Do not book here. Hotel staff not nice. My key cards didn’t work, the air not working, then fridge not working - was told can take “free breakfast” back to our own rooms. How ridiculous is that. Only 1-ICE MACHINE for 3-floors and it didn’t work either.

The elevator was out of service. I have right knee problem. I was not aware that it was out of service. The tv was not working, but the maintenance got it to turn on. But this is my favorite place to stay. It's alway the first time thing goes wrong.

My family couldn't enjoy the pool. The smell of the chemicals were so strong and burned our eyes. While we were swimming the pool shot chlorine through the jets causing a strong smell. I couldn't breathe and had to race out of the pool. My daughter has asthma and it effected her so bad it hurt her to take deep breaths for at least an hour after. I had to race her into the shower to breath in stream. I told the front desk and he said he would look into it but didn't notice anything wrong.

Price is reasonable for this property. About 25 minutes away from Disney. The room is actually very nice and clean. I loved the sofa that was in there and the bathroom was pretty spacious. There is a BUNCH of shopping and eateries right across the street. Two examples are target, and chick-fil-a. The CONS: - parking, we came back late at night and there was no parking! Got lucky and was able to squeeze into a very tight spot. - staff, staff were overall friendly BUT when I first arrived there was what I think is a “manager” that came in while the guy at the front desk was helping me and the “manager” was being very rude and unprofessional to the guy helping me. You just do not talk to anyone like that. Horrible leadership. overall takeaway: if your looking to not spend an arm and a leg and just visiting for a couple of days this is a great spot.

I liked that room was big enough to accommodate our family of 6. Staff was helpful and friendly. The room itself was dirty, found bugs in the restroom, the room itself smelled like mildew or like it was water damaged. The couch had stains all over so you didnt wanna sit on it. The pullout bed was broken and the inside was also had stains. All linnens were really dingy, stained or had holes. We considered asking for a refund, however it was late and wr were far from home.

The woman at the front desk was not welcoming or friendly when checking in, talking fast and not speaking clearly. While in the lobby, a man walks in with a bug spray canister and a mask on. When e got in our room, the screws that hold the lock in place were coming out of the wall. The refrigerator was not cold at all. The bathroom was clean. The beds were okay. At about 4am my daughter wakes me up saying,”mom, there’s bugs”. I look and see roaches walking around where the tv sits. Went in the bathroom and there’s a few running around in there as well. So glad we didn’t unpack. We shook out our stuff and checked out, which went smoothly. Won’t be staying there again.

You know how there are three star hotels that give four star energy because of their quality? This was the opposite: three star hotel that should definitely be two. The hotel has definitely seen better days: weird room smell, loose bathroom faucets, old, ineffective AC unit, etc. Unfortunately, the lack of cleanliness was off the charts. There were roaches visible in the windowsills of rooms I walked past, leftover expired milk found in our fridge, long black hairs in the folded towels in our bathroom, etc. Overall, this isn't the place to spend any time in.

Both rooms I’ve stayed in had a terrible smell. We had no hot water two mornings in a row, didn’t try on the other days. The carpets were filthy and left our feet black on the bottom (and my kids’ knees). Found a clump of hair on the carpet, and others’ belongings in the refrigerator and bathroom.

Room was dirty, bathroom was in disrepair and full of mold, crushed up tums and drywall dust on the carpet. Requested a crib which they provided but no space to put the crib safely, despite requesting a month in advance and confirming 24hrs in advance. Food was gross and whole property was in general disrepair. Overpriced for the quality.

Hotel was in a great location. Stayed for 5 nights in July, discovered on 4th night we were sharing our room with rats! Rats eating out of dry goods bag during the night. No compensation given by management! Wont be returing!

Beds are comfy. Rooms are a tight squeeze. There’s no control over the pool area, so it was super loud in our room from the yelling at the pool until late at night. Checking in was a nightmare and the lady at the desk was beyond rude. I would return only if I got. Super cheap deal, otherwise I would look elsewhere.

This hotel is the equivalent to a motel 6. It is old and run down. The room key stopped working daily. I had to go down the office each time to get it reactivated. The room is small, nothing like in the picture. Very cramped.

Everyone was really kind and helpful at checkin. The family suite was spacious and clean with two little balconies. Our family has a great stay and really really enjoyed the full breakfast with so many yummy options (omelette, waffles, pancakes, cereals, fruit etc)

We booked an upgraded room with a jetted tub and a balcony. The jetted tub was very disappointing as there was limescale on all the jets and paint was peeling off the drain. The shower spout flange was hanging off the wall. The bathroom smelled of sewage which was disgusting. We couldn’t even open the door to our balcony as the door was rotted and was going to break if we opened it. Not worth the money

It was the worst experience I've ever encountered at a hotel. The pm night manager approached my party I was traveling with and accused they of stealing a pair of AirPods, allegedly taken off the check in counter. The owner was called and he called my partners significant other out of her name, calling her a Bword and making threats. The hotel manager called the police and still would not let my party see the video surveillance they claimed they had to charge their card for the AirPods . They also locked my party out of their room, with children not taken into consideration, luggage and personal belongings being held hostage to the chaos until situation was resolved beyond midnight. The rooms are no where close to the pictures advertised. The hotel is poorly maintenance and managed. I would not recommend this place to anyone ever.

Horrible mamager, service, area and overall experience. Buyer beware. There is no room for reasonable requests and reasoning with this manager. They screwed up my reservation and didn't take the time to make it right. No accountability or attempt to make their guests happy. Don't waste your time here. Mediocre hotel for a more Mediocre manager.

Staff was rude. Hotel is very old and rundown with very tight room. Carpet dirty and overused. You cannot take any breakfast food into your room and they will threaten you with the fees out loud in front of others. When I asked the front desk lady for her name, she refused to share. Customer service is terrible. I wouldn’t stay here ever again even though this location is not bad.

I have stayed at this location several times and the main reason is the location. It is easy to go in and out of the property and basically every kind of food is available within minutes. I love how close it is also to the Bella Terra shopping center. The beds were very comfortable and the room was extremely quiet. The property does show the wear of time but I do feel the staff works to keep everything in repair.

We had a very last minute booking here, but the room was still ready when we showed up at 8pm on a Friday on a holiday weekend. We had the king size room with balcony. The room was quiet and a good, comfortable size. Breakfast was fine and the pool was clean and fun to use. I would stay again. Also right by the bus route to the beach, and close to many shops and chain restaurants.

I feel like this is a pretty good location with most of what you might need nearby. There’s a Starbucks, Target, and gas near the hotel. The only thing we didn’t like about the location is that it wasn’t as close to the beach as we would like, but that’s just personal preference. It was July 3rd so room availability was kind of limited. It is an older property, but it seemed to be kept up and, most importantly, it was clean. The staff was friendly. Check in was quick and easy.

The hotel is decent for the price. Nothing spectacular by any means. I felt like I was staying at my patents house with all the rules and regulations the hotel enforced. No smoking signs everywhere and basically threatening you for a huge charge on your card. The breakfast was good, but yet again I couldnt take the food back to my room if I wanted to because the hotel rules and regulations once again.

A pretty typical comfortable hotel with a decent complementary breakfast. That being said, it was a bit unusual for a breakfast hotel to limit WHERE a guest could eat breakfast. I was prohibited from enjoying my meal in the comfort and peace & quiet of my own room. I've stayed at a lot of hotels and NEVER had that restriction. That's my only complaint. All else was good. Their reasoning was a food safety issue. I'm retired food service management (47 years), and that is NOT an issue if food is prepared and maintained properly. Once the food leaves the immediate area of the food venue, it would be considered "take out" with the same, VERY LIMITED, liability. Technically, a non-issue.

Love the location, king beds, and very comfortable bedding. My only issue was the internet not working in our room. We asked to move rooms but because we had used the shower they wanted to charge a cleaning fee which seemed a tad absurd since we were only moving due to their internet issues (after I spent about 40 mins on the phone with internet tech)…finally they acquiesced and let us move without charging us. New room internet worked great and didn’t have any further issues. The breakfast was one of the best I have seen in a complementary breakfast hotel. Also popcorn is offered in the evening. Absolutely would stay here again but would want to be in an internet friendly room to start.

The property was poor. The rolling carts were hard to manuever. The room keys didnt work sometimes. The room was nice however the bathroom was extremely small. The one day i used the pool it was dirty. The jacuzzi was filthy, couldnt see through the murky water. The breakfast everyday was poor. Eggs were cold bacon was to crisp potatoes were very cold if there were any of these at all. Hours of breakfast 7- 10. Ate there at differing times with same results. Extremely disappointed with food experience. Lastly, the room deposit $100 on card $300 cash! Why the difference? I booked for 3 nights amd added a fourth night after being here 3 nights and had to charge 2 separate $100 deposits? Would have liked to have paid cash, but no way $600. That is very high and should be the same deposit as debit charge, not 3 times as much! Overall, extremely dissatisfied and will not back to this location, even though we are in So Cal, Orange County visiting family a couple times a year. Thumbs down 👎 on your overall score!!!
