very nice property, I'd rate it a level higher than the room rate indicates. The onsite restaurant is great, especially the breakfast included with the room -- it puts other hotel breakfasts to shame. The outdoor pool and hot tub were wonderful; the pool temp was warm yet still refreshing. Staff were friendly and helpful.

For the price, every part of the stay went above and beyond expectations! Beautiful property, good food, service, and amenities! The hot tub and pool were beyond amazing! The jets were absolutely amazing on my back and the pool goes to 8 ft which you do not see anywhere else, both very clean! Outside seating and lounging is both comfortable and beautiful!

I didn’t like the people were smoking pot and the whole place smelled like pot. It’s stunk. When I brought it to the front desk attention, they did spray down the hallway at least. The furniture in my room was ripped and old. The temperature was permanently on air conditioning and they had to bring me a heater. So you can notadjust the thermometer. There was no paper in the room to write on and no pen. The staff was friendly and nice and professional. this is not a hotel. This is a motel with no elevator and the Internet is as slow as dial up. The beds are extremely comfortable but the bedding and the decor is at least 30 years old. The restaurant has amazing drinks and a great burger the French onion soup was great. The Caesar salad was awful. The rest of the food I had there was average. But again every staff member was fantastic.

Overall appearance, i was impressed with hotel for the price of my room. Very nice!! The room looked clean and realy didn't observe anything that stuck out. Getting ready for bed, we found lots of long black hairs in the bathroom. One attached to the toilet seat. Several in the shower: 1 on curtain. 2 on the wall and 2 in tub. And several on the ground. It appeared thay it looked like my daughter cleaned by just wiping down the walls with her towel. One of the water glasses was very dirty. Lots if white film in them that i can remove with my finger. The rest of the room appeared clean. I did inform the front desk that one of the chairs on the patio was broken and needed to be tossed.

We love this hotel! Even though the exterior of the property shows its age, the interior is always kept very clean, the restaurant has excellent food (even their breakfast buffet), and the outdoor pool & green space is a big added bonus during warmer months. Highly recommend!

The wifi was slow and we could not connect. We went up to front desk they sent someone to reset router but this still only gave us one bar of internet and it still would disconnect. We called and they sent person again to reset the router it still did not provide wifi. This was the only disappointing part of the stay.

Very nice room, quiet room. Comfy bed. The one downside was that the shower (a beautiful walk-in) just had one speed (fast) so it kind of felt like lots of mini-needles when standing under the water. I’d definitely look to stay here again!

The room was nice and updated for the price. It had a walk in shower which I always appreciate. The room was clean and updated. The check in process was terrible. It was like I walked into 1990. It was all paper based and slow. There were two people in line in front of me and it took more than 20 minutes for me to get checked in. That part of my stay was very frustrating.

At check in, the clerk was helpful in finding me a ground floor room. From there it went downhill. I was given a map with my room highlighted. It looked like my room was at the end of the building. I went inside and found the rooms were located on three floors. I became confused after I went up two flights of stairs and didn’t locate my room. By this time I was feeling ill and had to sit on the hallway floor. Some helpful guests tried to help me. I called the front desk for help. From that moment on things got better. Robert came to my rescue with a luggage cart. He took my things to my room and soon came back with a wheelchair to deliver me to the correct place. My room was at the exact opposite of where I had been searching. With heavy luggage and a dog on leash, it was all more than I could handle. I gave high marks for Service because of Robert’s kind help. As I thought about the event, I was ill due to some food poisoning from a food cart I went to earlier in the day.

He was training, you would think he woud do a better job making the customer fell welcomed. To me customer service is one of the most important job of the front desk when checking to a hotel.

The front desk staff (Rhonda) was extremely helpful and friendly. Room was fantastic and bed very comfortable. We ate at their Restaurant for supper and only complaint was their portions were huge. Good for some people. The included buffet breakfast was delicious! Highly recommend

The staff was not overly friendly and not very informative. We booked through Orbitz and were unaware that when you do so, you are not given breakfast vouchers and required to pay separately. The property however, was beautiful and very well maintained. The rooms were very clean. The restaurant staff was not very professional but the food was very good.

Stayed here before and it was great. This time it took around 45 minutes to get checked in. And there one just one person in front of me. One person working the front counter. Then their machine went down and they could not give you the room keys. They let me in my room but I could not leave since I had no key. Then at 7:00 in the morning they started working on the roof above my room It was shaking the whole room. I went into the hall way and a maintenance employee was walking down the hall. I got his attention and asked him about the noise. He walked down to where my room was and he could not believe the noise. He noted how bad that was especially on a Sunday morning. I had been up for 24 hours and just wanted a good night sleep. Not here. Not sure I would go back.

Everyone went above and beyond in providing help and service. I am very grateful because they didn’t have to even allow me to continue to use their internet after check out time and instead they continued to help me find a good connection elsewhere in the hotel. They came where I was to get my order for food, served me lunch and let me pay from a table in the hall!

We were located on the ground floor and only 2 doors down from the side entrance from the parking lot. The outside door did NOT lock and was always open. No key card needed. The front desk said it would be looked at but it did not get fixed during our stay. This was disappointing as we had our 2 young daughters with us and felt it was not secure/safe. The hotel was extremely busy this particular weekend and that door was used all hours and was very loud. The parkinglot was also extreemly active with people gathered outside, very loud well past 1am.

Our room smelled like smoke. We told the front desk because we didn’t want to be charged because it’s no smoking. They acted like we were just trying to get an upgrade. They sent a housekeeper to our room to “spray.” She immediately informed us that the room does not smell like smoke. She used a spray bottle to spray the floor and curtains, so then the carpet was wet (yuck). The breakfast buffet was beautiful, but all of the food was cold, even the fresh eggs they put out. Convenient location near lots of dining options.
