Absolutely stunning clean room. Comfortable bed and pillows, 3 pillows per bed. Sofa, large bathroom, large shower stall, barn slider door. Adorable kitchenette with dishwater and a full fridge and stovetop, microwave and coffee maker with coffee, decaf and tea available. They do have a gym, no pool.

It was a really nice hotel new so it’s pretty clean. It just needs a pool which I thought you had. I thought it said on here that there was a pool I could’ve been mistaken. There was no iron in the room we had to ask and for late check out this hotel charges, which I’ve never came across that but besides that it was very clean.

i misunderstood the description of the hotel when i was booking it failed to realize about the amenities such as free breakfast as well as a pool . the parking wasnt to bad aside from it being an open parking lot in the extreme heat. so need to maybe add some kind of shelter so people cars dont get to unbarable temperatures. and inwasnt able to cool of or unwind in any sort due to no pool or exercise areas so my first and last time just thankful that we didnt have our children with us . would have been a bumer for them

Stay was good overall. Pretty clean, new. The only things that bothered us was it was seemed like there was a bit of an ant problem. We found a couple dead ones in the room. There was no soap in shower. Had to ask for extra towels, and give the old ones back before we got new ones. Bed kind of uncomfortable. However, that is the case with many hotels. Overall good and would stay here again

everything was great, clean, and the staff was friendly. however i checked out within 2 hrs because of all the noise in my bathroom. turns out they were doing some plumbing work and they had a large rattling thing coming out of the shower drain. that thing was loud and obnoxious. it went on for about 30-45 min. it also dirtied the shower floor. that was pretty unprofessional that they decide to do that without a notice. front desk said manager would call me and they never did. nothing against the staff at the front desk, but towards management…

Everything was great, until children right above our room were running around all day and all night, nonstop playing with what sounded like a rolling chair. Then there were ants around the kitchen sink and bathroom. Other than that we liked and will stay again.

Beware of ants in the rooms. I notified them and no one did anything. I ended up killing them myself but they came from multiple places. I was uncomfortable thinking they would get on me while asleep. That’s a shame given how new it is. I don’t think is a cleaning issue but more so a construction issue. They need to treat the whole place to eliminate the ants

Seems to be brand new. Very quiet and comfortable. The room is spacious. Everything is very clean (with the exception of the plates and glasses—there was lipstick and food smudges inside the glasses and no liquid soap to clean them with). Also the guest Wi-Fi is not secure so be aware of that. But the check in was smooth, and the staff is all very friendly and kind. 20 minutes to the wineries. Will definitely stay here again!

Great newly built hotel location in Temecula. All state of the art and clean. Room included very large walk-in closet, two queen beds, a sleeper couch and seating area and kitchenette. Would certainly stay here again.

Property was only a few months old. Very clean with large rooms. Nice kitchen area with large refrigerator. A binder with information about the property and surrounding area would have been nice. There was a loud noise related to water going through pipes in adjoining rooms. Thin walls and floors between rooms.

Room was on the first floor, all rooms have wood flooring. It was Very loud in the room on the floor above ALL night, constant walking around and thudding of feet. Had to leave the TV on just to drown out the noise. Hotel was not very busy mid-week, they should plan better room assignments so this doesn’t happen.

There was no wifi, which meant there was no t.v.. bad cellphone reception. We were in this area for a wedding, and had no choice then to stay in order not to travel at such a late hour.

Room was clean. First employee (gentleman) who helped us was nice and professional, but didn't put any extra effort in checking to see if the ADA room he gave us was a roll-in shower or not. Luckily the lady worker in the back was kn her way out and overheard everything and was able to assist us since she knew off the top of her head which ADA room had a roll-in shower. The bed in this room was flimsy and felt very cheap. The box spring fell through the bed frame on the right side which had my wife and I sleeping at a slant position the first night. Other than that, the room was huge, nice, clean, and very accommodating.

I went through a third party to reserve the room, and was told the check in time was 11 once I drove the hour to get there I was told I would have to pay extra to get in a room or wait till 3 pm in order to get in the room. There was no care that I reserved the room the site said the check in was at 11 it was just blame the other site and pay up. I was there for my sisters birthday, and that was not how I wanted to start off my day.

The hotel refused to honor our reservation because we had a cat. The hotel said they only accomodated dogs, not cats, even though the hotels.com info said they accepted pets, with no mention of refusing cats. The guy at the desk did not show any empathy and said we wouldn't be charged like he was doing us a favor. The hotel still charged us.

Booked 4 night reservation while power was out due to fires. Power was restored on day 2. Spoke with front desk and was told I would be refunded remaining two nights if checked out. Left hotel on 7/1/2025. After multiple calls I have not been refunded those days and was told they were unable to refund as it was prepaid.

I forgot his name but I checked in the hotel I think 8pm and the guy was friendly nice and communicated very well. Very helpful. This is why I keep coming back to this hotel in Temecula. It’s my go to staycation

Expedia said I could check in at 11am and when I got there they said 3pm. I went back at 3pm and the rooms weren’t ready. We ended up waiting 40 min for our rooms and when I asked for some sort of credit the receptionist and manager got very defensive and rude. This is the worst experience I’ve had in a hotel.

The hotel was very Clean, Staff was friendly and our King bed Suite was clean, spacious and very comfortable. I also Loved the little kitchen that was in the room and if I had to find a negative it would be that I could not contact the hotel directly, I was never able to speak to a human.🫤 I would stay here again.♥️

Super nice hotel. They had way more than was advertised. We had a full size fridge, oven, dishwasher, and any other kitchen item you can think of. Beds were comfortable. Everything was clean. Staff were super friendly.
