Pros were nice towels and fridge, good breakfast, 2sinks. Cons: large hotel with two floors and long corridors but no luggage carts at all. No luggage racks in room On-site restaurant closed (reason given was no bartender) Rear entrance was unsecured!

The hotel was clean. Staff very friendly. Breakfast was 5 hot items a day plus yogurt, cereal, danish. The beds were very comfortable. Now to the bad: carpet is old, doors have a chain, no dollys, and no elevator (2 story hotel). If they keep the same staff and update the rooms this would be 5 star location

We arrived 45 minutes before checkin and were told that if we wanted to checkin early, it would cost $30. Ive never had that before... other hotels allow early checkin IF your room is available. They did however, allow us to use the pool while we waited. After digging through luggage in the parking lot to find bathing suits and changing in the lobby restrooms, we get to the pool to find it full of flying ants or termites and the pool pump either not working or not on...(there was no water circulation). They called out maintenance and Pam showed up. She worked really hard to get that pool cleaned and back in shape. I cant say enough good things about how much she dud to make it right. The room itself was clean and comfortable. Despite the negatives the hotel did serve its purpose... safe, clean, comfortable lodging. Would I stay again? Only after I searched for something better and failed. I would have rather spent another $20-$30 to be able to give a 10/10 review. We stayed at two other hotels during this trip which reminded me how nice a 10 out of 10 experience is.

Only stayed 1 night, but room & facilities were clean, tv viewing options were good. Beds were only double beds instead of queen. Pool was excellent. Breakfast room was rather crowded & some breakfast items on the menu were not available, some were replenished after a short wait. Would return to this hotel if in area again.

Check in was quick and easy, which was exactly what I needed after a long day of driving. 10/10 would recommend this location- it was clean, non-smoking, and despite being mid-October the pool was open (which delighted my 6 year old).

Convenient location off of I-10 and nearby gas and food options. The pool looked great but we got in too late and left too early to use it. The breakfast had a great selection of items. Everyone we interacted with on staff was kind and friendly.

The hotel is old and pretty run down. Fortunately some parts of the room (namely beds and bathrooms) have received a little bit of an update. But there is no elevator, carpets are horribly dingy, common areas are old and run down, and check-in takes forever.

The hotel is weathered and worn. The room was clean and the bedding was adequate. The lounge/Restaurant was not open and NONE of the entrance/exits were secured, anyone could walk in or out. My room smelled slightly moldy and when I asked for another room was told the only room available was on the second floor and there are no elevators. I must say that when I checked out the two women at the front desk were friendly.

Got bitten on my legs and back by bed bugs. Woke up with about 30 angry bites. Reported it to the front desk and was told the manager would be in touch with me. Haven’t heard a word. Now dealing with an allergic reaction to the bites. Not going back.

You can tell the lobby has been updated and was clean. Room was large but we had fleas in our room. Air conditioner rattled and roared to the point of waking us up. Room smelled musty. I dont recommend staying here usless you cant find anywhere else to stay at 2 in the morning. We saw the reviews and felt mislead.

A lot of mold around the shower at the top of the bath, disgusting. Bathroom had a lot of what looked like pubic hair on the floor behind the toilet, disgusting. Unsafe conditions, no visible security outside although it was well lit.

Our room smelled of mold and mildew. We found mold growing on multiple surfaces including the bed skirt. We asked for and received a different room but the troubling thing was the staff acted like this was business as usual without even an apology.

We don't stay in hotels often, and we were so pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of this hotel. The staff were exceptionally courteous and the 'provided' breakfast was just what we needed to start our day! Cheers to the kitchen manager who made amazing grits! Thank you Best Western Crossroads Inn! We will not hesitate to stay here again if our roads cross again!

The hotel was old, I would definitely call this more of a motel. The beds were old with spring mattresses and there was about ten layers of paint on the doors and walls the ceiling was popcorn textured and you could see old spider webs on it, it’s the most uncomfortable place I’ve ever stayed in. The AC was loud and everytime you moved on the mattress the entire bed would shake

Isabella at the front desk was extremely nice, and helpful. She’s definitely a “keeper”! Our room was great & clean. The bed was comfy, and we slept really well.. The breakfast was delicious. We will be back for sure!

Good hotel, but you will be up by 7am because housekeeping starts banging on doors. I had the sign up but I still woke up to banging on other doors. If you like to sleep in, consider somewhere else.

Travel time to location went extremely well. Arrived 2 hrs before check-in. With only 5 cars in the parking lot, figured maybe early check-in might be allowed. No one at registration desk for 20 minutes. Rang the bell twice, no response. Called the local number in my confirmation email, no answer. So had to just wait 20 minutes for someone to show up. Was told early check-in not allowed without paying a fee. I could see this if capacity was limited and needed time to clean rooms, but with only 5 cars in the whole parking lot you would have thought they could be more accomodating. I have family in this city and often come to town. Have stayed here many times, (this had become my go to location) but now I will be looking for another regular location.

Staff was very friendly. Had problems checking in through expedia and staff did everything possible to get us checked in. Breakfast was great and we actually had one of the staff members sit down and talked with us. We had a nice interaction and she shared some Mexican Family recipes with us.

This was the most horrible experience ever at a hotel we got there at 1am and was given key cards for an occupied room we went through 5 key cards for that room before a guy came to the door and said u have the wrong room then the room they tried to replace it with was only one bed and we needed two beds we finally got situated around 2:30 am it was a nightmare the clerk at the front desk put the couple in the occupied room in our reserved room

I did not like the very long walk to the lobby for breakfast. Breakfast was ok. I wish outside doors were automatic for handicapped people. Hard to push open doors for wheelchair.

It was OK. Hotel needs updating in decor . Don’t like carpets . Beds aren’t comfortable and pillows are not feather. Hotel is quiet despite being near freeway . Breakfast is mediocre, eggs are powder, not good selection. I wouldn’t stay there agin . Positive is the stuff , they ware nice , and room was clean.

Everything was okay except the breakfast. The guy putting food out complained to a coworker that everyone one was showing up at 8 when they stopped serving at 9. He made it very awkward as it felt like they didn’t want us making a plate. After indirectly being rude he put out his homemade tip basket for people to leave money. Everything else was fine
