Absolutely no soundproofing and this is TOO close to the highway! Bed looked and felt broken down . . . large, deep dip. Disappointed that the pool was "not working" . . and they called just shortly before I was leaving to travel there to ask if I wanted to cancel. Balked about offering a discount, but eventually did. TOO expensive for what it is. Each staff member I encountered was pleasant.

Asked about the pool upon arrival it has been in disrepair for some time. All the usb ports in the room were pushed into the wall and not usable. The toilet did not flush properly and the shower drain was clogged. The bathroom door was warped and would not latch without force.

Very friendly staff, seamless check in and check out. Really all you could ask for in a brief overnight hotel stay. Parking was sparse and filled up pretty quick. Also, possibly the softest sheets I’ve slept on.

The whole hotel smelled terrible and had a very unclean appearance. The fan in the bathroom did not work so you could clearly see mold on the bathroom ceiling. The tub/shower needed to have new caulk since the old was coming off.

The property was very nice but the room we stayed in was smelly and the bathroom exhaust fan had no switch and seemed to not work. This was a problem when taking a shower as the steam would condense and everything, including the towels, would get soaked. Otherwise it was a very nice place for the night we needed it.

Area around the hotel smokey. Hotel smelled like smokers, terrible odor from 3rd floor rooms. Needs to be cleaned better, mold in fiberglass tub enclosure. Only had 1 set of towels during stay had to search out for towels.

Pleasantly surprised by updated rooms. Quiet, despite being right on the highway. Lobby and exterior look a bit run-down and tired, but the room itself was fine and spacious. Decent place if you need a stop on a long trip, but there's nothing else around.

We do not feel this property is up to par with Holiday Inn standards. Our room seemed to be missing furniture, bath tub fixtures were detached from tub and caulk was loose. Extremely poor workmanship. Work was not completed by licensed plumber! I took photos. Would not recommend this property, not sure how it received an excellent rating in Expedia?

I have stayed here before but this time was the first time it was very noisy with traffic. The difference was we had a room in the front of the hotel facing the highway. For a quieter stay ask for a room away from the highway.

Contrary to all the advertising, this HI Express was old and tired. Fixtures in the tub were falling apart. When I got into bed, I felt like I was rolling into a padded bowl. Thankfully, I was only there one night.

I hoped to get an early check-in because I got in town earlier than expected. I was told to come back in an hour at 3pm. I did come back at 3, and was still required to wait approximately 20 more minutes. When a paying contract is made it should be adhered to by all parties. I'm disappointed.

We chose this property for its proximity to I- 80. We were looking for an inexpensive place to spend the night to break up a long drive. This hotel was perfect. It was clean, spacious and comfortable. However, there was a bit of highway noise that you should consider if you are a light sleeper. I am one who typically stays at luxury hotels, so my standard is pretty high, but I would definitely return.

Perfectly reasonable place to stay if you need a place to sleep (only) right off the Ohio Turnpike. Clean, safe, good service. There is absolutely nothing else in the area, but that’s fine if this is just a rest stop.

Off the I-80, perfect when traveling . Clean and in good condition. Not too much noise from the highway . Need to drive to find food , about 15 minutes, but that’s was fine .

We needed a nice hotel that wasn't to high priced. We just looking for a place to stay on our trip to shenandoah national park.This hotel was extremely nice for the price and the breakfast was really good. I would stay again.

We liked the property because it was conveniently located off the highway, check in was super easy and it for the most part appeared to be clean. Negatives are we had a trailer and there was not a lot of parking for larger vehicles with trailers, and the breakfast was half empty at 7:30AM and not a lot of choices. otherwise the short stay was great.
