Pros -Location is great! Right in the heart of the city. Walkable to many restaurants. Next to a cute shopping area. - staff at rooftop restaurant were awesome Cons - pool is right off the lobby, so anyone in the lobby can watch you lounging/swimming. Feels like you’re in a fishbowl. -pillows are very uncomfortable -loud noises on the 7th floor late at night so avoid the 6th floor -some sort of loud banging and noise before 7am (not sure if it was construction or use of industrial garbages…) -received a lower tier room than what we paid for/booked -breakfast: ran out of napkins and forks. Couldn’t locate anyone who worked there to help restock. Also, the food quality was subpar and was not refreshed during service -we chose to pay for parking through the hotel thinking it would just be easier. Wrong. The gentleman who checked us in gave us a total of 3 different keycards and a QR code for parking- none of which worked which caused quite an annoyance/disruption. We had to go back and forth over 4 times from the garage to the hotel and still ended up with no resolve. Do yourself a favor and pay for parking at the garage to avoid these issues. The garage is cheaper anyway. - the bathroom counter and shower had soap and toothpaste residue from the previous stay. Overall, disappointing.

Check-in was a breeze. Staff were very friendly. We checked in about an hour early, wasn’t an issue. Breakfast was nice! There is no “onsite” parking. There is a parking deck very close by but you pay by the hour if you come and go in your own vehicle or by the day if you take a share ride company.

First of all, we love to stay with Hyatt House. This stay was rare. Parking choices were either valet or a parking garage two blocks away. The elevators were inconsistently down, with none working on the morning of check-out with our conference attendees having to carry luggage down multiple flights of stairs. I was on the 7th floor. The air condition was spotty (it's August in NC) and the thermostat in the rooms were not consistent - going in and out. The hotel was comfortable and very clean, but my room was located underneath the rooftop bar so I heard loud noises and chairs moving around til nearly 11 each evening. This will not go down as one of my favorite stays with HH.

The pool bar was closed for renovations, but the rooftop restaurant was open and the food was fantastic. If you don’t plan to sit at the bar, the restaurant table seating is reservation only. If you don’t want to eat on site, there are multiple restaurants within a very short walking distance of the property. There is a Starbucks literally across the street from the hotel main entrance. Solid The room was phenomenal. 5 star cleanliness. Fully stocked kitchen. I am a hotel “snob” for lack of better words. Highly impressed with this property. I will stay again and will always recommend.

Staff very friendly. Tyler did great job at front desk. Robert was cheerful at breakfast and helpful with ideas on sites to visit. Tekeyna cleaned the room and left clean towels! The roof top bar was great with not only drinks but food!

The room had a long standing leak from the room Above. The paint on the wall was bubble up with water and it leaked into the bathroom. Maintenance was called and was dismissive we had to tell them that it was ruining the drywall until then they were not even going to investigate the issue. Location was nice but the bed was not comfortable.

Really loved the Southern hospitality and the clean appearance. The was a muggy smell in the halls on the 7th floor. It smelled like water damage in the carpet or something. Otherwise, great place to stay and I do recommend to others.

My room would’ve been great but there was blood on the door and wall of the bathroom. My car was also damaged in the garage and the manager never called as the valet had taken down my number to have them call.

⭐️⭐️ 2-Star Review I booked a room here for my girlfriend’s birthday so she could relax and enjoy her day — but I’m honestly embarrassed I did. I’ve never paid over $200 for a single night in a hotel before, and I probably never will again. The service was worse than most cheaper hotels I’ve stayed at. First off, there’s no room service at all. How do you charge that much for a room and not offer that basic amenity? Then, on top of that, there’s no free parking — you have to pay $25 per night just to park. That’s ridiculous for a hotel in this price range. I also paid extra for a “city view” room, but the only thing she could see was a parking lot. Total waste of money. When she arrived, one elevator was broken, and by the next morning, none of them were working. To make things worse, there were loud drunk people making noise late at night. Does this place even have security? Because it sure didn’t seem like it. The only thing she actually enjoyed was getting some sleep — and that’s not saying much for the amount I spent. I canceled a cheaper hotel to go with this one, and now I completely regret it. I’m beyond disappointed and embarrassed. Definitely won’t be booking here again or any “luxury” hotel like this in the future.

The hotel is really nice, everything was clean and the staff was so accommodating and nice. My only complaint is being able to hear full blown conversations of people below or above. Not muffled I could hear exactly what someone was talking about. Last thing, idk what was so important to be sawing at 2am, but it was very loud and woke me up.
The hotel is really nice, everything was clean and the staff was so accommodating and nice. My only complaint is being able to hear full blown conversations of people below or above. Not muffled I could hear exactly what someone was talking about. Last thing, idk what was so important to be sawing at 2am, but it was very loud and woke me up.

Parking is an additional fee starting at $25 overnight. This could have been something we were made aware of when booking. Some of the staff was rude and seemed to not want to be bothered. Tv did not work properly, exhaust fan in bathroom wouldn't come on. The hotel was very clean though.

The service at this property is unparalleled and we travel all over. I had to check in by 11 and they were able to accommodate and even gave me an upgrade to ensure I can work in comfort. The hotel is beautiful. We used the gym and all the amenities in the common area. The pool and surrounding patio area were all so nicely decorated and beautiful. Thank you for a great stay. Will def stay here when I come to RDU area again. Walkable to many areas and restaurants all within 20 mins.

Parking is strange & not convenient. Rooms are only cleaned every other day so if there for 2 nights you won’t have a made bed or clean towels. Food and coffee runs out quickly. Close to where we needed to be ITB but ehhh for price point.

Staff very friendly. Tyler did great job at front desk. Robert was cheerful at breakfast and helpful with ideas on sites to visit. Tekeyna cleaned the room and left clean towels! The roof top bar was great with not only drinks but food!

Me and my friend stayed for expected 2 nights but we had to leave earlier than expected due to an emergency. We checked out still got charged for them room. That was fine. The parking card they gave to get in and out of the parking deck didn’t even work for us, had to call everytime to let us out. Nobody told us we had to return, even left and the women said everything was good. She didn’t even ask for the room keys back. Gave them to her still and realized. I got charged 100 for accidentally taking the parking key. Ever since that happened I’ve been on the phone with them about 6 times. Talked to manager about it she acted like I didn’t send it back or I was lying and then said she would call me back the next day and didn’t even ask for my phone number. She in fact didn’t call me I had to call back. She would also speak over me everytime I would try to talk. Very irritating and rude. I sent the key back said I would get my refund. They received it 6/09 today is 6/16 and told me I would receive it by today. Still with no refund and no any updates from the hotel. Lack very bad with communication and customer service and like they don’t care to help out customers who really need it. I would overall give this rating a 2.

We always love to stay at Hyatt House for its convenient location, business style room design and included breakfast buffet. This one is a well kept property and staffs are extremely helpful. Breakfast is about average. Free street parking or garage parking just cross the street for a small fee overnight.

Parking is costly but there may be street parking that is free. Hotel is brand new. Lots of common areas. The pool is a nice space but it's in the middle of the hotel and feels like a fish bowl. Centrally located but not walkable.

We loved our room and the rooftop restaurant. The only downside was the construction noise out front. I wished the rooftop was open earlier so I could have relaxed up there outside for some peace and quite when I wanted some fresh air. Very nice hotel. Very modern.

The pool bar was closed for renovations, but the rooftop restaurant was open and the food was fantastic. If you don’t plan to sit at the bar, the restaurant table seating is reservation only. If you don’t want to eat on site, there are multiple restaurants within a very short walking distance of the property. There is a Starbucks literally across the street from the hotel main entrance. Solid The room was phenomenal. 5 star cleanliness. Fully stocked kitchen. I am a hotel “snob” for lack of better words. Highly impressed with this property. I will stay again and will always recommend.

The front desk person was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice and well maintaned. The breakfast had good options and there was a starbucks across the street. Dinner choices were limited. We were told at 715 children couldnt eat at the restaurant (even though the sign said 8).
