The room was pretty good. Was clean. The spa tub however, took forever to get hot. It also leaked at the temperature faucet, needing to use multiple towels from keeping it from going everywhere. All in all pretty good, but the main reason for getting the room was the spa tub, that was more hassle than what it was worth too use it.

I got a room with the jet tub, we filled it up and there was a bunch of black and white stuff floating in the water. We drained and rinsed it out thinking maybe it would help but when we refilled it there was more of it. We were going to look past it and just go to bed but when we pulled the blankets back there was ants and the sheets were dirty. Went to the desk to inform them and the staff was extremely rude. He was acting like he didn’t understand what we were telling him, after persisting that we get a different room he showed us to another room. The tub was dirty in this room as well along with the bathroom, but the bed was able to be slept in.

over 15 minutes for the hot tub to fill half way and the water was ice cold. I paid extra for something I couldn't use. They couldn't even switch me to the other room with a hot tub.

This is an older hotel, the bed and pillows were ok, the bathroom sink cold water barely flowed. The jacuzzi tub wouldn’t hold water and the floor was not rinsed well and if it got wet it was super slippery.

The room was so damp there was so much moisture in the air plus the the refrigerator freezer section leaked all into our uncovered food items and through the take out boxes from restaurant. It was excellent but everything was not! The beds were subpar and as far as any amenities?? Pool was small and outdoor therefore shut down and they do not offer continental breakfast like almost all of the better hotels do. It’s located right next to a 24 hour gas station with a lot of resting traveling truckers so there’s business as you can imagine 24/7. Not a real safe place for women especially with kids to stay at alone at all!! The pillows were really fluffy though so there is that.

I can tell they are in the process of remolding. Our room had newer floors but unfinished baseboards. The beds appeared clean. Did find two crickets. The pool was cloudy. The restaurant attached was great.

The hotel itself was not in a bad location and the cafe connected was good. The condition of the rooms was below average and the pool was horrible! I couldn’t Believe they had it open!

My wife and kids found several live roaches in the bathroom. This thoroughly disgusted my family and we hope to have not taken any of these bugs back gome with us! I hate leaving back reviews, but this is a matter of cleanliness and sanitation that a motel with a 24-hour cafe attached should be aware of and take charge in cleaning.

There was a diner located within the hotel, the food is excellent there. The staff was nice, but the room was not very clean. There was cockroaches in our room. There were people in the parking lot messing around until about 2 in the morning, so it was very noisy. If you have no other options, then this would be okay to stay for one or two days max.

Clean room with comfy bed. Pillows are lacking! Desperately needs replacement of curtains and carpet. The stale smoke odor was overwhelming upon entry into room! Carpet and curtain replacement will help. Quiet for the most part. Just needs TLC. Not worth the money. Way overpriced for such an old and tired place. If you only need to sleep and don’t mind the smell, like I said, the beds are comfortable.

Its a clean hotel with n frills. Great location and that’s about it. The beds were very uncomfortable they need replacing. The diner wasnt the friendliest and the food wasnt the best. We ate breakfast so another dish or meal might be better. Id definitely stay again if if i needed a budget place. You pay for what you get.

I traveled here as a solo traveler and stayed for 2 nights. Overall, it was a good experience. The check in and out process was quick and easy. This is a well-lit property with lots of security located in a safe area of town, just off a major highway. Staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. The room was exactly as pictured, except it did show signs of wear and tear. The toilet seat could use replacing. The room was clean, neat, and everything was in working order. I just wished the room had more plug outlets. I could, from time to time, hear some street noise as this property is located on a busy street. It wasn’t a big deal for me but, for other travelers, it depends on which side of the building your room is on and the time of day. The bed was comfortable and I slept well. I would definitely stay here again.

We accidentally left our pillow in the hotel and we called and let them know that we forgot it and wanted to know if we could pick it back up and they said they there wasn’t one in there. It means the maid had to take it which means somebody stealing and if anybody stays there they better not leave anything in the room that might be valuable that valuable one that we I always used I called. They said that the manager called me back. I’m still waiting on a call and still haven’t gotten one so if you stay there, just make sure you don’t leave anything valuable in your room cause the maid that we did our room took something that wasn’t valuable, but it wasn’t hers.

Trash on property and broken landscaping gestures. Room was clean but in bad condition. (Shower drain was clogged, rough caulk job in bathroom, thick layers of paint on the walls, hastily patched holes in walls) Area was sketchy and I was concerned my car would be broken into (it wasn’t). I had to delay checkout while waiting for cops with three police cars just outside my door finished their business with a man dressed like a cartoon pimp— leopard print vests really exist! The good though— 24 hour check-in was a welcome thing when I arrived at 2:00 am.

Hotel is ok.The restauranter in the lobby has good food and staff is excellent. What did not like was in the morning when I open the door to load my car a shady man was walking around the car within 10' of me. Not good. They need to police the lot better.

The shower was amazing, the room was very musty and old smelling. Traffic was loud. Worst part was we chose the hotel because it was supposed to have complimentary breakfast according to your web. And then there was none!!
