save on plastic waste by not replacing the toiletries everyday, when they were still half full.
