The colony is very nice. I’m actually looking to buy a place in Waikoloa. Kbm has a responsive concierge and have been so great in helping us with the stay. I was here for 16 nights and we all have fun. Great views great weather! It If I buy a place in Hawaii I will hire kbm to manage it! Highly recommend!

We stayed KBM resort for 2 weeks so that my son could join HPA summer program. The resort has fully equipped and we enjoyed self catering, cooking meals. We had once problem with the place however the staff visited us quickly and took care of it asap. She was so dedicated to maintenan and clean up to our room. We truly hope to visit again!!!

We loved the location and especially the large lanai where we enjoyed breakfast every day. The kitchen was OK, but there was a lot of food in the cupboards and there was no place to put our non-refrigerated food.
