Older facility. NO ELEVATOR to upper floors. Outside not to well maintained. Is in a good area with plenty of food options and close to the freeway.

Rooms are nothing like photos, the rooms are dark, dated, and have signs of heavy use. The pool and hot tub are shared with a nearby hotel, so it's crowded. Breakfast was non existent.

Pool was dirty, no toiletries in the room, no shampoo or conditioner or blow dryer. Key cards would stop working for the room at random times. Limited breakfast but they did offer vouchers to Denny’s unfortunately we don’t eat at Denny’s. FYI NO ELEVATOR

Our vehicle got broken into, they smashed in our window. And the front desk knew about it, but yet didn’t bother to call our room to tell us about it.

Shared pool with guests from other hotel around it viz super 8. Breakfast only 2 Dennys coupons per room, watch out when traveling with kid's. But some staff ok to share extra coupons.

Nice stay with clean hotel and room. Breakfast is a voucher you take over to Denny's next door. Heads up - NO ELEVATOR. Also, Google Maps took us to the wrong side of the street. This hotel is next door to the Super 8 and Denny's.

Great hot tub

Romms were clen the AC was amazing on the 100 degree day the pool is great and has good depth the hot tub is clean and very warm

Mattress are hard to sleep prices are very high for this type of old hotels pool is super dirty and smell like urine and feces water in pool is cloudy from so much sweet and dirt from so many users and lack of maintenance the jacuzzi is a little bit cleaner but has to much chlorine then the bbb place is dirty and doesn't shows Anyone worry about cleaning their own mess In reality 440 dollars for 3 days for a 2 star hotel is a real ripoff

We used the hot tub and pool. The pool was a bit cool but heated. Hot tub was good. Two vouchers per room for breakfast at Denny's next door, should be a good breakfast, has breakfast options on the menu.

Average place to sleep. No frills. Bed were comfortable. Room had an oder. Shower was good

Very clean and quiet

Bed comforter had dirt/stains. Found hair in bed that did not belong to me/ could not have been mine. Shower head broken so had to squat/hold it to get any on my head. Overall not the best first impressions. Front desk was nice and helpful in trying to resolve, just wish after a long day of traveling, that I didn’t have problems to need to resolve

Garbage wasn’t emptied when we arrived but otherwise fairly clean. Or so I thought until I ran a bath and saw the mold on the underside of the shower surround panels- ugh. The bed was comfortable, room faced away from the highway so was quiet, and the breakfast option at Denny’s was nice and way better than typical hotel breakfast. ( if you get Kevin for a server, you are lucky, he’s great!) The only other issue was our keycard stopped working so we had to find someone to let us in. Thank you housekeeping- front desk wasn’t very accommodating.

The room was so comfortable, very clean!! It was so quiet we slept like at home! Would highly recommend this motel, the staff was wonderful. They went out of their way to help us!!

Bed bugs. Had to change rooms. No offer of refund or discount offered. Air Conditioner did not work in second room that was offered. Coffee machine didn’t work in morning. Up late with smoke detector that wouldn’t turn off in neighbours room….Didn’t sleep well at all and neither did my kids as they were afraid of bugs

I used to love this hotel. My 13 year old and I ran from a domeatic situation and over the last year I had a variety of things including black mold give me severe respiratory issues. However, my lungs were just starting to do better. We have been selling things daily to try and make money for another hotel stay so my child could be clean and go to school and at 75- 100 per night we could only do every other night. I sold my grandmothers jewelry yesterday for a room to get my chikd to school today . Within an hour of being in the room I started coughing and I had already given the room a quick inspection so I thought it was just the air quality outside which has been at warning level for being out and I needed to be inside safe. I was safer outside! I tried to sleep but my cough got worse and I started wheezing and my chest tightened in pain! I I got up to go to the bathroom and my cough got worse so I looked around got down on floor and to my suprise under the toilet and behind and up the wall was an ungodly amount of black mold! For me it was a deadly amount had I not found it and I stayed a few days;(( I took some pictures and went to show the manager. I had not slept due to coughing and chest pain and it was almost checkout time and I was afraid to shower now. The manager offered me only 20% back that takes 10 days or the $12 on another night! Gave me 10 xtra min to get out! Sold my jewelry for nothing. Their fans went out long ago. This mold has taken over. Beware

The place is in need of a refresh badly. First thing I noticed was how dirty the hallway carpet was, then it didn't get much better in the room.

The breakfast vouchers that was provided was really nice. The rooms were clean. The building is well maintained. It seems that the rooms are well insulated as we could never hear other people.

It’s was alright just bathroom was gross, the curtain was ripped up. The ac didn’t work all that well. Was very noisy people talking loud and slamming doors.

The rooms are clean and comfortable. Very good bed. No recliner. No table. Small 'frig & microwave. Not a Smart TV; they get Local stations & few cable channels; so, if you like Netflix ,Prime, Disney, etc. then bring your own Roku, Fire, or whatever, & a cable etc for HDMI connection on side of TV console. Not phone Cast-able. Good value for price. Ok breakfast, i.e. coupon for motel "specials" or $7 off at the Denneys, on same property. Next door (40 feet?) to the Super 8 motel, run by same manager & staff.

Loved the Denny's vouchers. The room was fine, no issues but it was loud. We could hear people in the hall and people above is quite a bit.

The rooms are clean, mattress wasn't bad. The bathroom is tiny, there is no hair dryer and you only get a small bottle of conditioning shampoo. There is also no elevator, you have to access your room via stairs.

I was trespassed from the hotel and property at check in because I brought my service animals with me and they denied service and kept my money. They violated my rights by insisting to see my certification from a doctor and told me that I WAS NOT disabled after two staff reading the paperwork: They called the police when I asked for a refund. I got poor service and no service from either them or the Spokane PD who should have enforced my right to stay at this hotel and instead actively harassed me by following me in their car to the next hotel and shining their headlights into my car, causing me to have an anxiety attack, which is why I have service animals in the first place.

We stayed for 2 nights. We were gone all day and when we returned, the bed had not been made and garbage had not been emptied. I talked to the receptionist and everyone had gone for the day, so there was nothing she could do. When you pay the same price for each night you would expect that housekeeping would at least do the minimal and make a bed and empty the garbage. This is a hospitality industry and you would think that in order to encourage people to return you would provide better service.

Went to check in at 3:30 pm. We were told the maids were not through cleaning the first floor room we requested, because my wife has a bad back and can not walk stairs. We were told to wait in the breakfast commons area. Another couple came in shortly after us and requested a simular room.They were told the same thing. 4pm we were told the maids were cleaning the upstairs rooms and the maid supervisor would have them come back downstairs and clean rhe 2 rooms that customers were waiting for. 4:30 pm we were told the maid supervisor was on break by the check in clerk and she didnt know if the 2 downstairs rooms had been cleaned. 5pm we were told that one room had been cleaned and one room had not been cleaned and the maids had gone home for today. We got the clean room and the other couple was offered a room on an upper floor.

The clerk constantly asked if i needed anything....The next shift clerk came up IMMEDIATELY to assist me in using the T.V with a beautiful attitude. The room was spotless and comfortable and i heard NO NOISE!!! I appreciated the staff and quality i received ❤️

Terrible experience! We discovered many issues with our room, shortly after checking in... pee stained mattress, dirt/bugs on the other one, mold in the shower, back of bathroom door badly damaged and scratched..We asked for a different room. Ryan- the manager was rude and didn't care. He told us to leave after we asked for a refund (he wouldn't move us to a different room), threw us out of the lobby. Told us to try and get a refund tomorrow- which I highly doubt he would process. Never had this type of problem before. Absolutely unacceptable!! Horrific experience!!!

The staff was excellent.

The room itself was comfortable, however, in the middle of the night, the smoke detector started chirping. I was going to call the front desk, but the phone didn't work. So, after heading down to the lobby, I informed the front desk about the chirping. They didn't have any way to fix it. I still had that night and one more to stay at the hotel. The smoke detector (nor phone) were ever fixed during my extended stay. The bed was comfortable and the shower was great, but the service was terrible.

Front desk person was very unwelcoming, I tried to be as friendly and kind as I could. Smiling and encouraging little talk. Nope. She was just not having it. The kind of I hate my job energy. That’s fine it was a very late check it. But then takes her sloth time checking us in. Asked us the same question about 3 or 4 times.

It was easy to check in, and it was very clean and not far from the airport.

It was right by the freeway but not noisy, There were lots of eating options near.

Very quiet room and hotel. Very safe. Very clean. Less than two blocks off of I-90. Convenient!

We arrived at night and there were many people loitering in the parking lot which had us feeling a little uneasy. The parking lot had lots of trash strewn about. We loved the breakfast vouchers, the stay was quiet and room was slightly dated but clean. We would stay again. Prices on Expedia were much less than booking online or via telephone.

Hard to find

The property was hard to find. No signage at road entrance. Hand rails going upstairs were loose and 2 were broke with a zip tie holding them together. A plus was the coupons for a meal at the Denny's next door.

Driving through to take my son to college and was only looking for a place to sleep. For the price you could not beat it. We were worried about leaving stuff in the car, but there was absolutely no reason to be at that location. And then to receive the credit for each of us to eat at Denny’s made it absolutely worth the price we paid. Right off the interstate in a very well lit parking lot.

It’s fine enough place to stay. Area felt safe and didn’t have any issues with people hanging around the parking lot like some other areas. The “grab and go” breakfast was just apple & cranberry juice, coffee and some oatmeal packets. We were given vouchers for Dennys for 3 al a carte items plus a small beverage or $7 off any menu item. But we were only given 2 per room even though we had 7 people one night and 3 people the next. They were able to accommodate our ground floor request which was appreciated. Rooms are dated, worn out and could use a real thorough deep clean but for a night while traveling it was sufficient.

Corridors felt like a walking to your death, dark, dank dirty, worn out. Room was stark nothing like photos. Air conditioner was noisy but fantastic. There is not breakfast onsite, they had coffee and instant oatmeal THATS IT! upon check in you are given a $7 voucher for the nearby Denny's. I selected this facility for the BREAKFAST and location. Both were the poorest I have ever encountered. Not a repeat!!

Basic hotel with an extremely basic grab and go breakfast. We did appreciate the $7 coupons for Denny's.
