My father has been a patient at Vanderbilt medical center on and off for the last two months. This hotel is affordable, modern, and not far from broadway street whether driving yourself or ubering. The free parking, morning breakfast, pool, gym, on site security makes reserving this hotel a no brainer every-time i visit Nashville.

Stayed for a weekend football tournament. Specifically wanted a heated indoor pool and breakfasts. I called the property to double check. Once we arrived and was leaving to go to the pool realized by door didn’t shut completely unless someone form the inside locked it . We had to move rooms. Arrived to the pool and it was ice cold, freezing couldn’t get in. The breakfast wasn’t the best either. Beds were comfortable. Disappointed in the pool

The parking was very difficult, stalls were small. We found space in the additional parking thankfully. Everything else was good, comfortable bed, clean convenient room, pool and breakfast appreciated especially with kids.

The parking for normal size vehicles is terrible. Only book here if you want door dings on your car. The facilities are good but you need to walk or catch a bus to keep your car safe. Great motorcycle parking.

I arrived late due to a personal inconvenience. All I wanted was to rest. The red flags were there. People checking out at 12:30am and guests repeatedly coming to the front desk. I was moved to a room three times because they were all dirty. Un-made beds, towels everywhere, cups and drinks…no one had cleaned. Also, saw a few dead bugs on the elevator and in the room. I checked in around 1am and left before 6am. I couldn’t stay there. In addition to the bugs, limited parking, and noise, the room was freezing. I turned the heat on in the room and the temperature dropped in the room. Worst experience ever at a hotel.

Good location. However, i was initially assigned to a room which turned out to be dirty. They didn't clean up after the previous occupant left. Dirty towels on the floor and dirty bedding apart. I went back to reception and she apologized and changed room. I asked her to check if that room was cleaned. She came back and said no. So, she changed it again (third time). Breakfast was very average.

When we first went to our room we noticed a few things… First the toilet was loose. The bolts needed tightening- it happens. But in a hotel that’s been open less than a year? Second, there were a handful of those fake ladybugs in the room. Most concerning was the fact the door wasn’t aligned properly so wouldn’t latch. You could push the door open without a key! We went back to the desk and they gave us another room without question. It was so quick a response we got the impression they already knew about the lock being broken. New room, same bugs (just a few - not concerned, it’s not like they’re roaches) and there was a take out drink container left in the room. Housekeeping? Toilet seat was loose and there was a half dozen wire nuts hanging out by the heater. (See pictures). This hotel is less than a year old. Did they rush finishing it? We didn’t ask for ANOTHER new room but if I’d noticed the wire nuts before we went to sleep we might have.

Beds were comfortable, and the place was conveniently by the 40 but still about 20 minutes from broadway. We got checked in and the first room the hot water didn’t work at all, so we swapped rooms. The second room had the same issue but did eventually warm up after about 10-15 minutes of having it all the way on hot. Idk if it was a 5th floor issue or what, but we realized the next day our door also didn’t shut all the way and wouldn’t lock. Overall not our best experience but it was fine. Check in and check out was easy. The breakfast was good.

Fridge did not work. Found a pile of dirty towels shoved in the cabinet under the sink. The batteries to the thermostat died. Otherwise it’s a pretty nice place. Was clean other than the towels.

When i got there they gave me a key to my room and when i opened the door the room smelled like trash had trash on the floor, the tv was on and A MAN was asleep on the bed. i went downstairs and told them about the issue and the employee apologized and told us they would give us another room. however after giving us the other room WE WERE CHARGED AGAIN, so an extra FOUR HUNDRED dollars was charged to my account after i already paid $350 on expedia for my previous room with the MAN sleeping on my bed, showed the employee and manager the issue in the morning and was refunded 3 dollars for a soda?!? and then they said the rest of the money will be refunded when the holding fee is deposited into my account, so far i've only been deposited the holding fee of $100. im probably going to sue.

NOTE: this is 15-30 minutes outside of City Center, depending on the time of day. Pros: affordable, clean, and comfortable. The staff are friendly, and there was plenty of parking. Cons: Parking was a little weird; you exit through the parking lot of a separate business. Note that there is an identical address on the other side of Nashville in an industrial park. Make sure to map to the Comfort Inn at that address.
