We did not sleep the one night we had ordered here. The room we arrived to was not clean, and the room was very old.

Our room had a great view of the lake with a patio and easy access to the path and lawn. Staff was very nice and personable. The lobby had plenty of quiet seating and felt very inviting. I did however, have a lot of trouble trying to find a luggage cart. My mother and I were on a long trip and had a lot that needed to be brought in so some stuff wouldn't get too hot in the vehicle. There was no designated spot for the carts and I had to hunt for some time before I finally found one that wasn't being used by housekeeping and it was hidden in the ice/vending room. It is a bit dated for the price. Would have been better if the 20% off voucher we got was for breakfast rather than the gift shop. Other then that, watching the sunset over the lake from our patio was a great perk.

Beautiful views to wind down at the end of the day with a cold drink, a dip in the pool and a good dinner. The staff is helpful, rooms clean, but somewhat dated. We will gladly return!

The trash in the hallway was overflowing. The coffee maker in the room had not been cleaned in who knows how long - there was a used cartridge in the machine and it had an oder. The bottom of the tub was soft, like it was delaminating and leaking. Overall the room had a cheap hotel vibe for just about 200/night off peak. These are problems management could easily fix; but apparently they’re focus is elsewhere… wherever that might be.
