Wir haben kurzfristig für eine Nacht gebucht, war unkompliziert. Hatten ein Zimmer in der 7. Etage mit Meerblick, der Ausblick war ein Traum. Das Zimmer war ordentlich, im Bett konnten wir sehr gut schlafen. Handtücher und Pflegeprodukte waren reichlich vorhanden. Abends und am nächsten Morgen haben wir den Pool benutzt. Es war super, angenehme Wassertemperatur und es war gepflegt. Am Morgen haben wir das Frühstück genossen, es war alles da, da bleibt kein wunsch offen. Die Lage des Hotels ist toll, direkt am Strand und die Promenade beginnt direkt. Wir haben Parkhaus geparkt, das direkt am Hotel war, es hat für 24 std. 30 Euro gekostet. Das einzige was zu bemängeln war, das nur ein Fahrstuhl von zweien funktionierte, zu stosszeiten lange Wartezeiten.

Mooie kamer, fijn bed en lekker hoekje om te zitten. Wij hadden zeezicht dus genoten van alles wat voorbij komt. Dooie mug tegen de muur en vogelpoep op het glas van het balkon waren kleinheidjes die het minder netjes laten lijken. Zwembad is klein maar prima om even te ontspannen. De massage raad ik af tenzij je graag flink gemasseerd wilt worden en dit gewend bent. Voor mij was het een pijnlijke ervaring, de masseuse porde flink met haar ellebogen in mijn rug. Nadat ik meerdere keren heb aangegeven dit absoluut niet fijn te vinden, ging het eventjes wat zachter maar daarna weer erg hard. Ik ben blijven liggen vanwege de dure prijs maar heb de nacht en dag erna hevige pijn ervaren. Ontbijt e.d. hebben we geen gebruik van gemaakt dus daar kan ik niet over oordelen. Op loopafstand zijn restaurants en activiteiten genoeg dus we hebben de auto het hele verblijf veilig op de parkeerplaats kunnen laten staan.

All the family rooms are on the 1st floor with no view of the ocean. Bunk beds have been nicely fitted out but it’s a shame they cannot offer a sea view to family’s. Our view was of a tram stop with trams stopping every 5 minutes so it wasn’t very pleasant and not what we had in mind (or anyone ) when booking a beach hotel. The hotel is not cheap so I feel this should be made clear at booking it feels like if travelling as a family you are relegated to the back of the hotel. Breakfast was nice, fresh made waffles, bacon and eggs with a nice view. Swimming pool was fine, extra charges to use the sauna though which I thought is poor form. Great location near the beach and lots of restaurants and things to do.

Hotel an sich sauber und ordentlich. Parkplätze sind andauernd ausgebucht. Man wartet unglaublich lange auf den Aufzug (nur 2 vorhanden) und die Zimmertüren sind sehr hellhörig. Man wird also ab 07:30 Uhr morgens andauernd vom zuknallen einer anderen Zimmertür geweckt!

Check in war freundlich und ging sehr schnell. Park Möglichkeiten gibt es direkt im Hotel, allerdings nur wenn man es vorher mit dazu bucht. Ansonsten gibt es gegenüber ein großes Parkhaus , wo man für 30€ am Tag parken kann. Die Unterkunft es schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, die Zimmer sind von der Größe ok, die Badezimmer leider etwas klein und in unserem gab es nur eine schwingende Tür die unten offen war, also wenig Privatsphäre. Auch die Fenster und Tür Dichtungen zum Balkon und zum Flur sind nicht mehr die besten. Dadurch ist es teilweise sehr laut wenn jemand im Flur redet oder Nachts auf dem Nachbar Balkon geredet wird. In unserem Fall hatten wir leider einen Nachbarn der bis Morgens um 04:00 Uhr laut auf dem Balkon Telefoniert hat. Der Fahrstuhl ist zu den Frühstückszeiten immer sehr voll und braucht ziemlich lange. Frühstück ist gut aber nicht immer alles da. Check out lief auch super schnell und einfach. Dieses Hotel besticht durch seine Nähe zum Strand.

Sehr sauberes Hotel mit gutem Frühstück – aber hohe Parkgebühren Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel insgesamt sehr genossen. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist die Sauberkeit: sowohl die Zimmer als auch der Pool und der gesamte Hotelbereich waren stets sehr gepflegt. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet war überzeugend: gute Auswahl und geschmacklich wirklich gut. Der Empfang am Anreisetag verlief reibungslos, allerdings hätte ich mir vom Personal am Empfang etwas mehr Herzlichkeit gewünscht. Ein großer Minuspunkt sind leider die Parkgebühren: 35 € pro Nacht finde ich sehr überteuert. Leider gibt es in der Umgebung kaum Alternativen, ohne ähnlich tief in die Tasche greifen zu müssen. Positiv wiederum ist die tolle Lage: In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich ein weitläufiger Strand und eine schöne Flaniermeile mit vielen Bars und Restaurants. Trotz der hohen Parkkosten würde ich das Hotel aufgrund der Sauberkeit, des guten Frühstücks und der Lage weiterempfehlen.

Frühstück - das große Chaos, 20 Min. warten, bis Platz frei war, dann endlich geschafft, kein Brot, kein Käse alles leer, wieder warten bis etwas zu essen kam. Super mooi uitzicht! Heerlijk schone kamer. Bed en kussens lagen heerlijk. Goed geslapen. Geen lawaai. Lekkere koffie. We hadden een minibar, met verschillende drankjes en er waren ook snacks, maar hadden daarvan niks gebruikt. Hadden zelf genoeg meegenomen. Het is een hotel om zeker weten nog eens terug te komen

Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage, aber ist in die Jahre gekommen, benötigt eine Renovierung. Betten waren vom Komfort ok, aber die Bettwäsche roch nicht wirklich frisch und hatte Flecken. Der Teppich im Zimmer hatte Flecken. Die Fenster waren nicht dicht und es zog. Im Badezimmer waren Duschgel und Shampoo leer und wurden erst durch mehrfaches anmerken persönlich übergeben (nicht in Vorrichtungen angebracht). Fitnessraum ist sehr abgenutzt und in die Jahre gekommen. Nicht sauber, kein guter Geruch (trotz früh am Morgen) Sitzpolster gerissen, Hanteln defekt und rostig, Boden und Wände schmutzig. Cardio Bereich extrem kleiner Raum von Max. 7qm (4 Geräte mit 5 cm Abstand), Pool nicht sauber, sehr starker Chlor-Geruch, auf dem Boden schwammen weiße undefinierbare Stücke (Taschentücher, Reinigungsmittel, Chlor,… ?) Man hat nur ein kleines Handtuch pro Person bekommen. Duschen am Pool waren zu heiß. Dort konnte man nicht duschen. Am Abreise Tag gab es kein warmes Wasser zum duschen im Zimmer. Parken völlig überteuert für 4 Nächte 80 EUR. Nebenan ist ein Parkhaus, was viel günstiger ist. Personal an Rezeption und Service war sehr nett und bemüht.

Ich bin zwei Nächte hier gewesen und habe mir ein Design Zimmer mit Meerblick gebucht. Die Enttäuschung kam recht schnell, das Zimmer hat muffig gerochen. Am Bett war ein ekliger brauner Fleck, im Föhn waren Haare von anderen Personen, die Ablagen im Bad waren mit Staub bedeckt und die Duschwanne war dreckig. Ich habe mich geekelt. An zwei von drei Tagen war der Aufzug kaputt. Eine kurzfristige Buchung eines Parkplatzes am Hotel war nicht möglich. Das Parkhaus am Boulevard kostet 30€/Nacht, kein Schnapper. Und wenn man außerhalb des Hotels Frühstücken möchte, ist dies erst ab 10 Uhr möglich, da die Strandlokale vorher nicht aufmachen. Ich komme hier nicht nochmal hin. :/

All the family rooms are on the 1st floor with no view of the ocean. Bunk beds have been nicely fitted out but it’s a shame they cannot offer a sea view to family’s. Our view was of a tram stop with trams stopping every 5 minutes so it wasn’t very pleasant and not what we had in mind (or anyone ) when booking a beach hotel. The hotel is not cheap so I feel this should be made clear at booking it feels like if travelling as a family you are relegated to the back of the hotel. Breakfast was nice, fresh made waffles, bacon and eggs with a nice view. Swimming pool was fine, extra charges to use the sauna though which I thought is poor form. Great location near the beach and lots of restaurants and things to do.

Ein schönes Hotel, direkt am Meer und alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit seitlichem Meerblick, was auch eigentlich schön war, es lag nur an der Tram Station. Im 10 Minuten Rhythmus fuhren am Abend die Straßenbahnen und es war Mega laut. Außerdem waren die Eingangstüren der Zimmer nicht richtig dicht, sowohl an der Seite als auch unten und daher konnte man jedes Gespräch vom Flur aus hören. Also durchschlafen in diesem Hotel war nicht so wirklich möglich. Parken ist ja überall sehr teuer, aber auch dieses Hotel hat einen großen Parkhof, der sehr praktisch ist. Zum Frühstück können wir leider nichts sagen, aber man bekommt ja an den Strand Restaurants überall sehr leckeres Frühstück.

Die Badezimmertür endet nicht auf den Boden und hängt in bestimmt 10cm in der Luft. dadurch hört man im Zimmer alles, was der andere im Bad macht. Die Zimmer könnten etwas schalldichter sein, aber ansonsten war alles super.

Prachtig hotel direct aan strand maar toch rustig gelegen. Op loopafstand van tram en parkeergelegenheid. Mooie kamer met balkon en koffie en thee faciliteiten. Zeer goed ontbijt. Zeer vriendelijk personeel.

Das Zimmer ist wirklich schön und durchdacht eingerichtet, leider haben wir ein Zimmer erwischt, das direkt an der Wendeschleife der Straßenbahn und an einem Weg zum Strandparkplatz liegt. Das war schon ordentlich laut, selbst bei geschlossenen Fenstern.

A great hotel in a perfect location. The staff is helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was outstanding. The hotel is located in Scheveningen overlooking the beach and the North Sea. The tram and bus to take you into the city center are conveniently located right on the corner ,1 block away. The Scheveningen promenade is right at the hotel doorstep. Lots of great restaurants are within walking distance.

Dit hotel is echt vergane glorie. Alles is smoezelig en verouderd. De mooie ligging, in de duinen met uitzicht op zee, maakt niet alles goed. De kamer is prima qua grootte, maar smoezelig. Het ontbijt is prima, maar het personeel is onvriendelijk en ongeïnteresseerd. Het personeel aan de receptie is onervaren en niet servicegericht.

Overall the stay was very nice and the renovated rooms had their charm. Unfortunately it’s the little things that makes it not a great but good stay. The roomy as spacious as it is, lacks possibility to hang wet cloths. There is 2 hangers for towels but nothing that lets you dry things you used at the pool. Secondly, parking. Apparently you have to reserve in advance, otherwise you can’t park at the hotel. The lady at the reception was as annoyed as someone could possibly be when I asked if I can use the parking. What made it even worse was me telling that I have an electric vehicle and would like to just use the charger, even throughout the day so I would not block any precious parking spot. (Funnily enough - there were constantly free parking spots throughout our entire stay). In general the staff was very cold and not welcoming at all. Lastly, for a newly renovated hotel, it’s surprisingly noisy and you can always hear full conversations from the hallway and the doors don’t have any dampers so they always smash very loudly. P.S.: we managed twice to end up in staff only areas which were not marked as such, when you enter from the staircase. Is that by design?

Had booked quadruple room arrived with party of 4 to be told reservation changed to double room and hotel full and due to fire regulations could only take 2 of party. Deputy manager said was mistake and said would help us find another hotel after 2 hours had not checked in with us was 9pm and I went to ask and he said hotels all full and leaving 2 of our party nowhere to stay for the night. We were all female British and never stayed in Hague before and had friends or family nearby to stay with

I highly recommend this hotel. Lovely atmosphere on a wonderful beach. Tourist areas are quite close by for those that want that, but it is just on the outer edge of the main tourist area, which appeals to us. A 15 minute tram ride to the city center and the train station, so a very easy commute to explore downtown as well.

We stayed here in 2018 and there were a few amenities that we liked and brought us back. So we were disappointed when we discovered those amenities are no longer available. One was a mobile phone with cell data, allowing us to use google maps and make local phone calls as we travelled around the area. This was a real saving as we didn't have to buy a sim card for our own phones. Another thing we liked was the ability to buy Day Passes for the Tram at the front desk. Now, that isn't an option. The last thing was the beach chairs and windscreens that are no longer available. We didn't spend one day on the beach for this reason. A few other notes worth mentioning : there was a Laundry bag in our room and when I asked about the rates, I was told that there was a fire in the Laundry room so that service wasn't available but I could go to the laundromat down the street. They didn't say when the Laundry option would be available. I would have to say that dirty cutlery and cups were a problem every time we ate at the breakfast and even in the dining room. Should we return to Scheveningen, we won't be staying at this hotel.

Kamer met zeezicht erg mooi. Ontbijt was prima, maar te weinig plek, hier stonden mensen soms een half uur te wachten. Bii het inchecken werd alleen gevraagd hoe laat we wilden ontbijten en wat we nog moesten betalen, verder helemaal geen uitleg. Bar was ‘s avonds veel te koud ivm airco, en de medewerker was erg langzaam. Ging hapjes maken voor mensen, waardoor er een kwartier niemand achter de bar stond. Kamer met zeezicht erg mooi. Ontbijt was prima, maar te weinig plek, hier stonden mensen soms een half uur te wachten. Bii het inchecken werd alleen gevraagd hoe laat we wilden ontbijten en wat we nog moesten betalen, verder helemaal geen uitleg. Bar was ‘s avonds veel te koud ivm airco, en de medewerker was erg langzaam. Ging hapjes maken voor mensen, waardoor er een kwartier niemand achter de bar stond. Prachtig hotel direct aan strand maar toch rustig gelegen. Op loopafstand van tram en parkeergelegenheid. Mooie kamer met balkon en koffie en thee faciliteiten. Zeer goed ontbijt. Zeer vriendelijk personeel.
