I like having a full size fridge and freezer and the Air Conditioning works great. We also liked the fact you offer several pillow options but the mattress is not especially comfortable. We checked in late and the parking lot was full, based on the size of your hotel, a larger space for parking is needed.

Clean but had s small smell in room. And no continental breakfast. No pool.

The only downside is they don't have an ice machine, but they have a full size refrigerator/freezer in the room.

Love My Place, just a caution if you are pulling a trailer for this one. Parking is limited and tight spaces. Fortunately my husband is a truck driver so was able to park the trailer with 2 inches to spare on each side and a van had parked over the line and partly into a second parking spot so we had 1 1/2 parking spots for the dually pickup. Several businesses with lots of parking but all has posted tow away zones.

For heaven’s sake get an ice machine!

You get what you pay for. No pool, breakfast is available, but not provided and this place is definitely where people go when they are working in the area. Staff did move us right away when our first room had a bad smell.

Vishal was great meeting us at the front desk, checking us in and getting everything we had asked for to us. Impressed with the room and the ability to do our own laundry. The best experience was customer services with Vishal, did a great job and always smiled.

Our room was not very clean. There were lots of dirty smudges through the room. The room had an odd smell. Parking was limited. The dryer in the laundry room did not dry my clothes at all even though it was set to the hottest setting. The area was quiet and close the freeway. I wouldn’t stay here again.

When we checked in we were given a room that had not been totally cleaned (no beddig or trash empty) The new room had an oder. The third day no acess to parking due to repairs, told to park across the street, which was a busy four lanes of traffic. The cross walk was a distance away. Ask if we could get a refund for the last night and was told no. They should give you a refund if you can't acess the parking. Seniors, didn't want to try to carry luggage and dog acroos busy road.

The only (slightly) negative thing at all was that the ice maker in the full-size fridge/freezer wasn't working. The reason I mentioned it is that there was no other ice machine in the hotel.

My room had a horrible stench that didn't relent my entire 3 day stay. Not sure if it was a moldy filter in the AC/heat unit, something in the garbage disposal before I arrived, something in the carpet or something else. I left the bathroom fan and stove fan running every day while I was out and HOURS later when I returned it still smelled awful. The carpet/floor was gross. I always travel with a clean pair or socks that I wear around the room while I am getting ready for bed in the evening and my clean socks were FILTHY after about 20 minutes. I also had a problem with my key card not working when I returned to the hotel every day of my stay accompanied by a long wait in line to get the front desk to fix it. After a long tiring day doing the thing I was in town to do everyday - waiting in line holding armsful of my belongings before I could get into the room was extremely frustrating. Overall - definitely not my favorite hotel stay. Other than those things my stay was adequate. My check-in clerk was friendly and the facility was reasonably quiet and felt safe enough.

dirty sheets and broken stove top with a rude front desk staff. only stay here if you want bedbugs and to catch something as the rooms are disgusting. we checked out 20 mins after we checked in. 0/10 recommend

First room we got had such a horrific smell that we had to switch rooms. Staff kindly moved us. Sheets were dirty in both rooms. No one came to change so we got clean sheets & did it ourselves. Stained carpets throughout. Edges of cabinetry were peeling. Enjoyed the 24-hour coffee. Road noise was pretty bad. Lobby bathroom out of order. No housekeeping until you check out & none responded when requested. I’ve stayed in worse. Staff was very nice & doing their best.

I stayed in room 117 and there was much to be left wanting. the bathtub had pubic hair in it, the window sill was caked in dust/dirt. there was a red splatter on the ceiling in the main area and the bathroom wall had many objects that i can only assume were snot wiped on the wall behind the door. i went to Target and purchased cleaning wipes to wipe everything off and headed out first thing in the morning. I wanted to like it so much, it is so close to where I needed and I wanted it to be a new go-to option for travels. The woman who checked me in was FANTASTIC, she was kind, swift and cheery. She made my night wonderful, even wishing me a Happy Birthday.

Room was disgusting. Hair dryer did not work. WiFi was worse than cell service. Towels seemed dirty and smelled. Water in the shower was slimy and did not get hot. There was a smoke alarm located right above the bed with a BRIGHT flashing light that flashed every 10 seconds. I had to tack up a rag just to stop it from giving me an epileptic seizure. The worst part however, was the smell. The entire room smelt like dirty gym socks. I purchased air freshener to try and mask it but was unsuccessful. Ultimately I decided to leave this room and book elsewhere as it was disintegrating my mental health. Googles rating of the hotel was 2.1 whereas the rating given to me at hotels.com was a 7.9. Complete misrepresentation on hotels.com’s part. I was unable to obtain a refund for the days I did not stay. When I informed the front desk of the smell she barged into my room and acted like she couldn’t smell a thing. Gaslighting was insane. I also paid a high amount a night for my stay and when I checked the price while I was there it was half the price a night. I feel like I was completely misled by not only the property but the platform(hotels.com) that I use for all my travel. Setting a better example is advice I would give to both entities.

I often will read reviews before I stay anywhere and this place had good reviews. I have no idea how! The room was not clean. The floor was dirty, the shower had hair in it and the towels did as well. No ice machines, even simple things like an alarm clock had layers of dust which showed right there that room hadn't been cleaned appropriately. We left early and got a refund. If it wasn't so late I wouldn't have stayed at all.

The good - location was fine and close to restaurants and shopping. The rest was pretty bad - it’s not clean. It’s very loud. Cleaning crew tried to come in the room the second morning even tho the DND sign was up. The front desk staff was oddly pushy about check-out (it was 9:30a, we were taking our luggage out but not ready to check out yet.) The rooms are in terrible disrepair. The walls are super thin so it’s very noisy. The hotel smells bad. The price to stay was low, but even for the price, this was pretty terrible. Absolutely do not recommend.

Carpet had not been cleaned. Sheets very worn. Terrible odor in one of the rooms we stayed in. Hall carpeting very stained. Garbage by elevator smelled bad.

The initial front desk attendant wasn't the friendliest . You can immediately smell a foul smell once you reached the hallway. The room did not smell good either. There were a ridiculous amount of patched up areas throughout the room from someone or something punching through the walls which included the shower. Damage everywhere! The pillowcases had black smudge stains on it. The headboard wasn't wiped. It had smudges all over. The ironing board looked disgusting. It should be burned and thrown away. The bed and pillows were awful. You can smell whatever was being cooked seep into your room. The frame creaked like it was gonna collapse at any moment. I don't know how this hotel it ranked so high on hotel.com. I stayed here years ago when it was new so it was fine. But I wish I researched google or another website. Highly disappointed overall. This place been through some stuff.

The WiFi was horrible. 14Megabytes. When asking the staff, I got a nonchalant response and could care less. Claire the hotel was full. A good hotel would have that addressed. The reason was poor at best. Had to go to Starbucks and other establishments to get work done as the bandwidth was non existent. Also had someone with a dog that barked all through the night. Thin walls. Bad sleep.

Accomodation fine. Easy access and parking. Misleading advertisement of room with kitchen but does not include any kitchenware or utensils. Completely useless for a few fay traveller. Location close to freeway so some freeway noise.

Check in was easy and front desk agents were able to assign early check in and late check out with signing up for myplace rewards....hot water and coffee always available in lobby....no breakfast....room were a little out date...if you are hoping to use room kitchen there are NO pots pans plates or utensils to cook...so stop by a dollar tree for cookware...housekeepers were friendly...seems like clientel were a mix of travelers and business/construction workers. Overall good Place to stay...I would choose MYplace over some of the spots downtown spokane wrecked with homeless/suspicious people walking around

This hotel was great for my child and myself traveling for sports. It was conveniently located off I-90, close to restaurants and shopping. The property was clean and in decent condition. It was a quiet area of Spokane Valley. The little kitchenette was great, except there were not any pots, silverware, etc available. I'm glad we didn't plan on using the cooktop, or we would have had to make a run to Walmart to buy our own cookware. Tip for the hotel: spring for better toilet paper. This was quite possibly the worst toilet paper I've ever used. It was thinner than RV toilet paper. If you're looking for a hotel with a bunch of amenities, this isn't your spot. It's a clean, affordable room.

Our room was clean and sufficient for the price point. The kitchenette was nice. We loved the full size fridge. There was nothing in the kitchenette like pans, dishes, utensils, etc. nothing!! If you plan on cooking or eating in the room bring your own pans, utensils and dishes.

My Place was nice. I was surprised the room was equipped with a stove but there were no pans, dishes, cooking utensils or flatware. How were we to cook anything?

Good price, freeway was extremely noisy. Pillows need improvement.

Clean and decent for the price point. There was audible road noise from the freeway, but it was more of a white noise hum, which I am able to sleep thorough. If you're used to complete silence, you might have a hard time sleeping.

A lot of stuff in the room was falling apart and or taped, Wi-Fi is terrible. Other then that night lady was great and it was quite.

Good location near Valley Mall. However, you did get a lot of freeway noise inside the room. I was only there 1 night and it served its purpose, however, I will not stay again. Pillows are really terrible. Stuffing is all clumps and bumps. The cleaning solution in the bathroom for me had an off-putting smell. Location was what I needed. Staff was very nice.

The staff was not good . The area around was ok there’s a mall near by and close to downtown! But the staff was not helpful at all no one spoke to us the whole 3 days we were there and no house keeping came they left some random dirty towels in front of our door. They have no amenities and no breakfast. They keep replying to the reviews that they’re working on these things but they’re obviously not. So to pay $350 it was very poor service. I usually don’t leave reviews because I just let it go but this interaction I couldn’t.

When we checked in the lady was great polite and knowledgeable. We had to check out a day early went up front in morning to do so and the lady up front had know idea how to check us out and had a piece of paper and scribbled our name and said she would have to call her manager take care of it which was not reassuring that im getting a refund back . The party that was with us paid cash plus had a deposit to pay and was told they had no cash to refund them back . Even the deposit they were supposed to get back after check out .not good. We will not be back

We stopped in at 2 pm to see if we could check in a bit early (1 Hour) and were told to come back at 3pm with attitude. We came back at 3 pm and waited for a desk clerk for 15 minutes with several people in line ahead of us that had been waiting even longer. We won’t stay here again.

Our last night on the property our room keys did not work and we had to go downstairs to the front desk to have the keys fixed TWICE before they would come up and help us. Again the next morning as we were trying to check out, the keys did not work again and just like the previous night we were made to visit the front desk TWICE before they would come up and help us. Not the customer service I would hope for.

My visit was quiet and comfortable. I appreciated that they had snacks for sale at the front desk. Close to the mall, and Panera just down the street. A Mexican restaurant is basically next door. The front desk guys were very nice! I would definitely stay here again!

The staff was very kind! Unfortunately, the breakfast options were very limited and processed and the area is not great. The rooms were ok - but good enough for a couple nights on a budget!

Nice place to stay in the Valley...not too far from Spokane proper. Clean rooms with nice amenities. Would stay here again.

I was there visiting. It was nice. Although they are a little misleading. They talk about ordering some breakfast items and then after the fact they charge you $7.49.

I liked the cleanliness. I didn't like that there was no breakfast or drink options such as juice for people that dont drink coffee.

It is a decent place, the lady that checked us in was ok, but not a people person. We expected a breakfast, but were told they shut that down when Covid was shutting everything down, and never reopened it. Seems covid was a while back...., so I don't get that. The room was pretty nice, and sutible for a longer stay.

Pros - Nice clean room. Nice mini-kitchen for multi-day stays. Comfy bed! Cons - Musty smell on entering the room. Thin walls, so more sounds from adjacent rooms and outside. No breakfast service. Cable tv service not functioning.

Great area from shopping and dining stores. What we didn’t like is that there was a fishy smell once we entered our room, everything looked clean but it was the smell. And also it said in their amenities that they had breakfast available but they never serve breakfast. And when we got to our room there was no shampoo, conditioner, body soap for both bath and sink.
