Clean decent rooms. Minimal amenities (1 body soap, 1 hand soap, 1 small shampoo tube). There is a kitchenette, but you have to request what you need. Coffee maker and cups are basic amenities that should be in rooms. Rooms on the highway side are not quiet.

As an Extended Stay hotel, it was not set up for an extended experience. Four adults in a two double bed room was allotted 4-bath towels, 2-hand towels, 2-wash cloths. No dishes, utensils, or coffee maker in room. No paper towels or napkins. Can only get new towels when you turn in dirty towels. There is not an ice machine in this hotel. No coffee in lobby.

Very clean but listed as full kitchen. There was not a spoon, glass, plate or anything else. Not even a coffee pot. We called for a dish package and they said it would be 24hrs at best. There is no ice in the facility and no decaf at the breakfast offering. Microwave and refrigerator in room is more accurate than full kitchen. Take everything you need.

Overall may not be that bad, but main disappointment is that the description is somewhat misleading. Basically you will see the ad with "kitchen and kitchenware". But when you come you will be informed that it only for guests that stay for more than a week. And you have nothing, not even simple paper cup to heat a water in microwave and cheapest plastic utensils. Simply nothing. Nothing from what you'd get even in cheapest motel which does advertise itself like one that have a kitchen. So, if you'd be not that smart to buy food first and and expect that you can cook it, you probably will feel scammed... On other hand hotels.com support apologized and even made some compensation. But as for the hotel, be aware of it, and if you expect to have kitchen, lower your expectation.

Was my fault but extended stay hotels are for centered on travelers who want somewhere cheap where they are also willing to bring kitchen and dining implements with them. Nice clean fridge, microwave and cooking hob would be great for extended stays. Room cleaning is a nominal extra but having free parking makes it at most of these hotels that offer it - unlike in Seattle where everything comes with an outrageous cost in parking or taxes. Bellevue is a lot friendlier to tourists overall and likes them. The breakfast options were poor at the hotel.

The kitchen had absolutely no dishes, silverware, cups or even a coffee maker. What is the point of a stove or advertising a kitchen? The included breakfast was a cup of yogurt and or coffee, tea. That was it!! Since no coffee in room they should not have stopped coffee in lobby at 9am. Seems like they did the bare minimum to just say they had it.

After a lackluster check in, we entered a room that had not been cleaned well with obvious dust and dirt clusters on the floor and a stain on the sheet. The last straw was when we found ants in the bathroom and on the chair in the main room. A new room was provided for us quickly with better customer service than the first employee. Can't see returning to this property.

The front desk experience was okay. There wasn’t anyone available when I entered, but someone came shortly. The room itself was not sufficient. I noticed several things that indicated the room had not been thoroughly or properly cleaned. There was hair on the towels and the floor in the bathroom. The face towels also had small red stains which kind of resembled blood. There were dried spots of liquid on the floor near the bed, plus the top cover of the bed had old stains. You could already tell the hotel is a little dated, but the uncleanliness made it worse. For this to be an establishment in the highly reserved area of Bellevue, it did not meet my expectations. Checkout was pleasant and professional.

Overall stay was convenient in proximity to my needs. The bed was comfortable which is what is most important as that the only time I used the room was to sleep. The floors were vinyl plank throughout. Not very clean. Had a funny odor. Could have been new epoxy coating on the shower. After 8 days I asked for a full cleaning and linens. All that was done was change the bed and towels. Floors still dirty. Won’t be back

Check in was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. It was a little noisy from being next to I-405 but no noise from other rooms or the hallway. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and I slept very well. I had never stayed at an Extended Stay America hotel before, but it was a very good experience, and I will definitely consider staying at one of their hotels again.

Cleanliness needs to be improved. Staff reminded us to leave by 11 at 6am. Don't feel very welcome here. Room cards need to be activated every single day. They said that they have breakfast, but don't get your hopes up. We have to leave early in the morning every day to grab breakfast somewhere else. Other than these, other things are okay.

Stayed six nights and our room was never cleaned not even one time. I had to ask for a broom to sweep and was given a broken broom in which made sweeping difficult to do in order to not cut myself on the broom. I did ask for our room to at least have the floors cleaned on day 4 and was told we weren’t scheduled for cleaning till the following day which was our last day. Cleaning service never came. I asked for cooking utensils on day one and was given one small pot and a spatula and a steak knife. I had requested a pan which they were out of so I made due with what I had. The “free breakfast “ consisted of muffins, oatmeal and coffee. The door key was difficult and needed to be swiped multiple times to get a door to open and on our last night our key stopped working the night before check out so I had to go get it rekeyed. On the day of arrival there was multiple hairs found in the “clean” shower. Shower curtain was moldy in the top corner. Overall stay was ok and having the stove top was convenient while staying there during my recovery after surgery. I would probably stay again but service was less than great.

Not the newest or most updated but it’s well maintained. You can hear the traffic from 405 that’s right outside the window so if you’re a light sleeper that could be an issue.

Great location.. Unfortunately they gave us a room right next to the electrical room and that just made horrible noises 24/7.. Walls very thin, u can hear everyones conversations.. Besides that, room was nice, clean, bed was cumfy

Good overall -- decent price, warm, clean, studio apartment style was good. However, the fridge was SO LOUD and kept waking us up each night, and we werent allowed to unplug it. Ok if youre in a pinch but youre kind of getting what you pay for

We had a clogged bathroom sink. I brought it to the front desks attention and the response was “not much I can do about it” I was very unhappy with the response. I came back later and suggested getting another room. She was then able to do so. I did not like the window view looking right into parking lot. Blinds have to remain closed. Other than the view and clogged sink everything else was fine. The staff at check out were very friendly and courteous. I hope to return again. I like your location.

This is a cheap hotel in Bellevue so not expecting it to be top notch. We were just there to sleep and shower so no need to stay in a 5 star. Need was a bit uncomfortable but shower was good and close to the stuff we were doing.

Very clean, great staff, everything you need for a basic room etc. The fridge was very loud which made it difficult to sleep at times but mostly great, especially for the price. Much better than some other comparably priced hotels in the area. A great affordable option outside the city

It's noisy, but the noise comes from inside the room/building. The fridge in the room was super loud. And even the heater every time it's on and off has some ping sounds. I was sleepless here.

Worst Customer Service Ever. The first night, there wasn't enough parking because half the parking lot was blocked off for painting. When we asked where we were supposed to park, the employee directed us to places that were not legal spots and were dangerously blocking the driveway, or that we could park at the Hilton a mile away. Luckily, a service van pulled out so we got a spot. There were no coffee makers, utensils or plates in the kitchen. There was no caffeine-free options at breakfast. When I asked about that the manager said "I don't do decaf." Because we were only staying 5 days, there was no maid service. When we asked about towels, we were told we had to bring the dirty towels to the office to exchange. We also had to empty our own trash. The "breakfast to go" was mediocre. There was nothing with protein. We won't be staying at an "Extended Stay America" again.

The receptionist was the rudest lady I’ve ever met. I ended up walking out. She was trying to tell me my credit card isn’t a credit card and they can’t check me in. Then just started ignoring me. I literally was at the extended stay in Kent last night and had NO problem checking in. That lady needs to be fired. I’ve informed my company and we will no longer be doing business with your company.

They will not give you towels if you don’t bring all your towels down to them. They do not have daily room/cleaning service. Ran out of coffee and said they were all out by 10a, refused to make more.

I was in a work meeting this morning at 10 am. The front desk called twice. I finally stopped my meeting and answered the phone. I was asked if I was extending my stay. I responded I thought check out was at 11. The woman said it is. I said then why are you calling me? She said they were ready to clean roomse. I said I would leave at check out time. I then had another work meeting. Housekeeping started banging on my door at 10:58. I was still in the meeting. They came back 3 times in 5 minutes! Completely disrupted my meeting. I left by 11:05. This was all so unprofessional! I will not stay with you again or refer others to your hotel.

Nice clean room. Walking distance to Target, Dave and Busters, Home Goods, REI and Home Goods. We were able to check in a little early which was nice after a long travel period. Good value and location.

Brilliant setup. The room was clean, warm and comfortable. Grocery and alcohol shopping was close and comprehensive. There were bars nearby as well. All in all, highly recommend.

This hotel included breakfast. Per the staff, the hotel was full. If you didn’t get there at the beginning, all you had to chose from was instant oatmeal or a few prepackaged muffins. Coffee creamer was nearly gone. The staff said that they were on a tight budget and that’s all they were allotted.
