Hampton Inn was nice and the staff were super friendly. The breakfast was good for a free breakfast (plenty of options). The boys enjoyed the indoor pool. Plus its proximity to stores, restaurants and other conveniences was a bonus. The only negative is there was definitely an order present on the first floor. Almost like someone has cleaned with a dirty mop. They also didn't have to room I had originally reserved but we're able to accommodate with a room of the similar type.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is extremely convenient—close to everything I needed and easy to get around. The parking was excellent, with plenty of space and easy access, which made coming and going stress-free. The property has easy acccess to the highway system so it's easy to get in and out. They are also very canine friendly, huge PLUS. However it's not all walkable and not very close to downtown. When, my neighbors got a little too loud, they moved me to a much quieter room and I SO appreciated that. Excellent customer service!

Hotel overall was nice! Breakfast was good both days and the pool was nice for our kids. The only thing i would say is that the beds had a dent in the middle and they were pretty small. My husband and I kept sinking into the middle of the bed, which caused us not to get much rest.

Just a quick stay for my teens college orientation. Very clean. Staff are wonderful. Pet friendly with handouts on local vets, dog parks, etc. nice breakfast, very nice “Zero” hygiene, hair products. Only issue is that I have luxury bedding at home so anything else doesn’t measure up, which is ok

Everything was pretty good, the only issue I had was the elevator. It was only 1 elevator working at the time of my stay, so the wait was longer because of guest going up, or down waiting on the same elevator. Other than that great stay….

Upon arrival, turning down the sheets to put my toddler to bed I found several brown stains in the bedding. The staff quickly changed them. However we also noticed several brown pet stains on the carpet. My family was pretty grossed out. My older two children slept on top of their jackets on the bed. lol

This property was dirty and dangerous. People out front at night smoking pot. Homeless coming in and getting coffee and snacks. There were roaches in my room. Staff is very friendly and professional but the property is not safe.

I traveled with my husband and 2 sons. Its a nice and clean property. We stayed in a nice sized room that accommodated our family comfortably. There is breakfast every morning, and cordial and professional staff. The property looks as if it’s been renovated since the last time we were here, several years ago. We’ve stayed here several times over the years, we’ll stay here again.

Very good other than the wi-fi. Connectivity was very slow (about 8 Mbps according to my app), so my connection to a live-stream church service kept dropping (every couple of minutes). The rest of it was great. Nice amenities, comfortable bed, good breakfast, and excellent staff. Room was large (could have used a separate easy chair with all that room, but the couch was comfy). I'll be booking again for a future visit.

The walls are too thin. My family and i laid in bed listening to another couple doing the deed. We could hear the vibrator . This went on for 2 hours. Not a prude, but not interested in someone else’s moans and groans.

The staff was very helpful and worked to ensure our satisfaction. The room was spacious and comfortable. There was only one chair in the room, which was at the desk. The blackout shade was broken and could not be pulled down. This let the light in from the parking lot, and also left a gap where people could see into the room (1st floor).

There was a mixup at check in. We were provided keys and a room number. When we went to the room, we walked in on a woman in the room. She was obviously embarrassed as were we! Front desk gave us new room keys and apologized.

Overall, the hotel is quite nice. However, service is seriously lacking, especially when checking in. We had to have the linens change on the bed right away, which they took care of quickly, and the small refrigerator didn’t work and had to be replaced as well. Not such a big deal, but a little bit of a nuisance nonetheless. And one more thing, I travel with my dog and there’s always a slight fee for that which I expect. But here they charge an additional $50 nonrefundable fee. Seriously excessive, a complete rip off! My dog is cleaner than most people!

The staff was amazing. We came for a funeral and when they found out they actually were able to give us a discount on an additional day no questions asked. The hotel manager greeted us and made sure we were a good in our room and the staff make sure to call and check in on us as well. Very clean hotel and very comfortable

Only Stayed for 1 night. The rooms were nice and comfortable.The only complaint I have there were people talking and laughing really loud right outside our window really late at night, before midnight through after midnight so I was not able to get to sleep until the wee hours of the morning. I didn't complain to the staff. Maybe if I had they may have politely said something to them and they may have been more mindful. Other than that our overnight stay was nice. They had an awesome breakfast and the staff helping with the breakfast was very helpful and kind.

I was amazed at the upgrades. They were wonderful. I was really impressed. The only complaint I had was the ice machine on the 3rd floor was broken during my stay. They were fixing on my check out day. I would have liked to have too choices of meat for breakfast instead of just chicken sausage. Maybe some bacon or ham as an alternative. Other wise, I enjoyed my stay.
