The Westin New York at Times Square

Worst hotel ever. Especially the staff !! And over charged fees! Don’t stay this hotel ever.

Everything was fantastic!

Had a great stay here! Staff was excellent, specially the gentlemen down at the front door - very helpful and kind! The only thing I did not like was that you are charged a $40 daily fee for nothing. Supposedly you can use this at the restaurant or the bar. But whether you do or don’t, you are still charged this stupid fee. I tried to use at the bar after a show, and walked into the bar 10 minutes before they closed and they turned me away.

Excellent hotel in New York City's theater district. Great option if you are going to New York for a few days to see a lot of shows since you can easily go back to your room for some down time between activities in the area. Room was comfortable and well maintained.

Only 1 bar and didn't open until 4pm. The store was open intermittently and wasn't able to purchase the items i had forgotten at home. Got a different room than requested. No refrig - and there clearly used to be one. Teeny ice buckets and a resort fee on top of it all!
