Hotel is nice and updated, but nothing exceptional for this price. Room was quite hot if the sun was shining. Breakfast is basic but dinner was good. Fitness track is a joke. It is just a normal stairway. No gym or spa available in this hotel.

This is a big, modern hotel with a great location very close to Tallinn's old town. My room was on the 5th floor. When I arrived the TV in my room did not work, but a quick word with reception got that sorted. There was a well stocked mini bar, comfortable bed and WiFi was strong and reliable. My only issue was that the hotel needs more elevators for the number of people who stay in it. There are 3 and their capacity is limited to about 4 adults so it sometimes took 20 minutes to get up or down to my room. Apart from that it was a great place to stay. It'll soon be even better as a tram connection to Tallinn's ferry port is under construction running past the hotel's main entrance.

Average stay. Hotel looks very nice from outside and reception but thats about it. Rooms and everything inside is sun basic. Suprisingly the hotel doesnt have a gym which is v basic. It is listed as having a spa but DOES NOT have a spa. If i knew this i definitely wouldnt habe booked it. This is fraud and false advertising. Better value around for similar price. Ie Raddisson Collections

Synes det er underligt at et hotel af denne kaliber ikke har inkluderet parkering, jeg måtte betale 25€ for at parkere i et døgn i nabo indkøbscenteret. det er dyrt når hotel værelset heller ikke var billigt.

Nice hotel with central location, great lobby bar and breakfast. The spa with three saunas was perhaps not worth the cost. Both tram and bus stop outside the hotel. The old town is only a short walk. Cleaning only every two days.

Nice, modern, clean, but doesn't deserve the forth star. Every additional service cost money. The spa is barely a spa and over priced. Breakfast had many options, but poor quality. The towels were way too small and only replaced every 3 days. Fine, but would not book again, unless for a conference/ work event, in which case, it's a good fit.

Nice hotel. Good bed, nice rooms. The small bathroom mirror was broken, 2 of the lights were blinking uncontrollably and one of the lightswithes didn't work. The relaxation area is nice, a small pool would have been super nice.

This hotel is so environment friendly that cleaning and service is non existent! Great location and a fine place to stay if you just need a place to sleep. No robes, no slippers, no vanity kits, no conditioner or lotion and no information about spa or gym when checking in. Water available for purchase. Other than the great location and nice lobby, there is nothing that makes this hotel a four star hotel. Even though we asked for room cleaning several times, they did not vacuum the room, clean the toilet or sink or even wipe the mirror. They did make the bed and changed towels every 2 days. Extremely cost effective and environmentally sustainable in that sense.

Wir waren 3 Nächte dort und haben 420€ für das Doppelzimmer bezahlt. Für diesen Preis erwarte ich aber schon, dass täglich das Zimmer sauber gemacht wird und nicht grundsätzlich nur alle 3 Tage. Der Frühstücksbuffet war sehr übersichtlich und für die Größe des Hotels viel zu klein, ebenso der Frühstücksraum. Es war zu wenig Personal da, die das Büffet nachgefüllt haben und auch die Tische abgeräumt haben

La habitación es amplia, aunque las ventanas no se podían abrir, y por tanto, no se podía ventilar. A la llegada estaba la habitación como una nevera. La climatización no funcionaba bien y únicamente tenía la opción de aire acondicionado. Lo comunicamos a recepción y enviaron a dos técnicos, sin embargo, no pudieron resolverlo y , tras volver a quejarnos, nos proporcionaron un mini calefactor eléctrico. Está solución fue claramente insuficiente, aunque agradecemos la buena disposición del personal de recepción. Se "olvidaron" de limpiar y ordenar la habitación y estuvimos casi cuatro días en una situación impropia para un hotel de esta categoría. Cuando, finalmente, nos quejamos y enviaron a alguien para limpiar, lo hizo de manera muy superficial (dejaron vasos y tazas usadas, ropa de cama sin cambiar y mal puesta,etc.) En general es un alojamiento con mucho potencial pero hay mucho trabajo por hacer en el cuidado del detalle y de la limpieza.

Beautiful hotel in a lovely location. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. However, each person was only given one pillow. There was a sign to get more pillows however once you call to get them it is 5 euro for delivery- and they told me I wouldn't pick up. Please advertise that more pillows cost money. But also consider giving 2 pillows per person. Otherwise very lovely stay.

Great hotel. The De Luxe Room was super good except the coffee table is uncomfortable low and the texts in shampoo/conditioner/body are so small that you can’t read them. Really nice breakfast. Spaceus bath tub. Great location.

We had two rooms. One was excellent and the other the wifi did not work and had a loud mechanical sound the entire time. The problem was never addressed by the hotel. This was the first time I needed help from a concierge booking train and bus tickets as reception was no help but they don't have one. Location is great though.

Good location for old town and port. Was informed restaurant would be closed , when we arrived tired and with mobility issues meaning we had to arrange somewhere for dinner (recommend Belgian restaurant near Hotel). No coffee/milk, though reception provided once we asked. Bed sheets and loose mattress topper kept moving. Staff not particularly helpful especially in bar. Breakfast was good. Doesn’t compare with the other Scandinavian hotels we used on this trip.

Considering this hotel has been modernised its clearly lacking in basic attention. The beds sag. The towels are cheap and like drying yourself on sandpaper. I asked the reception for some milk for my tea and was told this wasnt possible. When i did use the kettle it blew the electrics in our room. I came to reception to notify them of the problem and was first asked if i had put the card in the wall holder to make the electricity work. Im not simple. Plus I'd already stayed one night, why would I sit in darkness if that was the issue. The second receptionist then piped up and said ah its because you used the kettle, again acting like it was my fault. If there is a problem with wiring fix it. If its a problem with kettle replace it. At no point did I get an apology for the inconvenience. I wouldn't stay here again.

The hotel is clean, well maintained, and located very well. Unfortunately the hotel lacks of service. When I asked to leave my luggage in the storage room, the employee stared at me with his arms crossed as I put all the suitcases in the shelves. An elderly woman in our party asked for help carrying her luggage upstairs and the employee said that they do not have this type of service. During my stay I could not see any employee smile at any guest.

Really enjoyed my stay. I arrived at midday and just wanted to leave my bags to explore the city. The kind receptionist checked without me asking and a room was ready. Great location for the old town and ferry terminal. Very good breakfast options. Well worth the money paid.

Overall a great stay ! Was upgraded due to Expedia status upon check inn to a room with a great view of old town. Room was modern and very clean! Breakfast was amazing and kept fully stocked by staff. Close walk to Old Town and also Terminal A/D for easy day trip to Helsinki. Would absolutely recommend. There is construction on surrounding roads so you have to walk a little to be dropped off / picked up by taxi or Uber.

The cleanliness of the room let it down. My room was cleaned very well apart form the floor which was so dirty that I had to keep my shoes on. There were roadworks taking place outside the hotel and it was very difficult to drive to the hotel. However, there was plenty of parking available once we eventually found our way to the carpark. There was also quite a lot of noise from traffic outside during the night. On a positive side, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was very good, the location is excellent for city centre and there was a restaurant on site.

Great new modern hotel only minutes outside of the Old Town. We had a nice family-size room that met our needs. There was road construction in front of the building; looks like it is nearly completed. But we didn't hear any noise from it. Staff were friendly; but gave us incorrect information on how to take transit to the beach.

Hotel is just a 15 minute walk from Tallinn ferry and only a 5 minute walk to Medieval Tallinn. I arrived just before 1200 and was able to check in then. Helpful staff, comfortable room. I definitely recommend it and would return again if ever I’m back in Tallinn. Safe area for a solo female traveller

Really nice place and easy access from the harbour and everything within walkable distance. I wish for breakfast they would mark the labels with G if gluten-free. As there are labels already for everything, marking the G wouldn’t be a big effort and would make it a lot easier not needing to guess or ask

Bodd her før og egentlig vært veldig fornøyd. Men frokost har synket betydelig i standard. Sannsynligvis fordi det ble laget for mye mat i forhold til antall gjester. Slik at maten ble veldig tørr.

I stayed there mostly with my group but I arrived a day early. It was a very very nice hotel. It had enough space in the room. It seemed very clean. It was very convenient especially after the tour group caught up with me. The breakfast at the hotel was nice. I ate two meals for dinner there and both were excellent.
