Check-in was fast and the front desk person was very friendly. The room had been refreshed and was good; better than I expected. Shower was nice and the water got hot quick which is a bonus. Towels were plentiful, soft, and white. If needed, they brought more rather quickly upon request. My only issue with my room was the lack of coat hangers. Not a one. I also used the workout room the 3 days I was there. Nice free weights and the treadmills were rather new. Overall, nice place to stay.

The overall property had some areas that were a little run down and/or missing(restaurant and pool) but the parking felt safe, room was clean and updated, and staff were very pleasant and helpful. Water pressure was great and there was plenty of hot water and clean towels…beds were comfy and air conditioner was not loud. We have stayed here every time we take the coastal highway 1 road trip. We will stay here again.

The place is under renovation no pool, no tub, no breakfast. We were told ahead of time after the fact that we booked already (no refund). With out the amenities… I think its a bit over price. Its a place to sleeep in. If your’re not picky its ok. The cleaners were already in our room and it is not even ck out time yet. They don’t have do not disturb sign at the doors to use.

Good: Fred Meyer is right across the street. Convenience store attached to Inn with access from Inn. Made getting necessities and snacks easy. A stove-top burner and small sink in the room I stayed in, in addition to microwave, mini fridge and coffee maker. Not so good: No elevator. Pool and hot tub closed permanently. Didn't know about burner so didn’t bring anything to cook with.

There was a long way to check in with only one person at the desk and then someone else showed up. There’s no elevator and it seems like a lot of people have trouble with the door. But generally, it was OK except for the floor in the room. I walked around in my socks and they turned black. I ended up cleaning the floor myself. It was quite disappointing.

Great value! Very clean room and bathroom. Worked well with our two elementary school aged boys. Bathroom and floors are newly upgraded and really make the place look higher end. We were very impressed with the Tillamook inn. We had a room with 2 queens and it was very spacious, super clean and the beds were really comfortable. Everything we needed was right there - a convenience store attached, restaurant next door and gas station right there with a car wash. We will for sure stay here again.

The room was massive, and everything was clean. Quiet spot, good coffee and comfortable place to relax while I drank it. Being connected to a gas station was odd, and the hallway had a bit of an odor, but it really wasn't a bad stop, especially for the price. I would recommend it.

pros: room was clean, adequate towels provided cons: arrived at 6:30pm and was told by front desk that there wasn’t a room available yet after traveling all day, check in was supposed to be at 4pm and luckily i made a few detours. they didn’t know when it would be available and just looked at me like i was the problem, no offer of help in any other way. no one higher was available to help either. contacted hotels.com and they couldn’t get ahold of the property either. eventually got the room later that night. when we got up to the room, i noticed the cleaning staff were just taking their time and on their phone a lot. at least it was freshly mopped. overall this is a decent property for a good value but management needs some serious help.

I waited 45-60 minutes in line to check in. The front desk lady needed help and she was slow and chatty with the whole process. When you have been driving all day the last thing you need is to get to your destination and have to wait in line in the lobby to get to your room. Hotel is newly renovated so fairly clean. But beware - there are no elevators and if you are on the 2nd floor, you will be carrying your suitcases up the stairs. I did not see anywhere online that mentioned they did not have elevators. During check-in, the front desk clerk was super rude. I had booked 2 rooms together and asked to have them close to each other as we were traveling with family and younger kids. Unfortunately during check in we found out our rooms were far apart. When I asked the Fri t desk clerk was unusually rude and defensive about it. They also had a broken A/C in one of our rooms and unfortunately didn’t do anything except give us a small fan. There is no breakfast available - free or paid. I would not come back to this place

It was nice except we got our room and went down the hall to find it just to figure out it was in a different building. It would have been nice if they told us it was in a different building and they have no elevator which for us is no big deal but for some it is. Front desk was swamped 1 worker 20 minute wait for check in and I over heard that they were fully booked. So we came on a busy day. Some people were waiting in line just to find out they had no rooms available as they didn’t have any sign or anything that there was no vacancy. So keep in mind it’s a busy tourist location book ahead! Room was great and we had no issues.

overall a very pleasant stay, except for the doors; in general this property is quiet and peaceful but the doors are extremely thin and any noise outside will be heard by you...but the renovations are very nice and the property is very clean. the convenience of being right next to the creamery was also appreciated. otherwise, the experience was very pleasant and the staff are kind and cordial. one last thing to be aware of is that the entire town has the faint smell of cow, not that it impacted our trip very much. safe travels!

This is an old building that has been nicely renovated with updated bathrooms and very clean grounds. There was 1-3 people cleaning in and outside all day. The beds were ok/decent. The AC was a little rattly/noisy at times. I asked for a few items to be brought to my room and they were all 3 times delivered within 15-20 mins. The fish cleaning room is a nice amenity. The nearby restaurant is not open, but it looks like they are possibly renovating it. Tillamook is a cute little town. The Creamery is a tourist trap, but still worth it, since entry and samples are free. The beaches are world class. We found out after trying for razor clams that they are more present up in Clatsop, not so much in Tillamook or Netarts. But we met a couple who did get a few razors in Netarts Bay that weekend. Next time, we'll try for steamers and cockles. I recommend Dutch Mill Cafe, especially for the kids. Killer burgers, great atmosphere, very fun and nostalgic.

The property was under construction, which was not a big deal, but the hallway to the room was so smelly it made me feel nauseous. They no longer serve breakfast, which they failed to update on their website or Expedia. Not that I wanted to use their pool, they also added that they no longer have a pool. The room we stayed in was still being renovated - at least I hope they weren't finished. I would not stay there again. Very disappointing.
