Room had very poor lighting, was not cleaned well (pubic hairs in the shower upon entering, dingy, not well kept). By far, this room was not as advertised when I chose the location. Bed was very uncomfortable, stains on sheets (both beds).

Stayed 1 night

Stayed here a year ago and had a good experience, but this time was different. No bath towels, extremely noisy shower fan, broken blinds, lamp didn’t turn on, door that stuck, stained sheets, and the lumpiest pillows I’ve ever laid my head on. Staff was very nice & helpful. Rooms have been redone but showers are dated. Decent stay if you need a pet friendly spot in Baraboo but needs attention to detail.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything was ready at check in. The front desk cleck remember me and siad hi everytime i saw him. The restaurant next door (attached ).. Was very good. In the morning they let me store my luggage. So i didn't have to cycle with it up and back from circus world😃. It was a great stay. Thank you

Stayed 3 nights

It's well located in West Baraboo and, as is true with AmericInn hotels in general, it is a revitalized older hotel. It's clean and has good amenities, the bed is comfortable and the TV works. The door to my room was quite heavy and hard to open. I suppose that might be a good thing. Typical hotel breakfast with plenty of options and a helpful smiling staff worker who keeps things humming--don't forget the tip jar!-- and parking for the restaurant is next to the entry door. There is an Italian-style restaurant in the building and it is owned and operated separately. It was good for a bowl of Italian wedding soup (YUM!) and the staff --mostly young --was pleasant. The restaurant seemed to attract local residents. This hotel is across the street from a Kwik Stop gas station and an automotive dealer.
