Overall we enjoyed our experience, the only complaint was the hot tub being out of order. The breakfast was a expected. kinda noisy but again nothing unexpected. Water pressure was great. Cute little coffee pot with good coffee. The bed was super high, hard for anyone not in perfect condition to get in and out of

Staff very friendly and facility very clean. Pool and weight room is 24 hours which is very nice if u wanna go swimming late. All in all a very good place to stay. Beware if hotel is full parking will be scarce.

Frankly the the room really needed a very deep cleaning the paint was stained and chipped, at a minimum the carpet needed a deep cleaning or better yet replacement, the curtains were heavily stained with gigantic stains some of them look like they could possibly be blood, the couch was stained and felt grimy to sit on The room was well vacuumed and dusted, the amenities all seemed to work fine. The bathroom was clean. however this room really needed a major deep cleaning and freshening especially the curtains they were horrendous!

This was a very clean facility, with a nice clean pool & hot tub. The breakfast bar was kept clean, stocked, and with plenty of options. We have been traveling a lot lately, and this is probably the cleanest hotel we have stayed in. Staff is friendly, and the hotel is within 5 minutes of the Spokane Valley Mall, restaurants, and within walking distance from the hospital (which is located across the street). Pool is open 24/7, and many people seemed to be late to breakfast and they still ensured late arrivals were taken care of. Highly recommend this hotel. The buildings/area directly around are a little dingy, and it almost feels like this hotel is too good for where it is located. Whomever is running this id doing an incredible job with cleaning, maintenance, and customer service.

The carpet in our room was filthy. It was so dirty we couldn’t walk in our bare feet. There were flies in the room too. The juice dispenser was out of order and the elevator is so narrow you couldn’t get two people and a luggage carrier in it.

Well, my room had bedbugs so I would give the cleanliness a 0 star if I could. Just moved my mother across country to take care of her because of dementia and now I possibly have a bedbug problem to deal with at this new house because of my stay here, so that's just lovely. Staff was friendly but couldn't do much other than get a refund. That's great but doesn't help with the fact that this is going to impact my life in a pretty terrible way for a while.

Heard other customers slamming doors until midnight and talking in the hall so you hear everything happening in the rooms next to you. I woke up bit up which I assume is from bed bugs.

You get what you paid for it is so true on this case, the hotel is old and dirty, the carpet in the room smells and the shower is rusted. I have stayed in other Comfort Inn hotels and I have had good experiences but this ones was very disappointing

My room extremely noisy during the night....right next to exit doors crashi g open/closed every few minutes till past midnight. Also, room clock hjad the alarm set for midnight and jolted me awake! Please reduce the rate for this room in The future, as not much sleep to be had

Hotel was clean, breakfast had great option. Bathroom could have used better lighting and a fan. Window had the black out curtain but no shear, unless you wanted the parking lot to see you naked.

After an 8 Hour drive I didn't expect to have to wait for 15 minutes for the front desk clerk to finish taking a picture of the full moon outside before I could check in. Once we checked in, we went to our room, it was a pretty basic room, which was fine because we were only there for one night. The thing that turned me off was the smell of the pillows. Frankly, they smelt like stinky feet. We were supposed to stay there on our drive back through Spokane, but I cancelled it and got a different hotel.

We had booked a 2 Queen room and had called the hotel directly to make sure we could get a roll away bed, we were told yes, no problem! Upon arrival, we were informed that the room could not accommodate a roll away bed. Mike at the front desk upgraded us to a family suite and made the entire process smooth and we got checked in quickly. He was so very accommodating and all the staff were so friendly. The pool was a little dirty, but was cleaned promptly when advised. Otherwise the hotel was very clean and well kept. A bit on the older side but was still great. Breakfast was good. They had good options for a hot breakfast. Would stay again in a heart beat!

It was good except the main lady at the front desk the one maybe in her 60s was rude. Not only to us but after listening to others she is burnt out of her job. Breakfast was not the best the eggs were super cold not much for choices.

Being in Spokane Valley, it’s situated away from the heavier populated locations of downtown Spokane. Excellent location, easily accessible to shopping, food and universities. Free parking. Free breakfast. Great customer svc.

Breakfast was average, but decent. The scrambled eggs had flavor, & the link sausage was good. The orange juice was awful. Everything else was edible. The staff is very friendly & professional; they seem happy working there & genuinely interested. The pool & hot tub are open 24 hours, which is great; hopefully, I’ll be able to take advantage of that next time! The biggest thing I truly appreciated was how quiet this hotel is—someone did a great job with sound-proofing between rooms!

I was greeted by one of the friendliest front desk staff and quickly got my key and all the information I would need for my stay like breakfast times and wifi password. Their beds were very comfy and the room was clean and inviting. The breakfast buffet was great as well with multiple options to choose from, including hot items and a waffle bar. Amazing value for the price.
