The bed was hard and pillows way too soft. The bathtub had hair in it that was not ours and there was a metal prong sticking out of one of the outlets. I chose this establishment because I know the level of care and service it has so I was a little disappointed.

2 floors and NO elevator, in which to get your baggage and body up to 2nd floor. Hair band found on carpet by end of window bed. Bath/shower tub unused because bottom of tub was too slippery with nothing to hold onto while trying to get in. not requiring handicapped just commin sense for elderly with some disabilities, and safety for guests. Refrigerator froze all items because it was left on high by cleaning staff.

I have stayed at other Wyndham renovated properties with no issues. However, this one missed the mark, Had new carpet, bath fixtures and paint but painter lost his masking tape. Plumber went to lunch and forgot to tightened the lavatory faucet. Electrician did not use correct screw connectors and smoke detector was hanging from one screw. Window has a gun shot hole. Cooling unit was so noisy we could not talk when it was running and just turned it off, luckily temperatures were ok. The microwave platter was missing so it was useless. When we went to shower there were no towels, we go them after the laundry was done. At three in the morning two big box trucks pulled up behind the building in front of out window and four guys and a loud conversation while doing something transferring stuff between the truck before driving off, I got back to sleep an hour later. The back hall exterior security door was not working you could just walk in. The breakfast bar had variety but no fresh fruit, just heavy on the carbs. We only used the room to sleep and shower, if we were staying there during the day we would have went to a different location.

HORRIBLE. The bathroom was disgusting. Hair and stains in the drains and on the walls. Bed sheets were stained with… blood? poop? idk. Floors were beyond dirty, stained my socks and feet BLACK. Asked for room service multiple times throughout my 4 day stay, was always promised someone to come clean, let alone change the bed sheets.. never happened. Towels in the bathroom were stained black, like they scrubbed the floor with the towel and put it back on the rack… Stay somewhere else. Save your money!!!!

We found our room dusty, stained comforter, hair in the shower. Spots on the towels fridge has mold in it and stunk. Shower was dingy. Breakfast was cold cobwebs on the stairs on the plus is the coffee was good and the bed was very comfortable a rating I’d give you a two..

I have never stayed in such a dirty hotel. Grimy dirty Walls, bathrooom, shower had stuff on walls of it I didn’t see without my contacts in until I stepped in. Door moldings and light switches grimy. Refused to let kids shower. Sheets had stains. Even the ceilings had dirty spots vs The beds were comfortable.. upon leaving even the hallways had build up of dust on molding.

Do not stay here. This is the dirtiest place we’ve ever been to. Stains all over walls. Stained sheets. Grayed and dirty white towels. The shower curtain was stained with a brown substance resembling feces. Floors haven’t been swept or mopped in ages with many areas of dried dirt. Toilet had dried pee that hadn’t been cleaned up. No battery in the smoke detector. Dried snot and blood on the walls. Broken chairs. Not one surface had been wiped clean in ages.

The first morning there I requested a second washcloth as there were two of us in the room. After the unappetizing breakfast I went back to the room. We ran out of toilet paper. A call to the front desk as we were told they would be right up with toilet paper and our extra washcloth. That was about 8:30. When we returned after a day out, around 4:0 pm, there was still no toilet paper or extra washcloth. A call to the front desk brought both within 15 minutes. The shower stall had not been cleaned properly. There was dried hair on the shower wall and used soap on the top corner. Makes you wonder about how clean the room really was. The sheets were inside out, not an issue, but made me wonder if fresh sheets had been put on or used sheets turned over.

The photos were misleading. Rooms were ok. The place we stayed could use a major upgrade. At least the couches/chairs. Everything was ok, just really needs an update! Not the worst we have stayed in. It was a very old side building we were in.

We loved the space in our room, but we did see a mouse and mice feces and also most of the lamps did not work and our fire alarm battery was going dead and chirped until we took it down. We did let the front desk know.

They had the cheapest rate, the tv had 'stuff' splashed onto it and the floor was unswept. The freezer in the fridge was frozen over, the bathroom is very small. Beds are nice after 3 days on a metal ships deck... So I lived in kind and did not worry about any messes that I created

This was the worst hotel experience I’ve had and I’ve always considered myself to be able to sleep anywhere. I have slept outside in just a sleeping bag in many occasions with no issues. The room smelled like death. The couch had dark brown stains all over it. The sheets in the beds were either stained or dirty and had hairs all over them. There were layers of dust on all appliances and blinds. There was an electrical outlet exposed with wires hanging out. There were several groups of people drinking in and doing who knows what else in the parking lot. We arrived at midnight dead tired but knew we could not stay (this was a first for me). I will say the one positive were the staff. They did not seem surprised at all with our reaction and were very helpful in explaining the process to cancel our reservation through Expedia. Staff get an A plus but the hotel gets an F minus.

We didn't even end up staying here. It was disgusting and had a strong cat urine odor in the bathroom that may or may not have actually been cat urine. Too numerous other issues to mention. We checked out and Hotels.com refunded us. The only good part was the front desk lady did try her best to make things right, and I appreciated that.

Wasn't thrilled about management opening our door at 11:30pm. Thankfully I had the bar lock set! They said there was a confusion with reservations. I responded to the text they sent that read "to respond to this text if we need anything" double checking if it was infact management, but no response. So I called and it was the same voice that answered as opened my door. Why did they just call the room instead of opening the door? Made we nervous the rest of the night. At least the old hotel was clean and beds comfortable.

I was double charged upon check in!! I was told it would “fall off” and be refunded. I stayed two nights. I asked about the double charge when checking out. I was told “it was requested” I called a little over a week later and was told the same thing! It’s been almost 20 days and no refund or communication of any kind.

The rooms we booked were adequate for what we needed, but the area around the hotel was less than safe-feeling. We were told where the best place to park was since they'..had had some trouble in the past...'. After we checked out, there were what looked like non-guests hanging out washing their cars and the vibe was just sort of sketchy. I know they're trying to smarten the place up, but it still felt a bit weird to me. People were super nice and helpful, but the area wasn't great.

The convenient location is a big plus, walkable to good mexican restaurant, and coffee place, grocery stores just a short distance away. This is definitely a budget hotel, not real great. Our room was mostly clean, and the staff we spoke to were nice, and helpful.

Property and hotel needs updating and maintenance, bathroom repairs and we had towels with old makeup, neighbors in other rooms loud till early morning and you could make their conversation, walls not to sound proof. No security that we saw outside and where we had to park was dimly lit and people were walking around asking for money, my wife would not go out to the car by herself.

Ryan, at the front desk, was awesome. Helpful and cheerful. The room on the other hand....HiChew wrappers and phone case wrapper left in drawers. Bathroom was the worst. Caulking looked like it was smeared on and had mildew, tub had nasty slick feel, one light woking, noisy fan, fan and light cover missing. Breakfast was normal stuff, biscuits were cold bricks and gravy was glue. Milk left dripping in the refrigerator. Only staff that seemed to care was Ryan. All other staff were smoking outside the front door where you can smell when you walk in, until they needed to man the front desk. Other gentleman was busy talking about girls up front with the young lady, within earshot of everyone. Not the worst hotel, but definitely needs some work. Cant complain about the price though.

The location is older and it showed. The TV in the room did not work and the knob in the shower was broken and unable to shower. I told employee next morning, however was never looked at when i returned at night. Night manager had to come in and fix at night so we could shower. Breakfast next morning was ok-creamer was expired.

The stay was average it was not bad. There was a few spots in the room that were damaged before we stayed but otherwise it was a pretty normal hotel stay. I would have loved some more noncarb breakfast choices.
