Quick one night stay with a group of teens on the way to Florida. Rooms were immaculate. Check in staff was great. Maybe 3 minutes at most to check in. Nice welcome gift and bag for us and the dogs. We stayed with 2 pets and the pet fee was beyond reasonable. Absolutely fantastic breakfast. Friendly staff in the hallways. Location was perfect. Close to everything - food and shopping. And when I say close I mean all within a half mile. Would love to stay again in the future.

Friendly staff at reception and a warm welcome. Hotel is clean and well presented. Pool are is nice and breakfast was plentiful and tasty. All in all a good ‘stop off’ hotel on the way to Atlanta airport. Free self parking too, always a bonus!

The staff (Willie & Mona) were amazing. Great attitude and assistance. The hotel is very nice and I utilized the business center which was great and functional. The only thing that was an issue was a spot on the sofa which looked to have been cleaned but had an odor. I asked the front desk for Lysol, which was provided. There was also a dirty spot on the bathroom floor. Everything else was great!

I usually stay at Marriott and this was my first time at a Hilton property and it was severely lacking. The room had a horrible musty smell that we were unable to remedy even with turning on the AC unit. The bathroom was very dirty with a ripped shower curtain and empty toiletry bottles, the room even had broken furniture….

Amiracle at the front desk was warm and welcoming and the room was absolutely spotless with all the necessary supplies. There were even warm chocolate chip cookies to enjoy while recovering from the long drive. Thank you!

I loved how friendly and professional the staff was. They made Check-in and Check-out a breeze. The property is in an area with numerous restaurants and stores, so you won’t be bored if you stay here. The only issue I had was that the room was not as clean as I would have liked. The room was a bit outdated, baseboards were dirty, and the bathroom and its walls were a bit “hairy.” On the plus side, the ceiling fan blades were dust free! Since we were only staying one night, we just dealt with it.

Friendly breakfast attendant and rooms were clean. Only issue was the musty, wet, dirty carpet smell in both of our rooms, but that could be because of humidity in Alabama. Other than the strong odor when you first walk into your room, everything else was great. After a while you get used to the smell and it doesn't bother you as much.

The staff was very professional. I was greeted the moment I entered the lobby. I arrived in town earlier than expected and asked if they could accommodate an early check-in. Even though they were fully booked, I still managed to get an early room. The room and hotel were clean. The breakfast was excellent and well presented. Every staff member I interacted with throughout the property was very friendly. A special thanks to Valerie, the front desk manager, for her assistance during my stay.

This was the second time we’ve stayed and couldn’t have been happier! Every single employee met us with a smile and was eager to help. It was almost surreal. From housekeeping, the breakfast lady, the front desk agents and management, not one bit of a frown or aggravation. It was a wonderful experience. We will definitely stay again when visiting family.

The good: Nicely remodeled hotel with very comfortable bed, beautiful outdoor pool, outdoor seating, excellent breakfast included with exceptional service The bad: Rudest check in I’ve ever had at a hotel. Not pleasant and felt that I was inconveniencing the 2 employees by my presence. Room was dirty with sticky floors in the bathroom, crumpled sheets with multiple hairs in the sheets. Pretty sure the sheets were never changed. Also FYI the bathroom doors are the barn door style that don’t lock, Nice hotel but appears to be poorly managed.

Tried to check in, id expired so had to get another, came back with id and now i need a card, explained room was already paid for but nope, demands a dollar. Came back because he said it could be any card, got turned around again, terrible experience, nonchalant " haha took your money " attitude.

I was traveling with my service dog and the desk clerk teller at me across the room that I could not have her in the breakfast area. I travel all over with her and that has never been a problem. She told me this was a hotel not a restaurant and the rules were different. I am totally unaware of that and really didn’t appreciate her yelling at me in front of others in the eating area.

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times. It is a very clean nice hotel but a bit pricey although in line with the cost of the other hotels in the area. There is a lot of great shopping and restaurants nearby and it's a very safe area. It is and walking distance from the shopping and eating if you feel so. Sometimes the traffic is a little problematic in this area but nothing that is unbearable.

Property was nice. 1st room I had when I walked in had the water running and the bathroom seemed not ready for a new guest. Came back to the room to find that the water wasn’t running at all, and was changed to another room which was fine.

We loved our stay at Hampton Inn. The check-in was super easy and the room was spacious and clean. The area around the hotel has several different dining and shopping options. Probably one of the best things about the hotel is Ms. Mona, who is the breakfast hostess. She was so friendly and engaging with every guest, making them feel welcomed. The breakfast food had several options of hot and cold items. The food area was consistently kept clean and restocked. We would definitely stay at this location again if we were in town.

I enjoyed my "Get away from the family" stay. My room was clean and there wasn't a lot of noise activity on my floor which was also very nice. My only disappointment with my room was that it consisted of a king size bed with flimsy twin size pillows ( total of 4). Although, using all 4.......there was still a lack of firm support while trying to watch t.v. comfortably. And although, I appreciated the free breakfast; there need to be a change in some of the items offered; such as serving grits over oatmeal and the sausage gravy was watered down and not as tasty on the second day. But for the most part, I did enjoy my stay.
