We came for a long weekend of wine tasting and bike riding and this hotel was the perfect location! Right on the square and within walking distance to all the restaurants and stores. The hotel is beautifully decorated with natural colors and lots of windows. Wine tasting every night in the lobby. Valet car service was included, not extra charge. Overall, a wonderful experience and can’t wait to go back.

Beautiful hotel in a prime location adjacent to the square in downtown Healdsburg. Every member of the hotel staff from the front desk to the bartender and wait staff we’re all so friendly and helpful. The pool area was beautiful and also had friendly and attentive waitstaff. Definitely recommend this hotel.

It is a great place to stay. The room is spacious and comfortable, excellent staff, free wine tastings, very good breakfast and free parking. It’s in a great location on the square - can walk all over.

HH has regained its mojo! The renovation got rooms looking good again. Service was the best its been in 5 years, still has a way to go though. After 20 years, its time to replace the squeeky hallway floors. Lounge is lovely, area is 5 star fun.

The HH has had some tough times, but has regained its mojo. The remodeled rooms have picked up the experience. The service at the pool bar is now from pizzando rather than the back bar, so that's a little of a bummer, but overall 4 stars , up from 2 previously.

The property is right on the square and has 2 amazing restaurants downstairs, which also supports their breakfast service. The service was truly amazing, fresh baked treats, and 'freshen' up cleaning while I was out for the evening. They also made valet parking super easy and have all the guest preregistered for valet. Truly 5-star service.

Hotel itself was good. however noisy street was terrible. Vehicle sounds came through the room. No acoustic insulation or value on window or wall? Couldnt sleep at night and also Monday morning was really noisy. Not recommend.

This hotel is a very well managed property. They are very concerned about their guest and anticipate their need. Staff is good There is just a good feeling in the hotel. Area is great for walking the town and the square is a half bloke a way. If your in the wine country this is a good place to call home

I love hotel Healdsburg and have stayed here many times but this recent stay was disappointing. The hotel service was lacking (reception and room service in particular). The phones were broken, room service line was busy the entire stay, sewage truck was vacuuming sewage out of the courtyard space and was very loud all morning/afternoon, room service couldn’t deliver simple items like ketchup for fries, and front desk was very rude at check out. It’s an expensive hotel so this stay did not meet expectations.

We stayed here for 2 nights and really enjoyed most aspects of this hotel. The best parts were: (1) the location, (2) the front desk staff and valet, (3) everything about the room, and (4) proximity to Dry Creek Kitchen. The worst part was the lack of service in the bar/dining area, which was shocking for such a pricey hotel. We went down for breakfast the first morning and couldn't even get anyone's attention, let alone a menu. The server told us she was too stressed out to talk. We would have had better breakfast service at a budget hotel. We had to leave and walk down the street for breakfast. We experienced a similar service issue in the early evening in the bar area. This property needs to address their staffing issues. It's a big miss. Otherwise, it was a good stay.
