Not as advertised. The building itself is in poor condition. Including the rooms. Shower head was almost at my sholder, im 5'9". A lot of wear n tare to the room. Hallway and stairs were dirty. Ice machines broken.

I chose this hotel for the last night of our long road trip because they had a pool and hot tub. When I arrived, there was a notice at the front desk that the pool was out of service, and that they have not had a hot tub in a long time. I was so disappointed, and since I’d already paid through the app, I couldn’t get a refund and find another. The rooms were old, with curtains falling down. We were also on the last room, and every time other guests climbed the stairs, our wall and beds shook. Not impressed at all with this last hotel on our trip.

Thus was one of the nastiest hotels I have ever stayed in. I will never stay at a Quality Inn ever. There was stains and blood on the bathroom walls. I had to take a shower with my flip flops on. I didn’t sleep cause I was worried about bed bugs. I do not recommend this hotel.

The rooms are filthy, not dirty, they are absolutely filthy. See attached pictures for the dirty toilet bowl, the dead bugs all over the room, the television didn’t work, the ceilings ready to cave in, the window was covered with some kind of dirt, just an overall completely filthy room. This should be condemned. The health department can’t even help them. It just needs to be condemned and shut down. They do not vacuum the carpet. This place is unbelievably bad bad. And for some reason, I was placed in a room beneath the only other room that was occupied in the entire building, and the people were extremely loud. This hotel needs to be taken off all of the major websites. Nobody should advertise for this hotel. I will never go back.

Room was dirty! Carpet stained…ceiling had multiple areas that were sagging and pealing. Shower dirty! Reception area was nice but room #136 was gross. Might not ever stay at a Quality hotel again..ever.

Not clean. What towels were in the room were old and thin. Stains on comforters and bathtub was peeling. Cracks in the walls and around ceiling. AC worked great! Checked out the same night just could not stay there.

When we arrived the outside looked clean but the room looked nothing like the photo. The ceiling had water damage done to it, the bathtub had black stuff in it, the toilet didn’t look like it had been cleaned prior to us arriving and the room smelled like mildew. We didn’t stay our full night only a few hours but upon checking out we did show the front desk lady photos of the room and her face showed it all that not even she new how nasty the rooms were. Do not recommend especially if you have small children

The A/C did not work in our room and we were told there was nothing they could do about it. This is in Texas and the hotel was already stuffy and the temps outsude were in tge high 80's. We were miserable. Good thing it was for just one night. Will nit be back!

The air conditioning would blow cold air, but had no ability to cool the room anywhere close to a comfortable temperature. The second floor hallway was extremely hot as well. When I brought up the issue to the front desk, the young lady immediately offered a choice of two first floor rooms with no hesitation at all. The new room was comfortably cooled off in about fifteen minutes. The staff completely took care of my issue professionally, making sure nothing was left unresolved.

The lobby seemed to be fairly updated. The room however was not in good condition. There was a spot in the ceiling that had big cracks from a leak and pieces of drywall hanging. The door was dragging on the door jam so bad that I had to hit it with my shoulder to open it. The shower head was leaking and the tub was stained pretty bad. There was not one single tv station that could be watched due to no cable service. The bed was decently comfortable just really squeaky.

Check in was so so the front desk staff were a bit rude get to my room and the people next to me are throwing a party with loud music so made it hard to try and sleep after a 7 hour drive and the room itself was ok with the exception of the bathroom went to take a shower and the bathtub was clogging and wouldn't drain plus a unknown hair in the sink

The man at the hotel desk was extremely nice and welcoming. The room condition was poor. There were multiple large stains on the carpet. The ceiling was crack in multiple areas and had paint peeling. The beds are extremely old and not comfortable. The air conditioning was not able to cool down the room for several hours into the night because it was so old.

Very old hotel, pictures are misleading, only main lobby and breakfast area have been renovated so they look good and modern. Our carpet was old and dirty, mattress had a broken springs, lights were poor, window was dirty and had a huge cobwebs because the curtains were always closed, we were missing the net curtains. The door looked damaged and not very secure. Breakfast was average and same everyday, waffles were the only warm option. Evening staff was nice and helpful but morning staff was mainly ignoring everyone. The room stayed warm without the heating despite the weather being cold and wet. Hotel was close to where we needed to be and easy to find. Needs a lot work to improve.

First of all, I tried calling this hotel for several hours and no one ever answered. I finally called Expedia, who we booked through and they finally got through to them as we needed an ADA room. The first room we were given was straight up NASTY!! Stained up bedding, foul smell, dirty bathroom. The second room was no better. The front desk guy did give us a refund but this put us in quite the predicament as it was already after 8pm...almost all the hotels were booked and we FINALLY found a hotel at Comfort Inn & Suites but it cost us $199 plus taxes. This was not in our budget but what else were we do to. We had been traveling all day. We stayed at a Quality Inn in Colorado Springs and it was clean, the staff was friendly, and it was affordable. This Quality Inn in Amarillo was the complete opposite. We were very displeased!!!!!!!

Worst hotel I ever stayed. I booked 3 rooms for my family and all 3 were not cleaned up and prep for stay. Stained coffee maker and microwave. TV no picture. Beds were not made. Sheets appeared preused and not washed, crumpled and with hair and some dirt, some stained spots on them. Dirty hand tower in the middle of bathtub. No toiletries inside the bathrooms. Blankets were old and thin for the weather and some without a protective sheet underneath it. Manager was not around. Receptionist couldn't help much. Since it was late at 11:30pm and I have already paid online through Expedia for the 3 non-refundable rooms, we have to do a quick room clean up ourselves and slept with our winter jackets on and without taking any shower.

The gentleman at the front desk was extremely rude and unhelpful. Very arrogant and told me the cost of the room was different than what I paid on Expedia. He told me that's just how it is and I can either pay the extra $70 or go somewhere else he didn't care. The hallways and the entire hotel was filthy. When I got to my room it was obvious it wasn't cleaned as there was still food from the previous guest in the fridge. I will definitely never stay there again. Filthy, rude, and unbelievably unhelpful.

We stayed for 2 reasons, otherwise I would have asked for a refund and left! The kindness and service I received at check-in (and there after) when a issues arose were the best! I didn’t get her name, but she is the main reason we stayed. She did what she was able to accommodate us. Our room was adequate and only for 12 hours. The shower barely worked right for us. We could hear way too much going on outside. No functioning ice machine. Although the room was clean it was very dated!

The property needs a face lift. Employees need training on how to greet guests. The first night the employee was short and unfriendly. Put me in a room that door knob was broken and curtains torn. Forgot to change room number in computer and strangers walked into my room the second day.

The actual staff was great. The room left much to be desired when it came to looks (walls have torn wallpaper exposing large cracks and the ceiling looked like it had water damage). Bathroom was dingy and the fan didn't work. The light flickered with a big slasher film vibe, which we actually enjoyed. There was a bed, and it had clean sheets. There were pillows, and they did what they needed to. We checked in at like 2am and they were open. Front desk staff was incredibly polite and quick, making check in in my semi-conscious state almost effortless. Breakfast was solid for being free. Would stay again.

The person at the front desk was friendly. However, the room was dirty, and the curtains were falling down. The door to the room, when opened got stuck on the carpet so had to be pushed hard to enter the room. I needed to wear my shoes when I walked around the room since the carpet was so dirty. It was also very noisy all night long. The continental breakfast was very limited...only a few items out. Safety was also a concern because the doors to the building didn't lock so anyone could enter the building. A vehicle was parked near my car and was intact when we went to sleep that night. The next morning the vehicle was missing all 4 tires as well as other parts. I would definitely not stay at this hotel again.

The hotel had a boarded up window in the front. While checking in, someone was calling 911 from their room. Police showed up when I was checking in. I cancelled my room and they never refunded me. The GM of the property (Michelle) said I stayed there. I never went into a room. DO NOT STAY HERE. Very unsafe.

Ok so you get what you get for the price. It's a place to sleep with a bathroom. Heater works really well. Pretty clean in the rooms. The staff at the front desk was friendly It smelled like cow manure due to being close to a feed lot. But we couldn't smell it in the rooms. Not very secure on the outside the door doesn't have key card entrance anyone can walk in. Doors to the rooms are hard to open due to settling of the building, and doors don't open the first or 3rd time you try to use your card even though the light turns green. One of the rooms the door kept locking open.

Located in an okay area, but the people staying there are sketchy. Neighbors were loud, drinking in the parking lot, and smoking weed. Didn’t feel safe to go out to the car at night. Also, the room was very dirty and unkept; it felt like it hadn’t had a deep cleaning in months. Also, the wife saw a roach on the wall which was just the last straw for us. Would not be staying here again and wouldn’t recommend to others.

The room wasn’t horrible but definitely not great. The people above me were constantly making noise to where I got no sleep. The area felt scratch and unsafe to me. I ended up cancelling aft the first day to find a better and safe area to stay.

It's a NO frills kinda place. It's cheap and right by the hospital, so if you just need a place to crash it's O.K. If your looking for more.....GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. The bed is lumpy and hard, so it was difficult to get a GOOD night's rest. The FREE Breakfast is good, but it's just Waffles and Cereal and Fruit and Yogurt. Didn't see any Eggs or Sausage. The water takes a while to get warm, but when it does it's nice and hot with good water pressure. Not sure if I'd stay here again with a HARD and LUMPY the bed is. Hopefully ALL rooms aren't like this.

My wife and I stayed her on our way to Colorado Springs. This was a somewhat unexpected trip. We didn't arrive until after 10:30 pm and spent just one night. The staff was professional and the facility was clean and safe. The breakfast was nice and had several options, including make-your-own waffle. This facility met all of our needs.

Hotel was pretty decent for what I paid for, however it was the inconsiderate people who were clomping around like King Kong upstairs and slamming doors in the middle of the night. Needless to say, I DID NOT get any sleep that night, won't stay there again not because of the hotel but because of the jerks who have no respect for others trying to sleep. Breakfast was nothing remarkable, just sugary and high carbs with no protein so had to go to another place for it, there is no hot tub either just a swimming pool, staff was very friendly and nice though, hotel is just showing signs of wear and age but still decent room
