The location of this hotel is perfect! It's within walking distance of all the major Chattanooga hotspots. Spend the extra money for a balcony room, you won't regret it. This will be my go-to hotel for all my Chattanooga visits from here on out.

The hotel is in a really great location - close the waterfront, some tourist attractions, restaurants etc. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. If you are a solo traveler or a couple, please note this is a popular hotel for families and children. Love kids, but not when I am on vacation. Parking is roughly $20 a night, but the lot behind the hotel fills fast with those visiting the museum next door.

Stayed twice in a week on a roadtrip. Staff is super helpful. Rooms are spacious and clean and the menu at their in house restaurant is noticeably inexpensive. Will certainly stay again next time I’m in Chattanooga.

The staff was nice, especially the young man that checked us out when we left and the restaurant staff. The room was comfortable, but the floor was sticky (including the carpet) and the bathroom wasn’t well cleaned. The shower had mildew and needed a good scrubbing.
