Excellent service. Espresso machine with Illy coffee in the bedroom, complimentary bottle of wine and refillable water bottles. Martinis offered in the lobby in the evening (we didn’t take advantage of that). Walkable to Chinatown, MOMA and many other locations. Pet friendly, roof terrace offers free poopie bags. :)

The service was excellent. Pete was very nice and friendly. I had an early flight and need an early checking . Peter was so kind. He try to find an available room for me. This hotel offer a wines tasting with Gin Martini happy hour from 5 to 6 PM free of charge. The service was excellent. For my return I had an early flight I need a taxis urgently, Peter called a taxi for me. I really appreciated the kindness and professionalism from the hotel employees.

Very nice boutique hotel. Recently renovated and beautiful! Room was comfortable and quiet that faced an interior courtyard. Good wifi, nice size TV, access to 24 Hour Fitness a block away. Enjoyed the happy hour. Will definitely stay here again!

This hotel is a tranquil oasis in the middle of frenetic downtown SF. Kind helpful syaff, clean, attractive spaces, cozy rooms with decent TV with streaming castability. Premium coffee maker in room, and a decent wine tasting hour in the lobby. All of these things matter, and there are no chintzy substitutes on offer. The parking is a little more expensive than the public garage, but their garage is very secure with quick valet service.

The service at the front upon check in and check out had the highest standards of customer service. The hotel is modern w character, clean and boutique quaintness, no loud noises and flowers everywhere! Five star service. Beds were comparable to Hyatt. Park down the street for a better price.

Lovely small hotel near Union Square with warm and attentive staff. A complementary 'sipping hour' with wines and martinis in the pretty lobby was a nice way to start our night. A Blue Bottle coffee shop is right next door and a nice French-themed bistro is on the other side. The rooms are equipped with a coffee-maker (also free in the lobby) and refillable water bottles. Easy valet parking. The only negative from our point of view is the low toilet. We would also encourage the hotel to switch from single-use toiletries to larger refillable containers. We most certainly would stay again.

The room smelled bad, I think there is something wrong with their pipes. Our room was also filthy and the floor hadn’t been cleaned. They also never brought us towels, we had to go track someone down. The smell and cleanliness were big downsides.

This is a stylish and elegant hotel in a great location (close to Union Square shopping, China town, and Market St [for tram to Fisherman’s Wharf]). My room was contemporary in decor and very cozy. It also had suprizingly good lighting. The staff were friendly and helpful and even managed to let me check-in early

Everything was great at the Galleria. Staff was kind and helpful. The ONLY complaint I have is how much noise from the outside goes into the room. It was hard to sleep. Trash trucks seem to go around the block at all hours of the night. You can easily hear cars, busses and people talking from the street and this was with all the windows closed on the 5th floor. Besides that, the hotel is a nice, clean, friendly space.

The staff were amazing at this hotel! The fresh coffee in the morning and the free wine at happy hour were such a great surprise! The portable window air conditioning in the hotel room was like an open window which allowed so many loud noises in which was a negative. The lighting also wasn’t the greatest for getting ready. Overall the location and staff made the stay very good!

From the minute we got there, Peter (valet) greeted us w kindness. Stepping inside, the hotel had a great vibe with beautiful interior design and flowers. The front desk staff, Dominique was quick to check us in and Jefferey offered us two glasses of Pinot. It was wine hour at the hotel. Interaction w the staff was quick yet I felt warm and welcomed. Room was exactly how it was shown via photos. Bed super comfy and stay was quiet. The robe was rough so took that off asap. Haha. Great location, walkable to shops and restaurants. We will def stay here again.

Their guest service is a 20/10. I called earlier in the week to ask about arriving early and parking. They were gracious and accommodating, saying we could check into our room if it was ready when we arrived. On arrival, the doorman (shamefully I didn’t get his name) was welcoming, friendly and efficient. I had injured my knee a couple of days earlier and was on crutches and he did everything he could to help me. At the front desk, Jared and Dominique were warm, welcoming, professional and efficient. They were able to get us into our room early, which was wonderful. The property is located centrally to lots of good restaurants, Union Square and the cable car. We were able to walk to the Ferry Building easily, which was the destination of this trip. The lobby decor was so cute and comfortable. We didn’t take advantage of the complimentary morning coffee or evening sipping, but they looked popular and fun. Our room was well appointed, clean and comfortable with great amenities. The property is historic, but everything was clean and well maintained. But the best part of our experience was the staff. From the doorman and front desk staff to the housekeeper, engineer and carpet cleaner we encountered, they all said hello and made us feel welcome. Would recommend this hotel to everyone and would love to stay again.

Comfy retro vibe. Prime location. 1 block from Dragon Gate to Chinatown. My 7 year old and I went to a Giants game. Oracle park is walking distance. Took us about 30 minutes. Great staff. Very international clientele.

I appreciated the decor & friendliness of staff. Even the Valet shared other options for parking around the hotel aside from their own valet service. I was upgraded from a queen to a king suite. The morning coffee/Tea service, evening Wine/Martini service are really nice perks. The hotel's restaurant 2 star Michelin chef also handed out tuna tartar the evening I stayed. Plus the hotel honored my free bottle of wine my Expedia Silver membership afforded me!

We loved this cute boutique hotel. While there wasn’t a restaurant on site, they did offer complimentary coffee in the morning and happy hour gin martinis and wine from 5-6. Very charming lobby and the desk staff were friendly and very helpful. Our room was small but clean and comfortable. Very well located, just a short walk to union square and the financial district. Plenty of options for dining nearby.

Really nice hotel which was well maintained and very clean. All the staff were very friendly and polite (Mira on front desk) and little touches like sipping hour for a martini each day and a bottle of red in the room were enjoyable. Good location too near Union Square and the Mason Powell cable car.

Great lobby for morning coffee and tea and the 5:00-6:00 sipping hour was a fun bonus. Close to the cable car. Central to everything within 1.5 mikes or less including Oracle Park, Fisherman’s Wharf, and Chinatown.
