Check in was easy. The hotel needs to be remodeled. The tile on bathroom floor was disgusting. Grout needs to be cleaned. Shower is a tub combo that needs to be replaced. Carpet in room needs to be replaced or at least cleaned.

I’m honestly disappointed. We paid a great deal of money for a room with a king bed and it was a lot of money for what I truly feel was a 3 star experience. The bathroom floor and tub were not very clean and the place feels old and worn out. If they’re going to charge high rates they’d better update. Also, what’s with the short squatty potties?! People are not that short anymore in this country. I can’t believe hotels.com had 9 .0 rating on this hotel. It makes me not trust this website to book through you in the future.

We have been staying at this hotel for the last couple of years as our daughter goes to college in town. This hotel is always clean but starting to show some wear. A little bit of rust in the bathtubs, grout starting to come out around the tiles in the bathroom, carpet looking worn down, etc... This time, there was a huge cobweb hanging down in the middle of the room, the tub took forever to drain, and the toilet was really hard to flush. Just doesn’t give you a comfortable feeling of extra cleanliness and care. So, while the beds were still clean, and the staff, as always, very nice, we might start looking elsewhere.
