The hotel did not have the type of room we reserved, but put us in an adequate substitute. The pool was closed throughout our 3 day stay. We had planned to relax poolside while in town visiting our son. The first evening I checked with the restaurant to see what they had for dinner fare... only chicken tenders and fingers. Currently did not even have buns for hamburgers. Certainly not a four star hotel, but our room was comfortable.

Beautiful, modern, and fun lobby. Staff was super nice and check-in was quick and easy. The pool was a little off putting, there were a lot of bugs in it, they probably just need a stronger filter. Other than that, my room was larger than expected, bed and pillows were comfy and it’s not listed but there are mini fridges in the room. Great stay!

Room fridge did not work. The bed was uncomfortable and the price was super inflated for the condition of the room. Also it was only 6 pm when I checked in and the pool was closed due to treatment of chemicals. They should be doing this at night when the pool closes regularly. Very inconvenient

The room was overall nice. However, the bathroom has NO ventilation or fans for the shower so it seems to have cause a smell of mold and musty odor in the room we were in. I’m not sure if this is all the rooms but we were in a suite on the first floor and the smell was definitely noticeable. We only planned staying one night so we just dealt with it. They really need to figure the smell and moldy musty issue out and then I wouldn’t have any complaints.

Everything was fine. Very Quiet and good location. Ice machine worked fine down the hall. Breakfast was good. My room number was 212 and there are pharaoh ants in the sink area. I am an exterminator by trade and it was no big deal. I would suggest you address it before someone leaves a negative review. GB

The man who checked me in was lovely. The room is spacious and comfortably furnished. The AC unit was very loud, but other than that the room was quiet. It was a pleasant calm place, away from traffic, but convenient to many things. Linens and surfaces were very clean, but the light switches looked older and less clean.

Really delightful stay. Came for a concert. Really short walk to the venue. Check in was great. I checked in more towards 8pm and the associate was very quick to get me checked in so i could rest. The rooms are huge. The bed is comfortable. The pillows not so much. They are kind of lumpy. I got an extra pillow so it helped. The black out curtains were amazing. I couldn't tell if it was night or day. Loved it. The TV lets you log into certain streaming services which is nice. Room was very clean. Had a mini fridge and coffee pot. Nice water pressure. The bathroom door does smack the toilet when it's open so be careful with that. Overall I will stay there again for the next concert!

Room was clean, quiet, and spacious. The staff were friendly and accommodating. They don't offer every day cleaning, but you have the ability to schedule additional cleanings, which is the only small downside. In a nice area, easy enough to drive into downtown and surrounding areas, no major drawbacks, good value.

I stayed in this hotel for the graduation of my nephew from NC State at the PNC Arena. If you're going to the PNC the location has no comparison. It is walkable while the traffic going in was heavy. Other than this you would need a car for everything else, but you can get anywhere within 15 minutes. The rooms are very comfortable and modern. I took a point because I coudn't have access to Netflix or Prime since the TV did not had internet. The staff called to the company in charge of this to fix it remotely and they couldn't. They told me that they can change me to another room but since I was leaving the next day, I just leave it.

Only negative I would give is the bar is Hughly overpriced, and breakfast was an extra cost. Food available for breakfast was ok, not great, but that quality of self service food should be included !!

It was a short walk to the PNC Arena perfect. Breakfast had some issues. They served dry English oatmeal that required a microwave to set up. There was no microwave worthless. We came for breakfast one morning at 9 AM, everything was cold. Including the coffee and sausage. Critical to any breakfast

Our main gripe is the pillows - flatten out (very thin) quickly… miss our pillow at home! Also, the breakfast is okay - but not worth paying for, it’s basically the same caliber as everyone else hot breakfast included for free… not $11
