The office and kitchen facilities are under repair so no hot breakfast was available. The elevator is also non functional so I had to take stairs to third floor. This will last three months I was told

Even though they are renovating their lobby it was quiet and not disruptive for our stay. Rooms were spacious and very clean. Liked that there were tables, chairs, and umbrellas on the patio by the pool, and there were lifts for both the pool and hot tub. Great property!

Does the job and didn’t expect it to be 3-5 star. Check in guy was super friendly and the pool/hot tub appeared clean. No towels in room, only about 6 channels that half of them were some sort of bad M-TV knockoff videos, and the people upstairs you could hear every step. If you’re looking to save money and be close to Huntington Beach to sleep only it works.

We called ahead to make sure the hot tub was working. We were told it was. The hot tub was the reason we booked it but the Temp was barely warm and not suitable. Employee said he could not adjust Temp.

Shocked this is a Best Western. Shabby motel at best. Staff friendly and helpful - but arrived only to find out that elevators out of service and lots of construction at property. Construction workers everywhere and despite attempts to upgrade/renovate rooms - still very tired and musty smell in rooms. Should have offered a reduction in room rate given the construction inconveniences. Whole areas re-cemented and closed off. Not my cup of tea when hauling heavy luggage up stairways. Will not return.

Very dirty floors that made all of my family’s feet black. Had to wear shoes the whole time In the room. T bathtub/shower drain was clogged and the front desk guy gave me the toilet plunger and said I needed to unclog it myself instead of having someone on staff do it. The TV turned on but none of the channels worked. Neither person at the front desk staff seemed to care about any of this too much.

Good motel. Very clean, very good daily servicing and cleaning of rooms, which is rare these days. Very helpful and friendly staff. Quiet area with stores and restaurants within walking distance or short drive.

This property was nothing like the pictures that were shown. The bathroom was filled with a rust like substance all over the floors corners and shower corners. It was extremely dirty and so expensive for less the. a 12 hour stay. Also if a hotel/motel is being renovated that should be included in letting the customer know. I would have never paid over $200 for that.

I found hairs in the bathtub before I took a shower. And there was something stuck on the handle on the sink faucet and I didn’t want to touch the handle. It was a big spacious room. A little cold and no comforter.

Currently remodeling office area. Only thing that was really annoying was the motion detection lights in hall and bathroom. Whenever you got up at night, the lights turned on disturbing everyone else trying to sleep.

The staff was extremely friendly. The room was clean and updated. The towels looked a little old, but they looked clean. The shower was horrible. It felt like we were showering with just a little spray of water or a mist. While in the shower the lights were blinking and the shower temperature was getting cold. So it seems like there are some problems with electrical maybe. The pillows were very uncomfortable. Breakfast was ok, they did not have decaf coffee or peanut butter for the toast. Other than that, the location was excellent and everything else was nice.

Hotel was easy to access and plenty of room to park. The room was modern and spacious. The bed was a queen and very comfortable. The bathroom was large and modern accomodating two people at a time (which is rare to find most hotels I have found barely accomodates one person. We enjoyed our stay!!!

Both my wife and I enjoyed our short 1 night stay at this hotel. We always enjoy taking advantage of breakfast at the hotel. Other reviews talk about noisy heater or air conditioners, however ours was fine and I always have some earplugs just in case. The shower was a little disappointing due to starts hot and gets cold in a short time. We were on the 3rd floor. The staff was courteous- front desk, dining room, and the housekeepers. Will recommend.

Need better shower heads. The hot water system in the shower went from nice and hot to "ICE COLD" abruptly without notice....and stayed cold for several minutes. In addition to the exhaust fan in the bathroom, it could use just a light without the exhaust fan...which sounds like a jet engine :-)

We prepaid for our room, we arrived at 1:45 and we were told we could not check in untill 3:00 so we left to do some sightseeing and returned around 7:30 the person at the front desks was rude he said ill have to see if we have a room for you, you should have been here at 3:00 i also have a service dog and he informed me that they are not pet friendly. And if the service dog gets on the bed its a $100.00 fine. My dad has a mobility problem and PTSD the night person needs to find a new job?

Cashier tried to charge me twice didn’t believe me when I said I paid it through hotel.com I waited 20 mins to check in cause he kept saying I need to double check I even showed him my bank info so he could see I was charged. He truly was a jerk!!!’

Best Western hotels check in was fast and easy. The room was spacious and clean. In the room there is a mini fridge, hair dryer, coffee maker, full size shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The hotel is close to Huntington beach, restaurants and shopping centers. We would definitely return back.

Easy stay in the Huntington Beach area. Very friendly and clean. They made it so easy for us. Quick Uber ride down to the beach and shopping and restaurants. Surprisingly, safe for being on Beach Boulevard. Can’t beat the price. I would definitely say there again.

They were refurbishing now. Our breakfast was the same everyday in a brown to go bag. When I asked if I could switch the apple juice for water she said no and then gave it to me anyway. Great location. Good internet.

Very nice for the two night stay and price. Uber to beach for $7. I think renovated somewhat. Interesting free breakfast where you order. Eggs, potatoes, sausage, toast, breakfast burrito, coffee available.

Modern rooms and very clean. Disappointed that the lobby was unavailable due to construction during our stay. The staff did their best by providing a ‘to go’ breakfast each day from a small office, and there was coffee available.
