We were initially placed in an unserviced room where the heater and fridge didn’t work and the room was dirty. We got placed in another room where the sheets were clean, but the chair had remnants of food on it, the tub did not drain, and the body wash dispenser was out. Hot tub was not working.

Booked a studio suite. Got a king. Hot water knob in tub was broken. Cabinet was broken. Switched rooms. 1 towel, empty TP rolls. Had to clean out dirt and crap from tub before use. Fridge didnt work and was moldy so they had just put a second fridge on the dresser sometime previously Neither ice machine worked. Hot tub was broken and drained. Coffee machine in room had a moldy, used coffee packet still in it. Ran out of breakfast items and was told they didnt have any supplies. Whole motel was dirty and in disrepair.

The pool needs a new paint job, it was flaking off. The staff was slow. The hot tub didn't work, had caution tape around it. No blow dryer in the room. We were told breakfast would only be eggs and potatoes as they didn't have any plates. Beetles everywhere outside and in pool area. Room smelled musty, carpeting stained in places in hallway.

Our car was almost broken into. Pilice had to called because of suspicious person who was later arrested for breaking into cars. All ice machines were broken. Outside doors were not locked and homeless people coming on and out. Entire grounds look are bot being cared for. Our room had areas on the wall that needed to be painted. No soap in the bathroom. No blanket on the bed. Hot tub not working. Will not be staying here again. Not worth the $125 a night. For a Raddison, it's the worst I have ever seen.

Was told after check in the pool was out of service. Got to room, bare wires showing & fridge was nasty. Would not recommend!! We checked out & went to a different hotel. Asked for a refund & they would not give us one, but would move us rooms. We booked cause of the pool.

Many things were not functioning. It’s being renovated so understandable but didn’t know till arrival that pool and hottub were not working. Seemed to be an electrical malfunction that didn’t allow door to open to the pool or the outside entry that led to our room. Shower head was broken. AC didn’t work well. But could see everything was being addressed.

The room itself was fine and the beds were great, but there were several maintenance items we saw: fitness center closed because of broken A/C, ice maker, door lock didn't work and they were able to switch our room, toilet not flushing, out of coffee cups and several breakfast items.

The first room we were in still had pee in the toilet and the shower had a black skum on the bottom. Looked like it was never cleaned. The second room smelt like dog pee and the toilet was dirty. They still charged us for the dogs. I had them sleep up on the bed with us because the carpet was disgusting. I would request a full ceredit if you had a place to do that.

It was dirty. Our lamp didn’t work and only had one of the 2 light bulbs. Bathroom light switch cracked and broken, just to name a few things. BUT, the kicker was that we found and confirmed with an insect app that there was at least one bed bug in the room and we checked out immediately!

Room had not been cleaned. The soap tray had a bar of old used and dirty soap on it. The sink and faucet have toothpaste smeared on it. The carpet is stained, dirty and smells bad. AC unit was packed with dirt and lint. The beds are very soft, to the point of rolling like a taco with 2 people in them. Breakfast in the morning was what looked to be boiled sausage patties and dry scrambeled eggs. The only this this place has going for it was a very nice young man checking us in, and the pillows were great!

The property appeared run down. Upon entering the floor tile was chipped broken and missing pieces. Entry glass doors were not working correctly. The hallways and rooms were smelly. The worst part was entering the room and seeing that the bed had been slept in and the bedding was dirty. Due to our allergies and the room being dirty we had to cancel our stay and find another place to stay for the night. We were very disappointed.

Unvacuumed hallways. Got my room keycards in a folded piece of paper with the room & internet code written on it. Dingy lighting. Hair on the wall in the shower. Crumbs in the fridge. Hair on the desk. Towels don't match and sides were fraying. Drywall dust on the shelf under the sink just behind the towels. Definitely not staying here ever again.

This is an older hotel that is well cared for, but shows its age. There are very few electrical outlets, so it's difficult plugging in phones and tablets (bring an extension cord or two). It’s a two story building with NO ELEVATOR. Be sure to request a first floor room unless you are OK hauling your luggage up the stairs. The beds were comfortable and the staff very pleasant, so all-in-all it's a good value. But be prepared for a 20th century experience, not 21st.

The queen suite was spacious, but we quickly had issues. The tv did not connect to the internet and buffered to the point that it was unusable. The shower was too hot for comfort even for someone who enjoys hot showers and we couldn’t get it to cool down. The sink outside of the bathroom sprayed uncomfortably at you, and our room key (along with several other guests we talked to at breakfast) stopped working in the morning. Speaking of breakfast, that is the main reason I’m leaving this review. We paid the rate we did for a room here with the hope of a nice breakfast as advertised before continuing on our road trip, but unfortunately found it to be unappetizing. The potatoes and eggs were ok- but the biscuits and sausages were cold, the gravy, coffee, and syrup were gone by 7:30 when breakfast went to 9 and we didn’t see them get restocked by the time we left at 8. The waffle batter wouldn’t come out, and the cereal was stale. It was clean enough and quiet enough for what we paid for, but it could be improved upon as we’ve stayed at establishments with much nicer amenities available for the same price.

This was an awful stay. Tacky floors in the bathroom. Tv only had digital stations. No phones in the room to contact staff. No hot water for showers. Offered to move us so we could shower. Hot breakfast food was mostly cold. Got locked out of our room after breakfast. Gave up on showering and just packed up and left.

Our stay started with a certain level of chaos. The check in process was very slow due to internet issues. The front desk lady had to use her personal cell phone as a hot spot in order to check people in. The free wifi was slower than when I was in highschool using dial up, so we were unable to use it. The cable TV was also not working and the only assistance we got was I'm sorry I don't normally work here. Which I believe she was doing the best she could with the crappy situation. Our only entertainment was waiting to use the washer and dryer. In the morning the Internet was still not working, but Randy Joe was awesome. He was trying his best to do three different jobs, and while he didn't have the tools that he needed to get them all done. He was working very hard. We would have asked for a refund or discount, but I don't think that would have been possible with the hotels.com app. Otherwise the room was clean, the sheets on the king bed fit like they were for a queen bed. The cookies in the lobby were also good.

Only good thing was a comfortabke king size bed. Had to exchange keys 3 times because once it the keys were used, you couldn't use it again. AC was almost non-existent....it did come on but stayed warm for most of the night. Was ready to leave at end of stay

Guy who checked us in was great. We asked if we could not have anyone above or next to us if the hotel was slow. He assured he could accommodate. By 10pm we had a noisy upstairs person who walked around all night keeping me awake all night. No note was left to keep that room empty. The hotel was empty so I don’t know why they were put above us. Tub was dirty. Walls were thin. No ramp in back for luggage cart. Our room was spacious though. Kitchen was dirty, property looked like it’s going out of business and way understaffed. Only great thing was the hospitality of the guy who checked us in.

We stayed two nights and the staff were amazing. They were very friendly and often offered additional services. The negative side was that the carpet and furniture in our room were stained and dirty. We could see that a lot of things around the hotel were in disrepair. The desk clerk did explain that the hotel was under new ownership and the owner was trying to fix everything.

Our stay started with a certain level of chaos. The check in process was very slow due to internet issues. The front desk lady had to use her personal cell phone as a hot spot in order to check people in. The free wifi was slower than when I was in highschool using dial up, so we were unable to use it. The cable TV was also not working and the only assistance we got was I'm sorry I don't normally work here. Which I believe she was doing the best she could with the crappy situation. Our only entertainment was waiting to use the washer and dryer. In the morning the Internet was still not working, but Randy Joe was awesome. He was trying his best to do three different jobs, and while he didn't have the tools that he needed to get them all done. He was working very hard. We would have asked for a refund or discount, but I don't think that would have been possible with the hotels.com app. Otherwise the room was clean, the sheets on the king bed fit like they were for a queen bed. The cookies in the lobby were also good.

There are no elevators and our room was on the 2nd floor. One staff member handled breakfast which isn't sufficient for a full weekend. They did the best they could but more help would have made a huge difference to restocking food, etc.

One night stay turned into 3 nights stay. Due to an emergency with my family. This place made me feel safe and that I belonged. I am forever grateful for all the employees there. They were all kind and supportive. I am deaf, they were willing to write on paper without hesitation. This place is a great place to be with your family. Trust me you will not be sorry! Thank you!!!

Upon arrival, No rooms were available!!! Booked in advance. Motel OVERBOOKED and several of us arrived and were pushed out the door. One of workers said she was going to lock the doors and put a sign on the door for the others that had booked rooms to say No Vacancy, RIDICULOUS!!!!!

The room was clean but the front door wouldn’t close. Had to man handle the door with all our weight to get it to latch closed. Had to take my stuff with me just in case it didn’t latch and someone could get into the room. Told the front desk and never offered to move us to another room. The guy just said, we will put it in the list of repairs. The staff was not the best. They double charged me and had to width days for me to get things handled. The front desk guy said that they had checked me out early and had to rebook me which was a lie. And when I wanted to confront him and get it squared away. He was nowhere to be found. There were a lot of people at the front desk that were just friends of the front desk clerk that had nothing to do with the hotel. Very unprofessional, I will never stay here again

There was a mistake of the front desk giving someone else our room key after checking in and the new guests ended up walking in on my daughter but the staff was very apologetic. The room was o.k. but they were out of body wash in the shower, the door would not shut slowly (slammed shut if left to close on its own), and I was locked out of my room the next morning. The manager had to come in with a special key to get me in which took around 45 minutes.

I absolutely loved the friendly staff, the room, how accommodating they were for everything even when I had car trouble and asked for a possible late check out then had to stay another night. I appreciated the fast the one girl who worked the desk asked me about my car troubles and if I needed anything else help wise later that evening before she left and saw me in the hall. But I’d day my favorite part was the fact that the hotel is located across the street from a Loves trick stop with a dog park! That so super convenient so my dogs could run around a bit!!

i think the hotel was fine but there weren’t a ton of guests so i didn’t really feel that “safety in numbers” effect. inconvenient to pull my car all the way around to the back to unload and then all the way to the front to park with other cars. staff was nice but the furnishings felt old and breakfast was sorta boring. idk if they just didn’t make much or some big feasters gobbled it up. good place though, next time i’d stay somewhere on the other side of the highway so i can walk to applebees or something.

While this was a nice hotel for a quick over night stay, it was disappointing there was no elevator and no luggage racks to carry our baggage. I know they are useless with stairs, but having to manually carry everything up stairs and down long halls was tiring. Additionally the freezer did not work in the room refrigerator, and the breakfast was very poor. No eggs, and very few selections of food. No fruit except apples. Just pastries, fried potatoes and sausages patties. We ended up leaving without having breakfast. Overall, we got a good nights sleep so we got what we stopped for.

This hotel clearly showed its age. The bathrooms were not particularly clean and the ice machine was broken. Breakfast was a huge disappointment. The gentleman that was working at the time was more concerned with his phone than making more food so that the people waiting could eat. I do not find it acceptable at 8:15 am to be out of milk, eggs, sausage, potatoes, pastries, and waffle mix. Dry cereal was the only option along with bread and some gravy with no biscuits. Breakfast didn’t close until 9:00 and the gentleman working told my kids that he didn’t have any more. It wasn’t until my husband mentioned something to the lady that was just coming on shift that he started to make a couple of things, again while paying more attention to his phone. Check in was smooth and the staff were kind and cheerful. The morning was disappointing because there were very few people occupying the breakfast area when we arrived at 7am and there was already no food left nor anyone attending it. It looked like a great selection of food so we were pretty upset to have to get on the road to pay for food elsewhere in order to get start our day’s journey.

Great location and conveniently off the highway. The rooms were decent but could be cleaner especially the bathroom. The ice maker was down and sadly this location only has one. Breakfast was limited and quickly ran out. Manager and staff were friendly which made the overall stay okay.

It took more than 30 minutes to get keys that worked, we were finally given manager keys. The room was filthy! There was a yogurt container under the table from a previous occupant. The floors were dirty and poorly vacuumed. The shower was dirty and the drain was clogged. The water was luke warm at best. I asked to speak to someone and was told there was no manager on site. I asked for a call back to adress these considerable issues and a week later, still no call. I will never stay there again!

The toilet was dirty and not cleaned, fire detector was hanging from ceiling, Carpet in the room had many stains on them. It needed to be carpet cleaned. Also, there were no tissues.
