Had room on fourth floor and the lift by the check-in was down all 3 nites of stayed. Room has obvious signs of wear and tear nearly beyond livable condition. i.e. Carpet, towels, bedsheets.

The room was clean; however, could be updated. The staff at the front desk was helpful. The carpet was torn and dirty in the community areas and the water dispenser in the downstairs gathering room was broken. The location was good. You have to pay $15 parking fee per day.

Stayed 3 days. Was no room service. Silicone in bathroom was black from mold. One of the elevators didn’t work. I’m a coast hotel member and this hotel is there worst. Stayed here because it was cheap. You get what you pay for

The room was moldy. Fortunately for them i was too sick to do anything or go anywhere else. But there was mold all up in the corners and the bathroom. The hotel seemed nice but it was old and could use an update. Then maybe some kind of shuttle bus to get to the transit station because the cars drive fast and crazy makes walking so uncomfortable.

I feel very mislead from the photos provided on hotels.com. The hotel is very dated. The rooms have stained popcorn ceilings, stained curtains, moldy showers and the smell was terrible. The room smelled of old cigarette smoke and dog that was covered by deodorizer. I couldn’t wait for my stay to be over.

Old, worn out, not clean, cobwebs in rooms, dark and creepy in the rooms and the bathroom/bathtub was gross (stained, grimey and the Showerhead leaked and sprayed all over the bathroom and all the walls. Not a nice place. The overall carpet was disgusting. I’m not trying to be mean, I’m just being honest.

The place looked so outdated. Water stains on the ceiling, dirty carpets, beds, chairs, countertops, shower, floors, anywhere you looked, it had some form of dirt or caked on dust. The place just even felt dirty. Beds were also very uncomfortable. My family did enjoy the pool though, that’s what the 1 star is for.

The location was perfect within walking distance of the Meydenbauer Center where we had a convention. The hotel is older and has signs of wear and tear that could be updated. The bed was not very comfortable.

Location is convenient and overall stay was comfortable. The bed was plush and the room was overall simple; though I would say that the decor was pretty outdated. The only thing I’d say would take away from the experience was the slow and loud elevator, as well as rooms that have the courtyard view as you are staring into other rooms if your window is open. On the other hand, all the staff were very helpful and kind, which was pleasant.

The room we were in was cold downstairs and warm upstairs. The tv wasn’t plugged in and didn’t even reach the outlet. We found what looked like a bed bug and ended up going home a day early. The location was good.

This hotel has single pane windows just below the transit train made sleeping difficult and voices could be heard from adjacent rooms and the parking lot. The price was good. The check in was quick and easy. The bed pillows were lumpy, old and smelly. The air conditioner and bathroom fans were very loud. Small room but clean.

Ended up here last minute because my original hotel overbooked and it was fine for a quick stay. Friendly staff and I like that they had a bar and a Woods coffee shop downstairs. The standard rooms were pretty outdated and one of them lacked a full length mirror - not ideal when you’re in a business trip. Also my window was directly facing highway viaduct and it got a bit loud. Gym is only open between 10am-8pm which again is not ideal when you’re traveling for work and won’t be at the hotel during that window.

Location is great and the room was clean, but the bed was awful. Bed a zero firmness and could feel the springs pressing up at spots across the bed. My back was hurting for days after our stay. We have stayed at this hotel a couple times over the past 4 or 5 years, but doubt we will come back after this last visit.

Location was great, the elevator was kinda rickety and dirty, our room was fun except it had the weirdest beds ever. Super bouncy, low structure mattresses, no box spring just the same 2 weird mattresses stacked on top of each other, making it so 2 adults have no choice but to roll to the center of the bed. If it weren't for that, I'd stay again, I'm not a fancy person and travel on a budget. Great location, safe, near stores, away from the chaos of Seattle.

Our room faced the courtyard and the restaurant associated with the hotel played loud music each night. Was apparently supposed to stop at 9pm but had to be asked repeatedly. The beds are really soft so if you have a bad back you will not sleep well. The lights in the room are low voltage so the room was always dark. You can’t control the A/C, The only plus was the staff. The staff was friendly and professional.

The staff at check in was pleasant. When I got to my room, there was an odor that smelled of sweat and deodorant. It didn't smell clean. I should have asked to be moved - I hadn't unpacked anything - but instead asked for air freshener. I then went out and they came in and sprayed my room but once the bathroom fan was turned off (it was noisy) the smell came back. That same night, someone vomited in the elevator. I was warned not to step in it by a fellow guest. It was disgusting. The next morning, I was waiting for the elevator for about five minutes before realizing it was not working. They took it out of order but did not put up a sign! It was still not working the day I checked out - two days later from when it happened - when all it needed was to be cleaned up properly and sanitized. I know - I work in housing for the chronically unhoused. There didn't seem to be enough staff. My meeting got out late on my last day, and I asked for a 3pm check out. I very much appreciated that the staff was able to accommodate my request. Staff was pleasant - hence the 3 stars.

We were able to check into our hotel early which was so nice. All the staff were very friendly. I even forgot a flannel jacket in the closet, so I notified the hotel and the housekeeping manager made sure to send it to my home address. I will be staying at Hotel 116 in the future.

It was a decent experience staying in Hotel 116. I booked the room through expedia, and when i got there they accommodated the booking straight away. The check in was quick, but wasn't explained the deposit. Which was fine, just not explained and not in the expedia policies. Stayed for 2 nights, and the room service was by request. The tiles in the room we stayed at would benefit from upgrade, someone may slip and fall as the time by the entrance inside the room also had the sink. The sheets were clean and i liked the most about the stay was the smell, the hallway from entrance smells so good, and the convenience to the coffee shop and nice patio inside the property. Parking was convinient too!

We had two nights reserved. The first night I smelled a musty urine smell near my bed. The next morning when talking to staff, they explained that that’s totally unacceptable and changed my room immediately. Check in experience was horrible. We booked 2 rooms due to having 5 people and was told the 2 rooms were connected. However, they were not. Then one of the room was not even cleaned yet so we had to go down and request a new room. This was already late at night, so the 1st impression of the check in was absolutely horrible. Second major issue is the hotel is not as advertised. The hotel is just run down in general. The carpet is dirty brown. The lights and room are dimmed. The beddings skirts are old brown colored and the bed squeaks. The beddings doesn't smell fresh. We had a double bed room and one of the bed doesn't even have a proper comforter. My son's room's bed moved so much it felt like the bed was going to drop to the floor. The bathroom is also very old and outdated. Never saw a picture of what the shower look like on the booking site because it was hidden on purpose. It is an old bath tub with black tiles that looks like a quick fix. The caulking was already coming off. Overall, this place is more of a mid range motel than a hotel. There is a reason why everything from the carpet to the tiles are black or brown, so that the dirty stuff can be hidden better. The only good thing about this place is the location. I took a pass on the Hilton in Bellevue even though the booking price was similar because I wanted to be within walking distance of certain places. Absolutely the worst decision I have made and regret putting my family through this.

I stayed here in mid-April and booked through Expedia. However, the front desk also charged my credit card, resulting in a double charge. I asked for a refund, and now, at the end of May, they still haven't released the refund. The staff is money-hungry. They initially charged for parking even though I showed them the reservation with free parking. Eventually, they canceled the charge. The interior and facilities are very old and not clean. I will never go back and I warn everyone to never consider this place for their stay.

We arrived to Hotel 116 because my wife had a medical procedure & because we live a 3 mile drive away, I needed a place to stay. But it took about 15 minutes for the front desk guy to run up & see if our room was ready. lol Everything else was great!

The property is dated, but the bed was comfortable, the room was generally clean, and I liked the fact they had a microwave and fridge. I think the elevator could use an update though. The convenience of the location and proximity to downtown Bellevue is why I would stay there again, as well as an overall good sleep.

It has access to different options, which are all walkable.. grocery stores and clothing such as Trafer Joe’s, Target, Whole Foods. Restaurants such as Chick-Fil-A and chipotle. And we were there to visit national parks and having REI across the steeet for missing items was perfect!

Very good location, walking distance to public transportation and shops, short ride to downtown. Good public transportation to Seattle downtown also. A convenient and nice restaurant next door with internal walkway from hotel. The King bed room we stayed in was good for our needs.

The restaurant attached to the hotel served me raw fish. The batter was still wet and I sent it back. Instead of refunding me I got a 10% discount. Talk about low quality, low standards and bad customer service not to mention the fact they are going to kill someone. How does this place survive?

I thought the room was nice, clean and the bed was comfortable. There was tv, refrigerator, microwave & coffee maker with coffee choices. It is close to Overlake Medical Center and is accessible to the freeways. The staff was friendly, and guests can walk to the adjacent restaurant and coffee shop from inside the hotel.

I booked this hotel based on my Coast Hotel experiences in Canada, and this location was nothing like the Coasts I’m accustomed to. The parking lot was full of garbage from a Chicken restaurant nearby, and we were informed that the hotel restaurant was closed down. Had I have known this when booking, I’d have gone with a different hotel. The staff were nice enough, however no options were offered when advised of the closure of the restaurant.

Very good location, walking distance to public transportation and shops, short ride to downtown. Good public transportation to Seattle downtown also. A convenient and nice restaurant next door with internal walkway from hotel. The King bed room we stayed in was good for our needs.
