In der Dusche war das Body- UND Haarshampoo leer, die Handseife kurz davor. Trotz Zimmerservice zwischen zwei Nächten wurde nicht aufgefüllt. Die Kaffeemaschine enthielt noch die Pads des vorherigen Besuchers. Die Klimaanlage war bei 28 Grad Außentemperatur überfordert und machte sich durchgehend durch lauten Betrieb bemerkbar. Das Frühstück hielt keine Überraschungen parat. Zudem ist eine Kaffeemaschine für ein Haus dieser Größe zu Stoßzeiten deutlich zu wenig. Pluspunkt: Ein morgens verschatteter Außenbereich kann genutzt werden. Die Preisvorstellung für das Gebotene ist deutlich zu hoch.

Yeni, düzgün, güzel bir oteldi, çalışanlar güleryüzlü ve kibar.merkeze çok yakın değil ama toplu taşma yakın.Odamızın yerleşimi biraz ilginçti dolayısıyle çok pratik değil, pencereyi açmak için bir handikap vardı mesela. Tek kullanımlık odada iki kişi kaldık gibiydi yer ve dolap sıkıntısından dolayı. En önemlisi sitenizde otopark var denilmiş ama günlük ücret 25 euroydu, ücretli olduğu belirtilmesi gerekiyor, free sanmıştık biz. Ama bunu belirttiğimizde otelin işletmesi olmadığı söylendi ama çok kibar bir şekilde iletildi bize bu durum, o yüzden personel gerçekten çok kibar, Genel olarak memnun kaldık, güzel bir otel!!

We had an overall good experience staying at the passenger hotel in Salzburg. There is a big mall 4 min away with plenty of shops and food choices. The train to the city center is 5 min walk away. The gym is very modern, including a reformer Pilates as well. The hotel is about 4 km from the city centre, we walked to the city centre, as we love exploring the non turistic areas as well, but there are lots of busses going to that direction too. The Salzburg airport is also 4 km away from the hotel. The room was very clean, and the food was pretty great!

Great hotel very modern great bathroom with heated floor at night and very quiet! GYM was ridiculously high end with everything you need. Down side for me was the pillows and the area was a little industrial but there was a big shopping mall across the road which was very convenient.

Great new hotel with very welcoming and friendly staff. I had an excellent dinner in the restaurant, would highly recommend. The Room was comfy, The only thing missing was tea in the bedroom as they only catered for coffee drinkers. This was readily available in the bar restaurant sea though as were water and juices.I would definitely stay here again if i visit in the future

Excellent new hotel, glad we got to stay there for our trip to Salzburg. The employees at reception and at the hotel bar were gracious hosts and were very friendly, attentive, and helpful. They gave us great information, and made our stay even better. They definitely hired the right people for the job. I enjoyed the location, parking, and the room. My one criticism would be that the bathroom door has a mechanism that makes it automatically shut when I wanted the door to stay open, but it was just a minor inconvenience. All in all, a very nice hotel next to a very big shopping mall. We'll be back!

If you’re looking for a hotel in the Salzburg area and, like me, tend to do your homework—reading reviews, comparing prices, opening multiple tabs—save yourself the trouble and just book The Passenger Hotel. It’s truly the best! The hotel is new, which means it’s fresh, modern, and very clean. The staff was wonderful at every step—from check-in, to the restaurant, to check-out. Everyone we interacted with was kind, helpful, and welcoming. Parking is available for a fee, but it’s super convenient. Moreover, there are great dining options and shopping just a short 3–5 minute walk away. I’m not sure if I’ll ever have the chance to return to the Salzburg area, but I’d be remiss if I didn’t recommend this fantastic hotel to fellow travelers. Highly recommended!

clean room, very modern

I stayed 8 nights. The room was clean! So, I’m almost always a return customer to a hotel when I’m in a clean breathable room. There was no carpet, so I did not have to deal with allergy issues. I also loved the hot showers, and the hotel does not skimp on heat in cool months. It was always toasty when walking onto the floor where my room was situated. I would have given staff a 5 but they didn’t all seem to go through the same training. …most staff were warm and extremely helpful (especially the woman who checked me in and the gentleman who checked me out) but twice I asked a question at reception and was met with short responses. Hope management takes note. I would definitely choose this hotel again.

Although it’s located away from the main tourist attractions, there is a bus stop nearby that takes you to the city center in about 20 minutes. Being right next to a shopping mall also makes things much easier, with plenty of options for food, shopping, and convenience. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

I booked a king room and I got a twin bedroom. I never got back the difference for my room . The bed shook so bad when the train stopped that i almost fell off the bed. Very noisy as well. I wouldn’t recommend this place .

The staff in this hotel, bar none, are of the best I have ever encountered. Farhad was exceptional. The other desk people were amazing, too. So helpful! The hotel is lucky to have such amazing guest services staff. Definitely recommend!

The room was very clean and well equipped unfortunately a receptionist started the whole stay off on a terrible note. When you enter a hotel lobby with a suitcase I think anyone can deduce you most likely want to check in but the man who I approached seems to be baffled by the idea of people checking in. After I asked twice to check in, he walked off without explanation. Not the welcome anyone would want. The location of the hotel and the room was good and would stay again but would not expect a warm welcome.

좀 거리가 멀어서 그렇지 호텔이 크고 좋았습니다. 단지 주변이 잘츠부르크 도심 내부와 멀어서, 공연 끝나고 늦에 올때 좀 무서웠습니다. 주변이 너무 썰렁한거 빼곤 다 좋았습니다. 아, 세면대가 키 큰 사람한테 맞춰 높게 있습니다.
