Das Hotel liegt super sehr Zentral, mit Parkservice allerdings 35€ pro Nacht und das Auto wird um die Ecke im freien geparkt! Zimmerausstattung so Lala kein Wasserkocher Für Tee oder Kaffee vorhanden, sollte bei einem 5 Sterne Haus für fast 500€ die Nacht dabei sein, Das Frühstück wiederum war sehr gut, das Personal ist auch super freundlich.

Wir haben uns das Hotel auch wegen der schönen Dachterrasse ausgesucht. Leider war diese geschlossen und wir durften zum Fotografieren mal kurz hoch. Sehr schade, denn man würde die Aussicht genießen. Das die Terrasse geschlossen ist, sollte im Internetauftritt erwähnt werden, sonst hätten wir uns ein günstigeres Hotel genommen. Daher Abstriche bei der Bewertung. Sonst alles hervorragend.

Fantastic historic hotel in the center of old Verona. Staff was friendly from taking my bags out of the taxi to reserving the spa for me. Enjoyed the amazing art and details throughout the property. Our business conference onsite was amazing. Coffee break in the lobby was decadent and the croissants were amazing. 3 course lunches with wine pairings were a bonus. Concierge was helpful to make dinner reservations at high quality restaurants. I really enjoyed my stay.

20-30 minute drive from airport. Hotel arranged transfer for 50 euros. Good location in old part of town. Most attractions within easy walking distance (15 min). Multiple restaurants within 10 min walk. Staff pleasant and really helpful. Hotel spotless and well maintained. Room was bright and well lit.

It was the best hotel I have ever stayed. Very luxurious and the staff all around were very courteous, helpful and very friendly. It was great that the cleaning staff comes by in the evening to ask if anything is needed. The wait staff that serves the complimentary breakfast is very helpful as well. The hotel is quite historic and had a lot of charm and beautiful artwork.

On first night in hotel it lost electricity on all floors above lobby from 8.30-10.30 pm approximately. On second day water was turned off in our bathroom and loud repairs were made to adjacent bathroom lasting over an hour starting around 4 pm.

It’s a very elegant and refined hotel with artworks on the walls and some antique decor. This is a true gem for everyone who likes art and history. Besides that the staff is very attentive, the room was a bit dark and no flowers like on the pictures but other than that all was perfect.

Right in the middle of everything, walking distance to g th he main attractions and best restaurants of the city.i love the atmosphere, the place is very well kept and the staff incredibly helpful and friendly. The only thing I would add is a Nespresso machine in the room!

I booked a room with twin bed and it was also specifically mentioned in the special wishes field in the booking. When we arrived we were told that we had a room with twin bed. When we came into the bedroom there was a twin bed but only one bed linen in it and the beds fast together. The bag carrier told us that a colleague of him would fix this promptly. But no one came and when we stopped at the des when leaving the hotel we were told that it would be fixed before 9 pm. It was fixed just before that so we had to wait for 5 1/2 hour until they finished it. This was a really unpleasant and unnecessary start of a good stay at the hotel

I consider myself well traveled and I must tell you (I rarely leave reviews) that this hotel is a definite cut above. It’s not any one thing that stands out - it’s just everything is right. The overall feel, the room vibe and amenities, the food, and Christopher at the front desk! Thank you for making our way too short stay so much better. I highly recommend this place as a base in Verona. We had rain so we will definitely be back!

An absolutely wonderful hotel — I can wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone! It’s definitely in the top 5 hotels I’ve stayed at in my life. The design and atmosphere are stunning, and the team is incredibly friendly and welcoming. We dined in the restaurant downstairs every day, where we enjoyed expertly prepared fish dishes — truly a culinary delight. Oh, and their wine is excellent too!
