Somewhat disappointed. Room was ok, but tired looking. Deadbolt did not work. Heat did not work. We called maintenance and someone came, but he said he was new and would ask his boss. Never heard back. There was a small portable heater in the room. We used that. The room got comfortably warm, so we were fine. Just not a good option. Made a restaurant res for dinner and waited extra 10 minutes. They didn't seem to have enough staff to keep up. Food was so-so. Our "lodge" was a walk from the parking lot and our room was down a flight of stairs - no elevator. The did have a person available to bring our luggage to our room and the next day did the same back to the car. They were nice. We couldn't have managed without that help.

We had a wonderful time at the Wuksachi Lodge. The food that was available was very good. The rooms were not air conditioned but the weather was beautiful and air conditioning wasn't needed.
