Zentral gelegen, aber doch irdendwie weit weg. Straße mit Baustelle vor der Tür, Parkhaus schwer zu finden. Schlecht organisierter Self CheckIn und Frühstücksraum eher ein Kellerzimmer ohne echtes Tageslicht, Auswahl beim Frühstück okay, aber auch kein Highlight. Zimmerfenster gehen nur auf Kipp, Badezimmet war gut. In Summe okay.

Zimmer sauber and gute Größe für einen kurzen Zwischenstopp. Fahrräder für akzeptablen Preis. Hotel mittendrin in einer Baustelle, Parkhaus nicht direkt mit hotel verbunden. Eingang und Rezeption sehen gar nicht einladend aus. Personal mäßig freundlich. Extrem langsame Aufräumung beim Frühstück. Kaffee schmeckt gar nicht, Rührei wässrig, Saft aus Nektar.

Modernes Hotel, nettes Personal. Parkmöglichkeit und Beschilderung zum Hotel sind aktuell schwierig... Was wahrscheinlich an der Großbaustelle direkt von dem Hotel liegt (Straße gesperrt). Von der Baustelle bekommt man im Hotel aber nichts mit ! Frühstück super!

Stayed here while attending a conference at the World Forum. It was extremely convenient! The hotel was under renovation so less services than normal but I still enjoyed breakfast. Would have liked a little more diversity of choices over the week.

Lage ist gut. Parken kostet zusätzlich heftige 29,50€ pro Tag in Parkgarage, mit Parkbee-App etwas weniger (funktioniert aber nicht immer, zeigt besetzt an, obwohl viel frei ist). Ansonsten war alles gut. Frühstück hatten wir nicht.

Ein Stern Abzug, da das Parken nicht inklusive war oder zumindestens rabattiert. Ansonsten hat uns das Hotel sehr gut gefallen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Grundsätzlich hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt in Den Haag, nur leider ließ die Sauberkeit etwas zu wünschen über. Während meine einjährige Tochter auf dem Boden noch Krümel entdeckte und sich fröhlich in den Mund schieben wollte, durften wir Erwachsenen im Badezimmer an den Wänden Dusche noch Duschgelreste unserer Vorgänger bestaunen. Die „Betten“ waren dafür aber sehr bequem und es gibt riesige Fernseher in den Zimmern. Das Frühstück und das komplette Erdgeschoss glänzen im Vergleich zu den Zimmern. Alles sehr sauber und schick, das Personal ist sehr nett. Aber alles in Allem kein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Heel fijn hotel met behulpzaam en vriendelijke personeel. Beetje jammer dat de vloerbedekking wel erg vies was. Misschien toe aan een nieuw tapijt. Verder precies wat we wilden.

Preis/Leistung mangelhaft. Bei 140€ pro Nacht sollte man ein sauberes Zimmer erwarten können. Minibar und der Schrank mit Wasserkocher dreckig, unter dem Bett lagen Verpackungsreste. Mülleimer wurde bei der Zimmerreinigung nicht leert. Parken 4€ pro Stunde oder 25€ Tagestarif.

Stayed for 3 nights 1st to 4th of September. Individual rooms, but travelled with 4 friends (to get a second parkrun Z...!) The hotel is located in the diplomatic area of the city. With a short walk of a tram stop, and Rotterdam is a short train ride away. We found getting the 3 day Pass worked well for us, as we mostly used the trams. The hotel was clean and bright, with a shop in the lobby, where one could buy hot and cold drinks and snacks. All staff I met were helpful and friendly. I’d like to particularly mention Mirjam on Reception, who was very kind to me. And the team of domestic staff who ensured my room was spotless.

Novotel is a sure value. Well located for meetings in the area or a pit stop at the beach. It was my 4th time staying at this hotel and I usually have no issues to report. This time however, it was really hot outside. Knowing that I consulted the website to ensure there was AC in the room. The website indicates that there is, however. There was none ! I did not sleep well (one night not at all!), due to the heat I am leaving slightly disappointed!

Det var lätt att ta sig till hotellet med spårvagn. Tyvärr fanns det ingen traditionell reception, mer en arbetsplats för en person. Detta skapade långa väntetider för att få hjälp. Möjligheten att checka in online fanns men det fungerade inte fullt ut så vi fick ändå ta hjälp av personal. Rummet var väldigt lyhört och dörrarna saknade funktionen att stängas långsamt vilket ledde till smällar om man inte aktivt stoppade upp detta. Sängarna var ok. Frukostmatsalen var liten mot hur många gäster som man kan anta ska nyttja och inte tillgänglighetsanpassad .Maten fylldes inte på i den takten den försvann, utbudet var budget. Interiören var modern och stilren i lobbyn med angränsande ytor.

Great location and easy to access by public transit. Our biggest issue was that we were in an accessible room which had a spare door in the bathroom which you’re unable to lock from the inside (likely for emergency situations), but one night the door was opened by staff ( we were told accidentally) at 5 in the morning which made us feel a bit unsafe given that anyone could access the room at any time. The staff at the front didn’t address it directly but when we did they did apologize but just something to be mindful of if you get a similar room.

With a short walk of a tram stop, and Rotterdam is a short train ride away. We found getting the 3 day Pass worked well for us, as we mostly used the trams. The hotel was clean and bright, with a shop in the lobby, where one could buy hot and cold drinks and snacks. All staff I met were helpful and friendly. I’d like to particularly mention Mirjam on Reception, who was very kind to me. And the team of domestic staff who ensured my room was spotless.

Schlecht organisierter Self CheckIn und Frühstücksraum eher ein Kellerzimmer ohne echtes Tageslicht, Auswahl beim Frühstück okay, aber auch kein Highlight. Great service from the staff at the lobby but the housekeeping, not so. I don’t know if it’s their policy not to provide toiletries everyday but I believe, at the very least, toothbrush and toothpaste should be automatically provided everyday. No nearby stores or restaurants. Nearest is about a 7 to 10-minute walk. Breakfast is the same everyday. Tram station is about 5-7 minute away.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war leider nicht gut. Das Rührei war wirklich unterirdisch. Wenig Aufschnitt. Frischkäse wäre schön gewesen. Der Joghurt/Obstsalat sah absolut ungenießbar aus. Für das Geld hätte ich wirklich eine bessere Auswahl und Qualität erwartet.

Modernes Hotel, nettes Personal. Parkmöglichkeit und Beschilderung zum Hotel sind aktuell schwierig... Was wahrscheinlich an der Großbaustelle direkt von dem Hotel liegt (Straße gesperrt). Von der Baustelle bekommt man im Hotel aber nichts mit ! Frühstück super!

Stayed here while attending a conference at the World Forum. It was extremely convenient! The hotel was under renovation so less services than normal but I still enjoyed breakfast. Would have liked a little more diversity of choices over the week.

Det var lätt att ta sig till hotellet med spårvagn. Tyvärr fanns det ingen traditionell reception, mer en arbetsplats för en person. Detta skapade långa väntetider för att få hjälp. Möjligheten att checka in online fanns men det fungerade inte fullt ut så vi fick ändå ta hjälp av personal. Rummet var väldigt lyhört och dörrarna saknade funktionen att stängas långsamt vilket ledde till smällar om man inte aktivt stoppade upp detta. Sängarna var ok. Frukostmatsalen var liten mot hur många gäster som man kan anta ska nyttja och inte tillgänglighetsanpassad .Maten fylldes inte på i den takten den försvann, utbudet var budget. Interiören var modern och stilren i lobbyn med angränsande ytor.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and the location was excellent and conveniently situated. Overall, we had a positive experience and were pleased with our stay. The only minor issue was that some guests in the neighbouring rooms frequently slammed their doors, which occasionally caused disturbance.
