Our stay at Jaz Saraya Makadi was exceptional from start to finish. My group of five friends and I were warmly welcomed and received outstanding service throughout our visit. Restaurant & Kitchen: The food was delicious and beautifully prepared. Special thanks to Chef Mohamed and the entire kitchen team for their professionalism, creativity, and friendliness. Reception: A big thank-you to Reda and Mina for their helpfulness, quick support, and warm hospitality. Bar (Night Shift): Mohamad (DOHA) kept the evenings lively with great energy and amazing cocktails. Housekeeping: Our rooms were spotless every day—thanks to the housekeeping team for their excellent work. Pool Area: Ismail was always kind, attentive, and ready to help. Animation Team: The animation team made our trip unforgettable with their energy, talent, and genuine friendship. Special thanks to Sonic, Eslam, Alex, Pola, Chemo, and the rest of the team for creating amazing memories. Overall, our experience far exceeded expectations.
