Excellent - 1 drawback, the elevator wasn't working so my lovely wife carried our bags to the 2nd floor! Covid residue in my lungs hasn't helped me be the guy around the house lately!! Their in-house breakfast was one of the best we've had stateside. Good selection of tasty & nutritious items. Well worth the night's rest!

Was in town for my son’s high school graduation. Kids loved the breakfast and pool. It was clean, quiet and close to many things. My refrigerator didn’t feel super cold inside but that could have just been that one in particular. Will definitely stay again next time I come to town to visit my kids.

Great staff. Excellent accessible room. Very good breakfast. Unless the floors are very thin, the Jolly Green Giant was in the room above us. It would help not to put someone in that room when the hotel isn't full.

We had a good stay and the continental breakfast provided options beyond what we expected. The staff were so friendly and amazing. However, I had to keep my shoes on until I got in bed because upon taking my shoes off, the carpet felt sticky, icky, and dirty.

Bathroom tub would not drain. Had to shower in ankle deep water. Checked in too late to deal with it on a one night stay. Carpet coming into the room was horribly stained and desperately needed cleaning. Hallways were dirty and needed to be vacuumed. We have stayed here many times in the past but it is doubtful we will stay again.

The noise in this place is insane. The people in the room above us are banging around so hard that the light on the ceiling by the room door is rattling. I’m not sure if they have a child or what, but it’s rude and disrespectful. I can hear them talking as well. The people across from us stand by our door and laugh and talk loudly. I am traveling with my two 10 year olds and we are completely exhausted but can’t relax or sleep with all this noise. It’s almost like a party hotel. Never will I ever stay here again. Unbelievable.

Shout out to Gabriel and the breakfast attendant, I forgot her name but she was tall, very attentive to her area and had exemplary customer service. If we had to stay somewhere, we will be back to this property and hope to experience others in the IHG brand.

Jennifer was awesome! She helped me find one more night when Hurricane Helene was approaching. Staff goes out of the way to help those of us stuck in limbo with potential hurricane switching course. Staff worked super hard. Lobby filled with dogs at one point and all got along great!. Thank you, for job well done!

Beds were very hard and uncomfortable. Extremely loud, inconsiderate, rude people down the hall on third floor. They came in late, about 11:00 PM as we were already in bed. Called front desk and they said they would check on it. About an hour and a half later the rowdy’s finally shut up.

The staff at the check in was very welcoming and pleasing when i walked in for check in. Even later on when I went to buy beverages and he was a bit overwhelmed by guests checking in, he kept his pleasant and professional attitude. Props to him.

Traveling from Houston to St Petersburg Fl. This was right off the freeway, appeared to be a new hotel conveniently located to several fast food restaraunts and gas stations and kind of near nothing else so it was quiet. Check in staff were very cordial and accomodating.

Not many options for hotels /- an hour from here on I-10, and it didn't seem like there was much else at this exit. The hotel was well-taken care of and well above average among Holiday Inns that we've stayed at. Highly recommended.
