The property is absolutely gorgeous. That alone might make it worth your stay. But the rooms are very outdated and way below the level I would have expected. The main restaurant is gorgeous but be aware that you will pay $20 for breakfast. There is apparently a "resort fee" to even use the pools (which are amazing) but that wasn't even an option for us because they were closed.

The sunset and sunrise over this property was awesome. Highly recommend eating in the restaurant at sunset. Our server Asia was awesome. Pool facilities could have been better.

Friendly staff, great beds and a Spacious room. Food and service in the restaurant is excellent! Poolbar is a nice touch. Two pools available, unfortunately not enough beds at the pool.

Staff was not welcoming, understaffed and said rooms would only be serviced with advance notice. Was hard to get fresh towels etc. if you’re looking for a good resort, close to a marina this may be OK but if you’re looking for anything a little more high and this is not the place. Restaurant food was subpar. Pools were mediocre. Property is on a beautiful setting.

Resort with 2 pools, tasty restaurant, beautiful grounds with excellent surrounding red-rock scenery and Lake Powell views. Great star-gazing country! The room itself was a bit dated and could use some updating, but suited our needs as we didn't spend much time in the room.

Is a perfect point to visit Glen canyon, antelope and also monument Valley if you want to drive 4,5 Hours in a day! The resort is well organized, pretty new structures, 2 pools and an easy access to the Lake powell’s marinas! Really a good choice to visit the area without loose relax and comfort!

The building with rooms showed its age, there was a noticeable smell throughout. Our heater didn’t work during our stay, and there was no elevator, which made carrying luggage a bit of a hassle. That said, the pool area was very nice and well-maintained, and the view was absolutely gorgeous. Just keep in mind that you’ll need to pay a $30 fee to enter the area (1-7 days), as it’s part of a national park.

Rooms need a major refurbishment. Furniture old. Mattress was acceptable. Not clean and many Maintenace issues. Toilet broken, ants , phone did not work. Manager gave us a $50 refund.

Checked into our room late. Floor hadn’t been vacuumed, large pieces of food around. Dirty socks left beside the bed. HAIR in the made bed. Lots of it. Went to front desk to ask to be moved. Staff at front desk didn’t even acknowledge it, just typed on the computer and handed us a new key. No apology or anything. Rooms are dated and doors barely close. Location is great, lobby is deceptively pretty, rooms are terrible.

Pools were great and the view of the lake was outstanding. The room was outdated though and could definitely be improved. Better lighting, a trash can in the living area, a full length mirror, and non-broken patio chairs would have made our room better. It was not the cleanest either… a clump of hair found on the sheets and lots of dead bugs in the light fixture. Overall it was fine. I just expected more for the price.

The room clean had not been completed, half a can of pop in the fridge, piece of wall plastic fell off and the tub has a constant drip.

Staff were great! The food in the casual restaurant was excellent. Views were amazing. Room was clean overall but had ants, so be weary if you have food scraps or trash. Would stay again for sure but would be more careful about having food in the room.

The hotel needs a refurb our air con in the room was like having an helicopter out side your window all night. The toilet door did not shut the door was larger than the opening. BEWARE you have to pay $30 to access the road that takes you to the hotel, its nothing special !!

The only problem with the room was that it hadn’t been modernized for the device charging era. No USB receptacles and not enough regular outlets. I had to plug my charging “octopus “ by the sink!

everything were OK, the problem was the A/C : the first night it was very warm inside de the room, and the A/C did not work properly, and it is very noisy. the day after, the maintenance came and change something, it was better but not as we need, oui neighbourgs (friends of us) with communicating room and they had very better A/C in their room ...

We didn't get the room we booked but the room we got was fine. The patio had a nice view. The room had a sliding bathroom door which does nothing for privacy or sound attenuation. I really wish hotels did not have these doors! The TV was questionable.

I called the hotel after booking to request first floor lake view because my husband has a bad knee and steps are difficult especially with lugguage. They said yes but when we got to check-in there was no record. They then charged us an extra $20 a night to get lake front but no first floor as we requested. There are no elevators and the front desk offered no assistance with getting lugguage upstairs. It was in a separate building too- a considerable distance from the front desk. Once we were in the room I was really disappointed with the view of the lake. The balcony was four feet high solid concrete wall so if we sat in the low chairs we were staring at the concrete wall Sitting on the and couldn’t see the lake. And standing to see the lake balcony is no fun when you have a bad knee and foot. We were told there were towels provided at the pool. Walked over to the other side of the resort to find no towels, and no place to sit. They only had a very small number of lounges. Asked about towels at snack bar and she said she had no idea, she just worked the snack bar. Asked a person using the pool and they said they were in the room. So we had to go all the way back to the other side of the resort and up two flights of steps to get our towels and then back to the pool. Not good with a bad knee and foot! Not to mention 103 degrees outside. Our room key then stopped working. Called to complain and the manager moved us down to the first floor with porters help.

The location is fantastic, especially the view! The property is well maintained but the rooms are very “tired” The main building has been nicely renovated, but the lobby has a strange odor. The rooms need new furnishings, and an elevator.

Upon arriving at 8pm we found a lobby full of people waiting to check in. Once we stepped up to the counter we were told that they had no housekeeping staff therefore it would be 1-2 hours before we were going to be able to get our room. Some others in the lobby had been waiting for 4-5 hours. We finally were able to get our room around 10:30pm. Our room was clean, comfortable and accommodated 4 adults. The grounds of the resort were beautiful and so was our view.

Horrible Check in. Was assigned to occupied room and then reassigned to a different room with no guarantees the new room was not occupied. The person in occupied room was rightfully Las as this was 11 pm when we tried opening his door. Tried talking to supervisor but one was not available and still have not heard back.

The service checking in was not good. But the location is beautiful, the hotel room was very clean and comfortable. The coffee shop was great and breakfast burrito was huge. I also appreciated a much friendlier desk person the morning of check out

Decent sized room . Very clean . Having a microwave would help things as restaurants shut down really early . The housekeeping is a bit weird . They forgot to replace the shower curtains and the coffee cups . The front desk was really unhelpful . Twice I couldn’t find it manned and had to call out loudly for abit 5-10 mins before someone strolled in from the back . The room phones didnot work and on complaint they were not fixed . The resort location is great as is the surrounding . Great place for a night or two . Need better service though

Limits staff during check in … everyone had to check in at the exact same time. Huge line. Took over an hour to get through it. Other than that, wonderful stay and great resort. Just don’t plan to arrive/check in right when they say you can!!

Beautiful resort stay to enjoy Lake Powell and the surrounding area. Made for a great home base and nice to walk along the lake path several times and plenty of places to sit and enjoy the view. Staff was friendly, funny and helpful. Enjoyed sunrise every morning from our veranda and star gazing at night.

Lake Powell Resort has the best location in Page for lakeview and on site Marina activities. Tours can be booked right in the lobby. We were very appreciative of the early check in after being on the road with 100 degree temperatures. Lake Powell Resort with its restaurants and pools was a cooling oasis.

We stayed just one night, lodge is decent with all standard amenities, bit over priced but if you are really going for lake activities then make sense otherwise we suggest better to stay in Page city if your there for antelope canyon. Also note that this lodge is within Glen Canyon national.park boundry so you will.have to pay park fees.

Lake Powell resort being on the shores of Lake Powell is unbeatable. Views of the water and Mesas are very scenic. The resort itself had a couple of pools and restaurants which were convenient and then a whole marina for renting boats and buying supplies. Our room with a few of the Lake was pleasant enough. The credenza was a bit worn, but nothing really detracted from our stay.

We booked a view room with balcony and reserved a table in the Rainbow Room and requested a window table. They came through on all fronts. This was a perfect start to our Lake Powell boating trip. We had fantastic service from Deseree and Isabella.

For the location. this is ran by a cheap very cheap company. Very old and needs a complete redo. The prices that they charge are way out of line. The food sucked and wine way over prices. We got to very little small dinner rolls that were stale, You could get better rolls at a Walmart. When asked if we could have more, the waitress said it would cost us $5.00 extra. They are charging for the view of the half dried up lake and location. We checked out and went to the Hampton Inn.

20 dollars for buffet, not worth it. There were only a few choices. Service was good and nice view. Front desk receptionist seemed very unhappy. Rooms are dated and basic. We left early , we didnt want to stay there one more night.

I’d read other reviews and didn’t have high expectations. The staff and resort are very nice. The room is tired. The wood furniture is very worn. We loved Bradley in the bar. Such a great and friendly employee. The restaurant was way over priced. Food was good, but not up to the expectations of the price point. The coffee bar was good, but once again, the food was crazy expensive. I’d stay here again, but would not eat here.

The location was outstaning, with the beautiful canyons, wildlife and nature trail. The Driftwood restaurant was great but the Rainbow restaurant for dinner was terrilbe, had to return the tamale dish and as got fried chicken which was also not good and tasteless. The breakfast buffet was good, wish I could rememer the employee that tended to us, he was so nice and gave us so many tips on our stay in page. Housekeeping was non existent and had to ask fron desk to have a housekeeper at least to empty waste basket. We stayed there for 5 days and they only came once, and not all waste baskets were emptied out. Having said all that I would most defintely return.
