Need 2 bars of soap in bathroom instead of liquid pump dispensers, I feel they are a unsafe product that can be tampered with.

This is the worst Hampton we have ever stayed at and Hampton is our usual Go-To for hotels. I am really shocked they allow this hotel to have that name, but as you can see from the previous reviews, there have been enough warnings about the low quality, and we should have read them beforehand. The AC barely functioned, there was garbage left under the bed, the bathroom door didn't close, there was a screw sticking out in the floor of the bathroom that I almost stepped into and if it wasn't so late when we checked in, we would have chosen another room. Unfortunately our stay only got worse as the AC going in and out failed to cool the room and disrupted our sleep all night.

It smelled musty when you walked in. The room was decent but I had booked a 2 queen bed room and I got a king with a sleeper sofa. The lady at the front desk was not very friendly or helpful at all.

The front desk associate Zora was very polite and helpful and even sent a text to my cell asking if everything looked good and clean in the room. The bed was very comfortable even though it was only a double! All of the food at breakfast was warm and had a good layout.
